The Terrible Truth About Birthright Citizenship - Stefan Molyneux

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZyqQn2Uoo8

Heres a Summary of the video:

There is no constitutional right to birthright citizenship for newborns of aliens, immigrants etc.

My thoughts...Trump is just fear-mongering for support, I do feel for the immigrants though most are simply seeking a brighter future.

What about everyone else already here seeking a brighter future, including immigrants?

Again, you still don't have a damned clue what you are on about and are desperately trying to look smart while doing almost zero work to get there.

If you knew anything about this nation's history, you would know the federal government was designed to be subservient of the states, and was essentially intended to be impotent except for very limited specified powers outlined in the constitution such as national defense. In the framers minds the STATES took authority over the federal government in any power not SPECIFICALLY granted to it within The Constitution.

Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution:

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

"the United States" = The federal government.

Uhhh, you're missing a big thing here; see where they're delegated the ability to create law?

See that... uhhh, in pretty much sections 1 to 5? see all those delegations of privileged.

The amendments made a few rules a bit harder to change, but in the end, the constitution was a framework of laws. If you think that we should just go to the constitution, then ya know, that makes murder legal, right? And bam, now you're building your own framework of laws and rules.

Congratz, go build your own fork of a nation rather than trying to PR to .01 ALHPA-build of our nation.

Wink

FYI Murder is clearly illegal under common law (The Constitution). Please do demonstrate more of your ignorance on the subject.

You are the one who claimed he knew nothing about The Constitution. I verified his statement, then mine, with sources, now you are rambling about the current state of affairs when that was never even the premise. Nice moving goal posts.
6464  Economy / Reputation / Re: More censorship by Flying Hellfish on: November 06, 2018, 02:35:57 AM
Actually the entire post was about your comment. You can play word games all you like to pretend you didn't do what you did, but it is clear what the direct result is. Shutting down political criticism you could not handle by moving it to an unrelated section, making it appear like I posted a reputation post.

You removed it because I exposed your hypocrisy, using terrorist attacks to try to demonize the people you disagree with as terrorists while talking out of the other side of your mouth about scaling back rhetoric, as if Conservatives are to blame for these attacks. You realized I caught you in a situation you could not argue against, so you shuffled it off to the dustbin of the forum hoping you could just intimidate me into not calling you on it. Well you did that for me. Now rather than simply facing the political criticism, you have doubled down and abused your moderation position rather than attempting to argue your point.

Ok turbo you run around with your conspiracy theories, I'll hang in reality and wait to be banned!

FH out!

There you go again, taking the easy way out. Why defend your argument when you can just cast me as group XYZ and dismiss your abuse as a result. No worries though, the whole forum saw how calm and controlled you were thru this whole episode, I am sure there is no doubt of your impartiality and ability to control your emotions.
6465  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Explosive devices sent to Bill/Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, George Soros, CNN on: November 06, 2018, 02:32:09 AM
Funny, as the details come out about this suddenly, like the Kavanaugh accusers recanting, this is also a non-story once it stops serving your political goals.

If you would provide whatever new details have emerged perhaps we could comment on them. I haven't heard much with all the MT stuff and would be very interested in actual information and not infowars type stuff.

Last I heard he was being extradited to New York.

You know, like little details such as the fact none of the "bombs" were ever capable of exploding.

Pretty sure some of those cases highlight pretty decent arguments; do you wanna start going into each case?

Oh, looks like TECSHARE started trying to argue case by case. Funnily enough; if you dig into each of his arguments slightly, they fall apart.

Like "oh, he didn't own the company but only ran day to day operations, so he's innocent".

Shit like that is why it's so hard to argue on the internet Wink

Oh hey, look at that, government doing our work for us! FOIA and public distribution, oh look at the year, after 1971.

Yes, please do go into each individually, isn't that the topic of this thread? Also I already asked you to do this, break it down in your own words. Have a debate instead of shotgunning other people's opinions at me as if they are your own and are fact.

Tell me please, what exactly about you posted argues against what I stated?

retarded troll comment being troll

Counter troll; http://bfy.tw/Ki5J
I know, those trolls always demanding sources. You made the claim, stop acting like I am being unreasonable asking you to source it. It is irrelevant anyway, there is nothing even racist in that statement. Try again.

Pure verbal diarrhea source is pretty easy to find. I'm amazed that with the power of the entire internet, you failed at finding the source of that quote. I know google is hard to used in a 3rd world censored nation, but there's easy ways to bypass their censors.

Try again troll.

Oh, check out this source; https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2018/01/15/opinion/leonhardt-trump-racist.html

Just click the highlighted blue links on each of those events, and study them out buddy.

It doesn't matter how easy it is to find. You are making an argument. You have the burden of proof. You are required to provide sources. You don't get to shit out stuff and demand people look it up for you. That is not how logic works. That is the peak of intellectual laziness and demonstrates your familiarity with the source material because you can't even link it (little to none).

Again, still nothing in your first quote was racist, so the entire post was pointless beginning to end.

Now, a New York Times opinion piece! There are bound to be lots of facts there right? All kinds of specific facts which you mysteriously again can not specify, because you like to claim authority but never even actually review any of this material yourself. Its ok little boy, I will do the reading for you since you are having such difficulty.

1. A country/nation is not the same thing as a race. Just because it hurt some ones feelings doesn't make it racist, nor was the statement addressed to the public.

2. "The Trumps admitted no wrongdoing and were prohibited from “discriminating against any person in the terms, conditions, or privileges of sale or rental of a dwelling.” They were also required to take out advertisements notifying minority individuals that they had an equal opportunity to seek housing at Trump properties." Their settlement (no admission of guilt) was to notify minorities of available housing.  Additionally the company was Fred Trump's, not Donald Trumps, and he was only a few years into the business at the time. I suppose he was working extra long hours to make sure everyone was fully discriminated against right? So, in short, nothing proven, no admission of guilt. Just pure speculation.

3. "according to multiple sources" hey, they are starting to sound like you! In this case there is one source. One, former disgruntled employee that was fired.

4. If you actually bother to read the statement (I know you never do) you will see it is generalized call for stronger law enforcement and penalties for crimes. Nothing in that statement is racist, nor do I see anything in there where he demands the execution of the accused.

5. He says well educated black people have an advantage. Man, what more proof do you need he is Hitler?

6. Another selectively cropped quote making claims he said things he never said. Here is what he really said:

"The U.S. has become a dumping ground for everybody else’s problems. … When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people."  ≠ all Mexicans are rapists

Anyways... I am not going any further down this increasingly insane list, and you are too lazy to even pick a premise to support so I am not going to refute entire articles you shotgun at me. You want to debate, debate. Any retard can source other people's work, well except you apparently...

Try picking a point and lets debate it. You are quite confident in your conclusions. I am sure it should not be hard to pick a complaint you can back knowing the source material as you do right?
6469  Other / Politics & Society / Re: We stand with the second Amendment no matter what... on: November 05, 2018, 09:40:16 PM
This is something that people have always been able to do and enforce. Government is for regulating public stuff. Government is supposed to keep hands off private stuff, except when it clearly endangers public stuff. It's in the right to contract clause in the Constitution, and in amendments and court decisions that interpret and uphold the right to contract. And it is exercised via real and simple common law. But it is somewhat hidden, and government people like to keep it that way for their own enrichment.

When you say shit like that, it becomes blatantly obvious you've actually never read the constitution.

Like, "GUYS! IF YOU ACTUALLY READ BIBLE, IT SAYS THAT GOD SAYS TO RAPE, MURDER AND STEAL BECAUSE JESUS FORGIVES ALL SIN!!!"

The amount of retardation is strong with you.

--

Any-who; I don't think anyone's suggesting infringement of the 2nd amendment rights; limiting the "freedoms" of weapons was done pretty early on when individual private citizens weren't allowed artillery and cannons Sad

Does it? Because I have, and he is right, and as usual you don't have a fucking clue what you are rambling about. You talk as if you know what you are talking about, but you never actually demonstrate any substance.

Also comparing The Constitution with The Bible? He is retarded? MMkay.

Come on boy, whip out that exact quote from the constitution then; show me exactly the paragraph and subsection where it declares "Government is supposed to keep hands off private stuff, except when it clearly endangers public stuff."

and now I'm asking techshare to "prove" "2+2=5". This is where he'll say "NO YOU DISPROVE IT" or link to a hundred youtube videos unrelated to this point.

Sure, though this is clearly throwing pearls before swine as I am sure all of this will be over your head...

The Contract Clause appears in the United States Constitution, Article I, section 10, clause 1. The clause prohibits a State from passing any law that “impairs the obligation of contracts” or “makes any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts”. It states:

"No State shall enter into any Treaty, Alliance, or Confederation; grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal; coin Money; emit Bills of Credit; make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; pass any Bill of Attainder, ex post facto Law, or Law impairing the Obligation of Contracts, or grant any Title of Nobility."

Someone needs to dump a few youtube videos where Trump's being a racist...

I know there's a couple sound bytes out there that paints him in a pretty negative light; in which even the slick con man can't crawl his way out.

Yeah, see if you can find any where the meaning isn't edited out, or it is just a jumble of 3 second out of edited context snippets.

I doubt I'll be able to find any video of Trump speaking clearly and equivalently. The verbal diarrhea that comes out of his mouth makes it nearly impossible to decipher actual meaning behind the words. I've met people with English as a second language that can more clearly communicate in English than Trump.

Quote
“Look, having nuclear — my uncle was a great professor and scientist and engineer, Dr. John Trump at MIT; good genes, very good genes, OK, very smart, the Wharton School of Finance, very good, very smart — you know, if you’re a conservative Republican, if I were a liberal, if, like, OK, if I ran as a liberal Democrat, they would say I’m one of the smartest people anywhere in the world — it’s true! — but when you’re a conservative Republican they try — oh, do they do a number — that’s why I always start off: Went to Wharton, was a good student, went there, went there, did this, built a fortune — you know I have to give my like credentials all the time, because we’re a little disadvantaged — but you look at the nuclear deal, the thing that really bothers me — it would have been so easy, and it’s not as important as these lives are — nuclear is powerful; my uncle explained that to me many, many years ago, the power and that was 35 years ago; he would explain the power of what’s going to happen and he was right, who would have thought? — but when you look at what’s going on with the four prisoners — now it used to be three, now it’s four — but when it was three and even now, I would have said it’s all in the messenger; fellas, and it is fellas because, you know, they don’t, they haven’t figured that the women are smarter right now than the men, so, you know, it’s gonna take them about another 150 years — but the Persians are great negotiators, the Iranians are great negotiators, so, and they, they just killed, they just killed us.”

Pure diarrhea.

I know sourcing is a foreign concept to you, but try sourcing your sources. Until then I have no idea if it was in a State of The Union address or your favorite coloring book. Also... not seeing anything racist in there...

I don't give a fuck if you insult me, knock yourself out.  I won't censor you opinion of me which is why I moved it here instead of deleting it...  If you notice this entire thread would be off topic in the original thread and the entire thread would have divulged into an off topic personal argument between you and I.  Instead of allowing the topic to be polluted with off topic nonsense I moved it to the location where this type of discussion is appropriate.

B1tUnl0ck3r and BADecker are literally the reason why military weapons shouldn't be available to civilians.  Their brains don't function properly, logic is twisted to suit their agenda and when the wrong thing sets their logic on fire watch the fuck out!

These 2 users are both likely one "event" away from being the next MAGA bomber or MAGA Synagogue Shooter and if they do go to the next level they just have to pick up the AR and hand guns sitting on the couch next to them!

You are disgusting. I really want to leave it at that but you will probably remove the reply for being off topic if I don't elaborate. You have little to no self awareness. Your exploitation of these attacks to cast these people as terrorists for supporting the laws and foundation of our nation is truly sickening.

These two have plenty of ideas to be critical over, this is just your personal peev. Also you are a fucking Canadian, how about you stop injecting yourself into all of our internal policies. Oh that's right you live in Canada and it is a frozen wasteland so you have to focus on the US all the time.

Actually the entire post was about your comment. You can play word games all you like to pretend you didn't do what you did, but it is clear what the direct result is. I see lots of opinions you don't agree with. Tell me, which one of them justifies your behavior?

You see lots of opinions I don't agree with because I don't censor (or moderate as us norms call it) based on my opinions.

Thanks for helping to prove my point again and your inability to grasp simple logic.

I defend the "trolls" "right" to post here the same as the other users here so I guess the rules justify my behavior.  I'm allowed to called them what I think they are, it is an opinion board after all....

You on the other hand have only your discriminatory posts and desire to have me censored to justify your behavior.

School is in session sunshine, keep em coming!

I see claims. I see lots of self reassurance. I don't see any explanation of your behavior. The post was clearly an on topic reply you simply had no decent response to because you KNOW it went to far. Rather than admit that mistake, you instead opted to move my post somewhere else on the forum in a sad attempt to censor while pretending you are not censoring, and also immediately put me on the defensive by having this weird out of place post in reputation that looks like I posted the OP. Considering all I did was participate in a political discussion, I would say you have more explaining to do here than I do.

So if you can take a break from telling yourself how much winning you are doing, can you explain to me why this direct response was not on topic? Because you feel it was insulting? If that is the case pretty much all of your posts directed at me would be off topic as they include direct insults. Not that I really care if you insult me, it is just pretty glaring how there are a set of standards for yourself, and then for people you disagree with.
6478  Economy / Reputation / Re: More censorship by Flying Hellfish on: November 05, 2018, 01:48:45 PM
Your delusional conclusions based on nothing are not as reflective on me as they are on you. Of course it is not like comparing people to terrorists because you disagree with them is anything in comparison to your woes.

Ok first of all I said that those 2 users were one "event" away from being terrorists and if you actually read as much of their moronic posts as I have had to you will understand they are not right in the head.  B1t for example spams incoherently about pedo networks and jews etc etc, sounds a little like the social networks of the synagogue shooter...

Now while I have commented on those two special retards I have also argued a number of times they have the same "rights" to post here because that's the rules theymos has put in place.  I have also refused to delete a lot of their posts that have been reported.

You on the other hand have argued I should not be able to have an opinion because of the country I live in.

You have argued I am censoring you even though I didn't delete the so called censored posts.

The threads and my posts you keep claiming are off topic and censorship are still here, I wonder why none of the globals are deleting all this censorship and off topic.

I wonder why theymos hasn't removed me as a moderator yet, I mean he wouldn't stand for a second for a moderator censoring any user, he protects all you trolls just the same!

You can't understand anything except you version of reality.  I tried to discuss this with you politely privately but since I wouldn't censor posts you didn't like you went off the deep end.

I see lots of opinions you don't agree with. Tell me, which one of them justifies your behavior?
