621  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why does crypto keep screwing me over?? on: March 24, 2019, 04:57:58 PM
and i buy at the BOTTOM of the BOTTOM... whyyy does this always happen to me.. its totally not fair  Embarrassed

anyways.. what do you guys think about Wabi and KMD.. do you like these coins?

thnxx

I think you are confused. Every trader/investor want to buy at the bottom and if you are buying at bottom then how you are screwed?
You have to DYOR for your coin as it is not advisable to take investment advice from unknown person.
Crypto is volatile assets and it is almost impossible to  predict.
622  Economy / Services / Re: Give me $2 and I will reveal 2 most entertaining links which took years to make on: March 24, 2019, 03:35:44 PM
This topic is already entertaining Cheesy

Yup, Should we donate 2 cents to OP for starting this thread?

OP, why not you give the teaser for first link content. If it is entertaining to somebody then that user will pay you $2.
623  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty coming soon. Would you like to be the first to know about it? on: March 24, 2019, 03:26:02 PM
I suggest to create a pre-funded bounty or escrowed bounty, promotions like this will create a good impact to possible investors, not just like any projects. Most of the bounty now it looks it doesnt really help the project, I think you might consider to run an IEO on decent exchange if you want to attract more investors.

Hello LbtalkL! Thank you for your interest in our project. We are going to have a bounty campaign escrowed and it will use our marketplace. Check out our ANN thread here.

Do you mean that you are going to escrow the funds in your own platform? This will not be considered as escrow in this forum. You need some body from this forum escrow to provide escrow.
624  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Good books for beginners to understand Bitcoin on: March 24, 2019, 02:30:46 PM

625  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bald men discrimination on: March 24, 2019, 11:28:48 AM
Society is not making fun of bald or fat person exactly. They are making fun of the people who are lower in the status as compared to them.
I do not think you will like to take liberty with your fat or bald boss but in other hand you will likely to find a fault somebody who is lower in status and it does not matter how handsome that guy is.
626  Other / Politics & Society / Re: All human should be vanished. This place is only for animal ! on: March 24, 2019, 10:52:40 AM
Sad. Not to mention what was in New Zealand last week. Animals if taught can love better that human and even more loyal than human. Human beings, no matter how you trust them and how loyal you are to them, one day they will still devour you. Sad because human being is believed to be God's ultimate creation and is even superior than animal but they are acting worst than animal.

Who told you this statement? We only created this belief. We only teach that concept to each other.
Unfortunately more we think, more we distrust and more we destroy the surroundings.
We become greedy and we have no end to desire.

In essence:
"We want to correct each other, but we do not want to correct ourselves".
627  Other / Politics & Society / Re: EU gives UK more time to prepare itself for its desired Brexit. on: March 24, 2019, 10:42:11 AM
Look like Brexit might be devastating for UK. I guess when they opted for Brexit , they have no idea of the economic implications.
They were just worried about refugee.
Do you think, in current scenario UK people can refuse Brexit?
628  Economy / Economics / Re: And Now Visa Wants To Enter Crypto on: March 24, 2019, 05:25:22 AM
It is also important that what kind of services they are planning. Do they want to strengthen the current bitcoin ecosystem or they are planning to launch their own coin (as facebook want) and compete with bitcoin.
Competition will not be a welcome move.
629  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin ETF: SEC Receives 84% Negative Feedback on Application on: March 24, 2019, 05:19:43 AM
People are all writing about the negative feedback and no one gives a damn about the fact that it was SIX negative feedback, just SIX, nobody cares. Bitcoin ETF will not be the salvation for bitcoin for sure, you will not see bitcoin going to 20 thousand dollars or more in price as soon as Bitcoin ETF gets accepted, of course the price will move upwards a bit and maybe who knows it will move past one resistance and that is great but it won't be a huge deal.

Nobody in bitcoin business really cares about it and honestly I think it will only affect like 10% of whole crypto users anyway and god knows how much of that 10% will use it anyway. So, this is something that is important for maybe 2% of all of crypto users, the rest 98% will continue their lives like nothing happened.

Number does not matter but it will really matter what opinion these 6 people have expressed. If you count number then only "1" person is President but he got authority and make changes that million people cannot do.

Anyway , I am not at all the fan of bitcoin ETF, it is just money grab attempt by corporations and nothing to do with bitcoin.
Do you know , they are going to be paper ETF(you can just print 100 million bitcoins in paper or whatever please you)

It will be good if you read the below discussion.

631  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Search of an partner associate for Gambling Business on: March 24, 2019, 04:47:00 AM
You will take technical part and partner will market the site but who will we doing the initial seed funding on your project? Do you have that much of capital?
632  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Crypto Club for Newbies on: March 24, 2019, 04:43:23 AM
As crypto seems to be slowing and the volume is WAY down. I am not sure if the need is there for this type of service anymore?
If you were a newbie or even a pro, would you use this type of service?

Why not start a survey in this forum. You can check how many people are willing to get the service and the price they are willing to pay.
But I think, first you need to make reputation (may you need to give services free for couple of months). Afterwards you can start charging what people are willing to pay for your services.
633  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Literatus.org - blogging platform where authors earn [Bitcoin accepted here] on: March 24, 2019, 04:35:34 AM
Thanks, I'm pleased you liked it! It's a brand new site with a little community at the moment. Hope it will grow fast. Authors earn price * reader_count. So, it'll be great for the author when an $0.25 article is sold 1000s times.

You know, authors say "there is no readers on the platform" and readers say "there is no authors on the platform", but we need to start.

So, I hope you join and give it a chance!

I liked your site,it is simple and elegant. For the author and reader problem ,I have a suggestion if author and platform willing to participate.
Author can refund 25 to 50 % of amount to the reader if he find reader comment interesting.
For free articles , author might give some kind of code that will reader discount on Author publication if he is going to write some paid publication.
634  Other / Meta / Re: Doubt about deleted posts. on: March 24, 2019, 02:55:49 AM
Once I moved a topic from B&H board to the Serious Discussion Board.
Unfortunately , this movement cause all newbies post deleted from that thread. I do not think that forum had sent the notification to the newbies for their deleted post.
635  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should bitcoin be limited to 21 million? on: March 24, 2019, 02:46:19 AM
Half of the users here are saying that 8 decimal in bitcoin will solve the prize. But actual question will be ,why miner will be mining if 21 million bitcoins are mined? What will be the actual incentive afterwards?
As I have already said in one of the other topics, the incentive is more than enough for the miners to carry on the mining process profitably. So people do think on the other hand, that should they pay more for each of their transaction to be mined? The answer for that should be NO, since tx size plays a significant role in the tx fees. If the miners can include more transactions in a block, then those minimal fees paid for each transaction should be sufficient enough for them to process the tx successfully.

For instance if you consider the legacy tx and a segwit tx, the latter one has lesser size and hence we can pay lesser fee for that. According to consensus each block capacity can include 1 MB, hence if the tx has lesser size the miners can include more tx and can earn from them. Along with that being said, off-chain solutions are quite important in scaling the network. At one point of time in future, common bitcoin users would create channels with whom they frequently transact and they don't want to pay the fee each time they are transacting.

This topic is not as simple as it sound.
1.) Why I should pay high transaction fees when cheaper alternatives are available.
2.) Network is secure because network is providing incentives (new bitcoins) for mining. Are you assuming that in future that miner will get 2 to 3 bitcoins as fees in mining transaction.
3.) forget LN, if mining stops then anyone can reverse any transaction with small amount of hash power. Do you know what will happen when you close that channel.

It clearly require devs to tell us , how bitcoin network will be secure when there is no mining incentives.
636  Other / Archival / Re: Found a burn address on: March 24, 2019, 02:35:41 AM

I am still not clear.
Burn address do have private key, but user put it random and did not wished it to know it or even if user wishes user cannot know the private key if he is following the process of creating burn address (if any).
637  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Agustin Carstens is more aggressive in rejecting crypto than Warren Buffet on: March 24, 2019, 02:16:14 AM
I will like to read his views on 2008 global recession and failure of the Lehman's brother. Whole banking was ponzi that's why they all need the bailout packages in past.
Bank should work on adoption of new technology and should not comment on the topics in which they are not qualified.
638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: 【ICO】⛔🚀💎CryptoMarketAds.com💎🚀⛔【Democratize Crypto Advertising & Marketing】 on: March 24, 2019, 12:36:54 AM
I liked the idea but how are you going to monitor the ads for scam ICO and service?
Do you like to do a initial screening before allowing anyone to use the platform. I hope you will not be facilitating the advertisement deal for scam ICO/platform.
639  Economy / Economics / Re: The prevailing market condition a blessing? on: March 23, 2019, 04:43:00 PM
Yes, I am very sure that at this time Crypto prices are very cheap, and for new Investors it is highly recommended to buy at current prices. Because the downturn is very sharp, we know 2017 prices reach $ 20,000, and currently only $ 3800.

You need to be updated buddy. Price crossed $4000 a  week ago.
I think that current price is a good entry point.
