601  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EXPECTATION Vs. REALITY Bitcoin in the Eyes of the People! on: September 26, 2018, 02:44:40 AM
A quite remarkable table topic there. And this is the widespread truth for many. Bitcoin is merely treated as a means of getting profit. Ask people what bitcoin really is and for sure, only a few can answer you back. And some might not even touch the course of blockchain technology.

Sad, but most people are only in for the money, yet, this is quite understandable. I just hope that along the way, people do catch up with the anatomy of bitcoin and learn to appreciate such innovative technology it brought the world. A host of honest nodes, a true peer to peer system that relies with one another for general consensus and a transparent and human tampering proof means of recording data sums up a system that the world never saw before.
602  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think there's another way to pay in the future? on: September 26, 2018, 02:32:40 AM
There are really no far fetched ideas out there. What the mind can conceive, humans usually achieve.

Brain implants or nano neuron techtites are not impossible as human race continue to strive for technological breakthroughs. Perhaps the time might even come when we can actually buy time for a guaranteed lifespan. Imagine that!

But as for me, i do wish that we humans find an invention to make people live a simpler life. Just enough tech to get through the day, nothing fancy. A breath of fresh air, upgraded quality time with the family and an updated happy relationship with one another. I think that is the smartest tech i wanted to have.
603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is a new phenomenal innovation on: September 26, 2018, 02:27:17 AM
They say that the best way to predict the future is to invent it! And Satoshi bringing us bitcoin as a digital currency did just that.

With the advent of cryptocurrency, he made a good prediction that the world will soon be operating on a digital cash. Making purchases, doing payments and even trading and investing on it. Sure, the mass adaption of bitcoin and cryptocurrency is nowhere the near future, but the potential of it actually happening seems imminent. And this is because of the current generation of crypto believers that are spreading the word like wildfire that there exists a reliable and trustworthy technology that could address concerns against fiat money and could perform twice better when it comes to security.
604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government trying to stop bitcoin, what I see on: September 26, 2018, 02:19:46 AM
It is really more than a gate with no fences arround it. There is no denying how pivotal the role of the governments when it concerns bitcoin and the cryptocurrency as a whole.

Sure, bitcoin might be able to exist even without government backing, but a total government take down can hurt the digital currency in serious ways and that is something we won't be happy about.

We cannot be too stubborn on the government issues against bitcoin. As a community believing in cryptocurrency, we will be better off without any rift with the governments.
605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin is Adopted what happen to ilerate population(stone age people) on: September 26, 2018, 02:00:47 AM

The worst senero is that they can't read or write which makes it difficult for them to operate the internet since Bitcoin transactions are done on the on internet.they prefer to use the traditional paper currency  they feel it is comfortable  for them.
This is the major reason why Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency is yet to be adopted by the masses.

You see, people will re-invent themselves when money matters is at hand irrespective of their class and status in life. Literacy will never dictate the course of currency growth, and that includes turning digital. People will always adapt.

In fact, in many places all over the world, governments and charitable organizations started handing out ATMs to many indigent communities to secure their monthly social allowances. And this has been effective so far. So i am sure that should currency transform to digital form, illiterate members of the community will adapt well.

As banks have ATMs, Bitcoin (along with some top altcoins) does too. And the rest of atlcoins will surely follow suit. And this ease of access is already familiar to the community members you cited.
606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Punishment for ICO scams! on: September 21, 2018, 01:55:43 AM

At the moment, the topic of punishment for the ICO scam is very rare. In almost all cases, everything remains with impunity. If Iko scum, it is unlikely that someone will return something to you.
Truly, there are no effective means to lay any punishments or rebuke a particular ICO the proved to be a scam.

Remember that ICO remains largely unregulated. In fact it is for the reason of being unregulated that many took their projects to a tokenized crowdfunding platform. They are not to be held liable for any loss nor any damage pertaining to the project investment, support or participation. And us, agreeing to their legal disclaimer could not really make any legal appeal when we fall prey to those scams.
607  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The era of bounty hunter comes to an edd? on: September 21, 2018, 01:49:35 AM
Many people live there life as a bounty hunter. They were making some good money by just doing bounty campaigns. But good days are coming to an end. Now almost 80% campaign is scamming. They are not paying a single coin. So the golden days of bounty hunters are coming to an end  Sad
What do you think?

I Don't think the bounty Hunter era will comes to an end soon because as long as there are bounty campaigns there will always be bounty hunters and i believe that there will be more project next year so there are still a lot of bounty hunters like me will gain profit.

I believe the same. It's not yet over. In fact cryptocurrency's era had just begun and i am sure that bounty campaigns will improve itself too as we see the rise of the coins. In fact this year's scammish season might just be the defining moment to ensure future bounties will be better off.
608  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Currency is fastest way to get rich ? on: September 21, 2018, 01:45:08 AM
We cant deny that but isn't just easy to fill your buckets with money. Even we have a huge chances of getting more but we can't just make in a just a single day, a week, a month or just a year. People who are engage in crypto for a long time definitely they've got more and they do also hard works to achieve such ambitious life.

I appreciate your sense of realization there mate. Peope tend to think that cryptocurrency is the easiest way to get your bucket filled money in an instant.

But in reality, there's more to it than meets the eye. We all are aware that some people was in the market at the right moment when the economy shot to the moon. And i guess time is a very important factor here. So stick for a longer while and make sure to be here when another all time high occurs.
609  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Strict rules in Bounties, is it needed? on: September 21, 2018, 01:38:19 AM
I personally think that we have to be thankful when bounties started implementing stricter rules. It enforces better organization, lessens the cloud of doubts regarding accomplishing particular tasks and a standard of tasks acceptsbility is easily distinguished. Thud, for me, such strict rules are always welcome to better ourselves in any form of participation.
610  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do we change the public's view of Crypto world? on: September 21, 2018, 01:33:02 AM
The advantages of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies should be told to people in all available ways. Tell your neighbors or put the video on your channel and it will be good. Because really scanty percentage of people know about cryptocurrencies.

On a personal level, we can do much to change perception of people around regarding  cryptocurrency.

A video or a blog will have a minimal effect should it be coming from a person such i who holds no significant position in the society.

Though you are right about telling people within our circle regarding crypto, perhaps this is the least we could do. To influence people near us and expose them to the subject matter. Hopefully, this will promote crypto positively and organically too.
611  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Nowadays, even ordinary laptops can mine bitcoins. on: September 21, 2018, 01:27:52 AM
so true. not just laptops that can mine bitcoin but cellphones can also mine bitcoin like the Samsung cellphone brand. because now Samsung is willing to accept payment via bitcoin and the cellphone has also been converted into mining equipment

But the followup question there that we all should not miss is the profitability against the cost.

True enough, mining had evolved in such a way that rigs are not confined to bulky mining setup slone, our laptops and yes, even. Cellphones can be used in the process.

Yet we have to ask ourselves, is it worthy mining using our laptops?  How much can we get from mining operations compared to the wear and tear our laptop had to go through?
612  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Which will survive in long run Bitcoin or Blockchain??? on: September 21, 2018, 12:48:57 AM
Let us all hope that both survive the test of time. We have witness how both bitcoin snd blockchain technology can be beneficial, bitcoin to the financial economy and blockchain to the technological infrustructure. So needless to say, both will be gold to have in the coming years.
613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The truth about bitcoin on: September 21, 2018, 12:02:20 AM
for me the truth about bitcoin is a digital currency that's almost known in the whole world that it's easy to get here and easy to get rich

Not wanting to break your confidence. But to say that it is easy to get rich with bitcoin is clearly a misunderstood concept. There is no quick way to get rich, it entails a lot of analysis, market watch and trend study. It will be difficult to bank on the erratic price movement of bitcoin simply. Especially nowadays that many took interest in cryptocurrency.
614  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: will bitcoin become obsolete? on: September 20, 2018, 10:47:12 PM
I don't think that blockchain technology will be outdated. I believe blockchain in the future. This is the most outstanding technology I've ever encountered. It will never be obsolete until more powerful technology is available.

I sense a contradiction there and it is understandable.  Sometimes our strong faith and belief unto something does make us a bit one sided. Just as you said that blockchain would never be outdated yet you cited possibility of being obsolete should there come a much more powerful technology than it is already.

But that hint of acknowledgement is good, don't worry. Because as with all technology, all things must come to pass. There is a life cycle for any revolutionary tech. So it would be best to take advantage of the blockchain technology right here, right now.
615  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can something free be a scam? on: September 20, 2018, 10:46:50 PM
Hi everybody,
Lately I am reading a lot of posts asking: is this airdrop a scam? Is that free ICO a scam?
So I am wondering how can something that doesn't cost you a penny be a scam. Sure, they get your email adress and maybe a ETH Adress, but how can you  really be scamed with only this informations? I am not talking about airdrops that require kyc registration, that for sure can be dangerous.
Cheers,

When someone offers something free, and you do not have to do anything for it, there is always the possibility of fraud. We need to understand - with participation in bounty or airdrops, we do not get a coin for free. After all, we are doing a lot of work, we are wasting our time and energy.

There's a lot of sense here. First up, you are right that airdrop or ICO bounty participation is never free to begin with.

Something called "free" should not entail any reciprocation of any sort at all. If it even asked for your name or a signing up process, then the term free becomes irrelevant. Even to so called "free taste" in the supermarkets aren't free at all. Giving out your name, signature and mobile number means you are paying them back with information vital for them to collect but instead of paying for researchers they gather them using the so called "free taste" approach which is much more cheaper to execute.
616  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest for Bitcoin on: September 20, 2018, 10:41:26 PM
Currently the price of bitcoin is falling, and actually this is the right time to buy bitcoin, then be patient waiting for the increase in bitcoin prices, and I'm sure bitcoin will rise again in the near future.

But don't forget to take that investing plan with a pinch of salt, always.

Indeed, once prices had fallen for any investing instrument, the wisest move is to buy. But before you do so, check with your actual finances. Do you have enough cash to afford an investment? And if so, are you ready to loss it and can afford to loss it? Should your investment fail, do you have a fallback?

These should always be considered before jumping on board. Truly, bitcoin holds a lot of possibilities and a lot of people out there believe in the profitability of the coin, but please don't throw caution in the air.
617  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Has Been Quietly Bullish Since $5700 on: September 20, 2018, 10:37:27 PM
I see a strong resistance between $6,300 and because of the steady and slow movement, price have been around there for a week. This will not be easy to be broken and if that happens, I should think that the bullish have been confirmed.

Breaking 6300 is no indication of any bullishness. The fact there is resistance at that level should confirm we are still in a bearish period. We keep seeing lower highs and lows so negativity is still on the cards although the momentum seems to have slowed.

Yes, you are right. Breaking a little over $6K is no indicator of a bullish season. It would take more than that to declare that the bull started running. And a good indicator are altcoins on the rise too. Once bitcoin goes bullish, it will surely make the whole crypto economy go wild too.
618  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is cryptocurrency so difficult to understand on: September 20, 2018, 10:33:29 PM
cryptocurrency so difficult to understand for those who want to learn code, quite easy for people just have to use! The most important thing is how to secure your private key!

It is very difficult to be understood only by those people who do not want to understand it. When you have a keen desire to be involved in the crypto, you will learn it fast.

And you might learn it wrong too when you try to learn it fast. I found that the best way to approach the learning curve of the crypto economy is to learn it slow because there indeed lies difficult areas to comprehend.

It would not take a scientist to understand cryptocurrency of course, but a grade 5 student would not really understand bitcoin easily. Even the explanation as to how bitcoin works is a hurdle to overcome.
619  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can too many Altcoin's can become a threat to bitcoin's existence on: September 20, 2018, 10:28:55 PM
The situation is totally reversed from your suspectaion. It is the Bitcoin which is the sole reason why most of the Altcoins and tokens are existing. Some of the altcoins are quite good with thier transaction speeds and low fee. But it is yet to be seen the wider acceptance of those altcoins. Some altcoins may co-exist with Bitcoin and we will see some losing people's interest and value along with it.

Truly, diversification keeps any ecosystem healthy. Such as fish, you find a pool of species of nearly all kind of shapes and sizes yet there remains expensive ones that sell well in the market. But no matter what, the interest of the people to have them does not wane with the multitude of choices.

And the same goes for cryptocurrency. Bitcoin will be the sought after caviar i guess. And all other altcoins are the rest of the sea creatures that makes caviar worth its price being incomparable in taste and being exotic as well.
620  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you reccomend family and friends to join the market when it's crashing? on: September 20, 2018, 04:04:16 PM
I do not think so. When the market is open, it seems that there are too many opportunities for us to make a profit from it. On the contrary, we can lose a lot of money from it, especially for newbies. So until the market stabilizes, you can help them get involved, it will help them become rich or lose all.

The problem here is the term "stability". Who could define stability for the crypto market? Are there governing authorities that can declare that the market is stable already?  You guessed right, none.

There is no central & defining body within the crypto economy who could barge in and declare "Bitcoin is Stable! Time to get your groove on!"

And if you define stability as a state of constants (and nearly not changing in face vaule at all), can we not then consider that the market is clearly stabilized already with bitcoin price nealry not moving from its current position?
