Sagt mal, wenn ich Bitcoins länger als ein Jahr bessesen habe kann ich die steuerfrei verkaufen oder ?
Wie muss man das denn beweisen ?
Müssen die Coins ein Jahr auf der selben Adresse gelegen haben ? Oder kann ich die auch weitertransferieren, wenn ich beweisen kann, dass ich die Adressen auf welchen die Coins vorher lagen unter meiner Kontrolle waren ?
Ich würde meine Coins gerne auf den Trezor übertragen, will mir aber nich die Freiheit nehmen zur Not auch was zu verkaufen (steuerfrei).
meiner meinung nach sind etwaige gewinne bei bitcoin nach einer haltefrist von 12 monaten steuerfrei. (wie bei gold). es ist bestimmt leichter zu beweisen, dass man die coins 12 monate gehalten hat, wenn sie sich 12 monate nicht bewegen. da nach 12 monaten keine steuer anfällt braucht man auch nichts dem finanzamt melden. das muss man tun, wenn man davon ausgeht, dass steuern angefallen sind. wenn man weiss, dass keine angefallen sind, muss man nichts melden. disclaimer: ich bin kein steuer-experte, bitte selbst schlau machen. das soll kein ratschlag sein, nur meine meinung. Danke für die Antwort. Also ich hatte die Coins über ein Jahr auf bestimmten Adressen liegen und nicht bewegt. Ich kann also im Prinzip beweisen, dass ich sie ein Jahr bessessen hab, da ich die PrivKeys der alten Adressen noch habe. Wie man die Haltefrist belegt ist meiner Meinung nach dem Steuerpflichtigen freigestellt, solange die Methodik sauber ist. Ich mache alles ohne blockchain (buchhalterische depots führen (jeder exchange ein depot + "privat"). Belegt schön durch die transfer-historie der exchanges. @nycafuse and @biomike: thanks for the info. I don't know about it all - and to be honest I do care little - I did appreciated the last dump. Lot of people (including me) got some cheaper coins - and the market reacted very fast. Don't know a lot of coin that would be able to absorb such hit without any damage. It suck that stolen coins are out there, but as soon as someone drop these coins, this a treat disapearing. I would jail this fucker - but there is little we can do - and you know we tried.
I also appreciate the recent dump. The sooner stolen coins get into better hands, the better. It also stopped the hype-based (on false hopes) rallye in its tracks, which is also a good thing. In addition I agree: it's good to be able to replenish ones stash at low prices. |

The marketing of this coin is good but the development needs to improve, why not copy what Gulden have done and with marketing you will beat them.

So, I've been lazily observing that one huge account on bittrex. It used to have around around 160 kAUR in it on the way down to 0.00014 BTC/AUR. Now it has 260 kAUR in it:  I don't know how that happened. Did he buy those 100,000 or was it another transfer? I still don't know wether or not it's true this account got filled with stolen coins, but I'm pretty sure it was the one used for dumping on us when we had that last rally end of October. Not to spread fear, but I'm a little worried we might see another dump. So any opinions / facts about this account and who/what's behind it? |

I generally appreciate the contents of the posts of MOA, but this current assertion of "facts" and line of reasoning of his seems a bit wishful, fantastical and premature. In my humble bumble opinion, we should get sufficiently above $780 (maybe even above $800) before we start characterizing $780 as a "done deal," and in that regard.. we seem to largely be teetering below $770... sure, we could just whiz by $770 and shoot past $800, but I think that many of us remain quite shell shocked from the past three years with the realization that there could be some hold out whales and hold out FUD and even a considerable amount of BTC shorting tools that can cause periods of considerable difficulties in getting passed certain price points, even though getting passed may currently seem kind of inevitable. I agree (up until we've passed the ATH, that is). But that's a good thing... the harder some try to hold this thing down, the more power we have later for the rocket. |

8% ?!?!!! Ich glaube der Chart auf Finanzen.net ist kaputt. Habe mal auf yahoo geguckt und tradingview, keine dieser Sites zeigt einen solchen Sprung. Finanzen.net selbst gibt den Kurs auch mit 6,86 an (in der Box rechts), die Grafik zeigt aber ca. 7,49 (eben +8%).  hier zum vergleich yahoo:  EDIT: hä? komisch: in der "aktuell"-box auf finanzen.net steht aber auch: "eröffnung/vortag: 7,48" und "high": 7.48. Komisch. Ausserdem Kursveränderung: -8.4% Ich kapier's nicht. Da wurde wohl ein peak registriert (ist in der Grafik auch noch zu sehen). Ob der echt ist oder was dahinter steckt... ich weiss es nicht. |

This is VERY material — I believe estimating that 2.5m is a healthy estimate for coins we will never see again, including Satoshi’s coins (risk percentage adjusted).
1.5 to 4 million BTC lost? I doubt it. Certainly not "general consensus". I'd rather just use inflation to "correct" the graph, not assume any lost coins. |

Interessant ist auch der Inhalt der vorgeschlagenen Verfassungsreform: Die Zeit hat eine knappe Zusammenfassung: Bisher sind das Parlament und der Senat in Italien gleichberechtigt, sie blockieren sich aber auch oft. Premier Matteo Renzi will daher den Senat von 315 auf 100 Sitze verkleinern. Die Vertretung der italienischen Regionen soll künftig nur noch bei manchen Gesetzesvorhaben ein Mitspracherecht haben. Außerdem sollen die Mitglieder des Senats künftig nicht mehr direkt vom Volk gewählt, sondern ernannt werden. Die Mehrheit der Senatoren sollen Bürgermeister und Kommunalvertreter stellen, die quasi nebenamtlich Parlamentsarbeit machen.
Befürworter der Reform glauben, dass so die ewige Blockade der italienischen Politik beendet und effizienteres Regieren möglich wird. Schließlich kann der Senat nicht mehr so einfach der Regierung sein Vertrauen entziehen. Gegner befürchten, dass die Gewaltenteilung beschädigt und ein "Durchmarsch" der Partei möglich wird, die im Nationalparlament die Mehrheit stellt. Außerdem könnten mit der Reform bald korrupte Bürgermeister durch ihre Mitgliedschaft im Senat geschützt werden – dort genießen sie nämlich Immunität vor Strafverfolgung.

Ich habe die Info grade bekommen das REWE BTC verkaufen wird oder grade dabei ist dies einzuführen. Ich kann es mir ehrlich gesagt fast nicht vorstellen ^^ btc-service.eu  Nehmen wir an, das ist kein Hoax. Warum eigentlich immer nur BTC kaufen (siehe Schweizer Bahn) und nicht mal zur Abwechslung mal mit BTC (ein)kaufen?! Die POS Systeme sind sowieso bereits da und könn(t)en das von der Infrastruktur her (mit Hilfe eines - des sowieso vorhandenen - Zahlungsdienstleisters) locker erledigen. Wäre ja nicht viel anders als die Schweizer bahn, aber ich glaub's irgendwie trotzdem nicht. Und natürlich hast du recht, warum nicht mit BTC bezahlen? |

I think we might have the opposing problem: BTC not getting to exchanges fast enough to stop this rocket.
 I'm not frustrated . I'm not selling at this point and if I was, there's enough on-exchange. Just trying to assess the situation: so if this is indeed what's happening, we'll probably see a hefty correction once the mempool starts to clear. |

It is an extremely good-looking chart indeed. Now if you could all act very pessimistic and gloomy about the price (and activate Segwit), that would be the icing on the cake . - I highly doubt segwit will activate.
