And the most probable reason why people are more inclined to learn about when to buy and when to sell rather than understanding blockchain is that they are assuming that Bitcoin is a source of income, a way to earn easily and get rich overnight. BTC prices are falling continously. Investors in the waking should alert themselves and try to minimise losses by booking profit . If this trend continue for another six months perhaps the present prices will look like a nighmare and it will be late ,moreover the predictions of lower level becoming true .If it is negative view or advise to follow ?

ICOs have terribly decreased in terms of quality while its numbers are increasing exponentially. And ICO investors are also turning blind to the products that the projects are aiming. Most of the time, the ICO participants are only taking notice of the exchanges, the price of the tokens or coins, and their volume. No, it's not. Which transactions do you mean? The OP refers to scam bounty campaigns. Right now, the scam bounty campaigns are getting higher in terms of quality. They already have detailed whitepapers, good website presentation, etc. They even join conferences and meet-ups. They even appear to have good products in their pipelines. But then they are only present while they are still looking for investors. As soon as their ICO is done, they are also gone, along with the raised amount of course. |

This is not enough for Bitcoin's price to get killed. I don't think this is the reason why there is a very serious dump happening for several consecutive months already. You have only mentioned four. That means you have only mentioned a very tiny portion of the hundreds of airdrops. A pin in a haystack in other words. If you will do tedious research and review of all these airdrops hoping that more or less you will find a total of four good ones at the end, you are definitely wasting your precious time and effort. And even these good ones will only give you a dollar or two worth of coins or tokens. In other words, a waste of time once again. You better go out of your house and do errands. There is always manipulation. But not every movement of the market is due to manipulation. I believe there are so many factors affecting the crypto market, making it more unpredictable than predictable. The volatility of the crypto market is not being directly managed by a few individuals. It is like it has a life of its own, moving up and down, just like other markets. So whatever direction it takes, there will be an opposite one sooner. So if there is a bear, there is also a bull. |

No no, I think you are wrong. There is no problem with using the ERC-20 platform for new projects. I guess the setback (and I would like to stress out that this is very temporary) that is happening right now is much larger than what you probably imagine. If you observed, it is not only Ethereum that is suffering. You can easily notice that almost all the cryptos right now is going down. Even Bitcoin, the top of all is also moving downward. The market is really bearish for now. We will patiently wait for the bullish season. There is always recovery. |

And the bloodbath proved to be long-lasting. Ethereum at $200 was indeed a bargain price. It was way much cheaper than its previous prices especially in January of this year. The sad truth, however, is that we cannot tell when the bloodbath will exactly end. Just when we thought the $200 is the cheapest price Ethereum could get, it went down to $150, and even lower than $100 in the next several weeks. Blood season is buying time but we should be more careful because it could go down much lower in the next days.

I think the month of December will be a better one as compared to the previous months. There will be gains for most of the cryptocurrencies. The bottom has been touched already with the $3,000 plus price of Bitcoin. The recovery might be a slight one within this month because I believe the stronger bull run will happen in the first quarter of 2019. However, it is good enough to see Bitcoin rise at $4,500.

ICOs should just get funded from VCs and do an airdrop to community.
Most ico can be done open source on github for free.. the greed in creating all of these project is stifling growth. A lot of innovation come from free open source project from passionate developers.
Im 3 years in this field and strictly advice you do not invest in any ico at all.

I share your frustration, mate. Just like you, I do not recommend ICOs. But then I limit it to newbies and lazy individuals. To those who are highly capable of screening the few good ones from the hundreds of rotten ones, I think ICO participation is still all right. The problem is that the ICO market is really dominated by rotten ones. To a point that the ICO market itself is being branded as a way to scam people, just like how you describe it. The truth is that it is not, although it really needs thorough cleansing. |

Nobody can tell. The future's not for us to say. However, somehow, we can make predictions that appear likely to happen. Bitcoin has been the king in the entire crypto world for a decade and counting. It may have went down countless of times but then it remains to be the top 1 and the most dominant of all 2,000 plus coins and tokens. I think Bitcoin is here to stay in its throne for a longer period of time until such time that another revolutionary innovation will arrive. |

Few months back i purchased arround 15 to 16 btc when bitcoin price was 10000$ to 11000$ each btc but now arround 4000$ each btc .Just waiting for 11000$ for each btc than i should leave btc and i can see bitcoin have no future in this time.
I hope that when you bought your BTC way back several months ago you were fully aware of the risks involved. I hope you were not forced to do it. I hope it was your sole decision to invest in Bitcoin even if you are totally aware of the fact that its market or price is very volatile and that while it may rise big time anytime, it will also fall anytime big time. If you leave BTC right now, you will lose forever. If you will wait, you could recover. The call is yours. |
