661  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should Goldcoin (GLD) be added to the scam/sh*tcoin list? on: November 26, 2013, 10:33:26 PM
GoldCoin is a good coin and MicroGuy is decent, he donates personally to the community and helps. Hazard is just a moron that has created some scam coins now hes bitter that someone else is doing it better than him, I'm not actually hating you just do the same thing every post mate. GoldCoin is a good coin and those who hate it I feel deeply sorry for you, alot of coins don't have the same sense of community as GLD.
Do you just spout this bullshit without doing even the slighest bit of research?

Read my goldcoin article, it'll tell you why this coin is complete shit in an objective fashion, and it'll only take you a minute to read.
662  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should Goldcoin (GLD) be added to the scam/sh*tcoin list? on: November 26, 2013, 10:21:39 PM
Make that three absurd comparisons. I had lost myself in laughter and didn't bother reading past the Satoshi part.

Carry on...
663  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should Goldcoin (GLD) be added to the scam/sh*tcoin list? on: November 26, 2013, 10:19:39 PM
A minor bug has been discovered in the code that is causing an unintended drop in mining difficulty.

Like Fort Knox, the 51% attack defense is designed to keep your Gold safe and secure from the bad guys. This new defense system is unique to anything ever seen in cryptocurrency and perhaps not unlike the way Satoshi would have approached the issue had he stuck around and continued his work on Bitcoin.

Of course, one of the consequences of great technical innovation is that sometimes there can be kinks in the machinery, think "Wright Brothers". Well, the kinks in the new code have been identified and the development team is currently working on a solution. We expect to release a maintenance patch within the next 12 to 36 hours or sooner. This should allow mining operations to return to normal.

And please rest assured than during this entire process transactions will remain reliable and secure.  Smiley
Not one, but two absurd comparisons in one post? Well done Microguy!

Comparing yourself to Fort Knox and Satoshi... LOL

666  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: MCXNow Realsolid Has Screwed Everyone. MCXNOW SHUTTING DOWN!! on: November 26, 2013, 10:04:02 PM
I loved mcxNow Exchange and think RealSolid is brilliant as well as a nice guy. But i dont need no immature little punks banning me or calling me a liar for correcting some of the bullshit they are giving for excuses over there. RS needs to step up and get real Moderators to handle the situation and move thes mods he has now back to trolls like they were before this happened.
Open your eyes dude. He was out to fuck you over from day 1.

RS himself was in the chat making fun of people and throwing insults around as well.
667  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [GLD] Network Down - Possible Fork, Get your money out now!! on: November 26, 2013, 10:00:07 PM
Funny. The forking concerns were discussed at length back when akuma proposed to add this ridiculous 'defense' into client. He ignored everyone and proceeded anyway.

Oh well. Nothing of value was lost. Plenty more premined shitcoins out there to choose from.

Such things could be made... For a price.

A Litecoin clone? Or is that a Bitcoin clone? In fact MΣC is a hybrid that was specifically designed to be superior to both of them. If you were so knowledgeable, you would understand this! You have been proven wrong every single step of the way, and have a predilection for showing up when your points are the least credible. The reward scheme of Megacoin was also a work of genius, because it recruited only the best hand picked team that Kimoto could find. We are building on this success, and spending the profits on hiring even better talent for even more advanced projects. All built around MΣC. The most precision, digital engine yet designed for cryptography. Megacoin was designed like a Swiss watch, both in timing, and execution. It is pure excellence compared to anything that existed either before it, or at this point in time. There was absolutely no pre-mine. It was a fair launch that was announced in advance.
Any fool could mine them with a laptop, which many of us did.

Downloaded the Bitcoin blockchain lately.  Roll Eyes How about those 1 hour transactions. Nice huh?  Roll Eyes

                                                                                   Grin
And yet, a 0 confirmation bitcoin transaction is magnitudes more secure than a 1 confirmation megacoin transaction... And a 2, 3, 4, 5, etc confirmation megacoin transaction, for that matter. You are profoundly ignorant on the subject, that is for sure.

Funny how that works, huh? You goons probably don't even know what I'm talking about. The kool-aid is strong in here.

You guys are absolutely fucking ridiculous.

The beauty in all of this, as I warned you all about, is that Realsolid has done nothing illegal.

He is allowing everyone to retrieve their coins. No hacks, no thefts.

He never made any promises on the performance of mcxFEES. People still own them.

He now walks away, with no illegalities totally anonymous with about $12 Million UDS in BTC.

I don't know how anyone could have missed something as obvious as it was.

~BCX~
It could probably fall under the statute of frauds, but good luck even finding the man. Cheesy

Where are all the blowhards, like quantplus, saying his identity doesn't matter now?

hazard, i think its fairly safe to say that quantplus was just one of the many sockpuppets of RS
Strong possibility.

But I find it hard to believe that every person defending RS's right to anonymity was a sockpuppet. There was a ton of them.

Read the fucking charts yourself, halfwit: http://cryptometer.org/megacoin_96_hour_charts.html

4 million MEC generated, and hashrate peaked at about 700KH/s. That is the equivalent of one GPU, hence, one person.

Take note, that this is impartial data pulled from the blockchain. So please refrain from using ad hominem in your rebuttal. Cheesy

By all means, continue to support this boring litecoin clone if you wish, but you can not deny that it had a rather large premine associated with it. That is a demonstrable fact.

I wouldn't even view your site on a library computer, probably get a trojan/virus..
All info is right here showing a steady money supply creation: http://cryptometer.org/megacoin_104_week_charts.html
Right.. Roll Eyes I like how you picked the chart with the very long timescale that hides what happened. Here's what you should be looking at, the 96 hour launch chart:

See that? That's one person mining over 4 million coins.

Fair launch, huh? Roll Eyes

A broken clock is correct twice a day.

Do yourself a favor and cash out while the prices are still this high, because they're unsustainable.

I guess that means I should buy more mec, considering how wrong you've been about everything!  What else shouldn't I invest in?  PLEASE TELL ME
By all means.

Have any of you contributed to the bribe to get MEC on BTC-e yet? Huh
679  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [MΣC] Megacoin.co.nz - Forum, Github, Website Now in 11 Languages on: November 26, 2013, 05:52:20 AM
Praytell, what has changed in the past week that supports this almost $7,000,000 market cap?

Absolutely nothing, what you're seeing is the result of ignorant speculative "investing", if you could even call it that.

Well I've been telling people to mine and invest in MEC shortly after I looked at the code to see it wasn't another scam clone.  More people are learning about it and investing globally in the exact same manner as they have been with BTC.  Unless you consider the movement in BTC as "ignorant speculative investing"..
Oh please.. You can view the launchtime graphs at my website. High coin minting rate, coupled with a low hashrate. It's the most obvious of scam coins.

My BTC holdings have outperformed you megacoin fanatics who have been holding for the past several months.

BTC went up around 8x since megacoin was released.  I bought in when megacoin was .003 USD.  I've gone up over 100x. Smiley  BTC has not outperformed megacoin if you got in at the right time.  Keep trying though!
