Whenever I see this thread it usually means the price has peaked and is on its way down.

If someone paid me the bitcoins with PayPal gift, can he get his money back ? I sent him the btc after the payment and everything but now he is trying to get his money back.
Is it possible that i will lose the whole amout ?
Thanks, Jank
Pretty much the rule is that if you do not know the sender of the paypal in person you should not do it. In fact accepting paypal for BTC is the primary thing that gives stolen paypal accounts value.

I'll give you $30
HA! I would not sell it for $90 worth of BTC. They go on ebay for $135 + and I like to offer things here cheaper so the benefit stays in the community vs going to paypal/ebay but makes no sense to go below the (ebay - 10%) price. (que others posting non-comparable or fluke ebay finished listings)

Been using give-me-ltc for a while now and I really love this new interface! Also noticed that the auto payout fee is at 0; is that going to stay or will it go back up to .001 at some point? Thanks
Autopayout is at 0 from now on Seems like it is at .01 for me.

If you want to speculate on BTC, fine enough, but thats no reason to slam BFL— there are plenty of real reasons for that. I'd like to slam BFL for terrible communications. Everyday I have to go to these pages: https://forums.butterflylabs.com/blogs/https://forums.butterflylabs.com/activity.phphttps://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=8198;sa=showPostsAnd filter through endless tirades of misinformation and babble/drivel. Rarely to discover any facts which give me any indication of when and if I'll ever receive my Single or, for that matter, recoup any of the money I invested nearly a year ago. Contrast this with: https://www.kncminer.com/newsWhere I receive clear, un-opinionated facts and information which reassure me and help me prepare for delivery of my Jupiter. Given what I know now, the only emotion that I have is regret for listening to all the bullish hype and over-promising which was the signature of BFL's presence on this forum in September and October last year. Josh, I mean this nicely, but can you please consider stopping picking fights with everyone on this forum who makes accusations and concentrate on providing clear information to your customers, like me. Cheers, Donovan. Looks like so far KNC has delivered nothing so they would not be a great example. Avalon makes BFL look quite transparent. ASICminer is the most straight forward so far doing pretty much what they promise but also the only one of the three competing directly with their customers putting their customers at a huge disadvantage. Hmmmmmm Choices... Choices... Choices...

Just checked Ebay and it is still selling these for ~$6500 with the unit in-hand. I think I'll wait 1 week until I get the unit and then post it. Thanks all .
Ebay is a risk but it might work. Ebay fees are about $500, so you will net $6000. The buyer could take it and return it in a month (after mining) for a full refund. It is not 'legal' but ebay unfortunately allows it. And that is the rosier fraud scenario, you can imagine the worse one. Another strategy for maximum return is to just mine with it for 30 days. Get the $1500 or so of BTC and see where the BTC price/difficulty and selling price of the unit are. I personally do not think difficulty can keep rising at the current rate for 60 days. In 30 days I imagine you could get more then 35BTC for it so you come out just a bit ahead.

How could you possibly prove that this particular card found the block?
Can not be proven but since it was being bought from the person KNOWN to be the account holder that found the block that is close enough. This type of scenario plays out with movie memorabilia as well and you do not have a SN to prove anything just the public chain of custody. The SN should be publicly posted by the seller so it will keep its value.

I'm sorry. I didn't read the OP carefully and was thinking that $1,100 was too much for a Single that wasn't in hand.
He said ~100BTC for a Single. That's currently about $11,000 for 60GH... or $183/GH. If anyone thinks that's a deal, I'd sell you a 500GH rig in hand today for $91,000 (same rate as above). Hey! I'll even drop it down to $70,000 and get the rig to you by tomorrow or the next day. The singles were going for 100BTC 1-2 months ago. I'm fine dropping the BTC to a reasonable price. As a I said above I dropped to 85BTC, but given that mining power continues to go up maybe 70BTC is a better deal. So my price is now 80BTC OBO. I expect to receive my unit in ~1 week (following current shipping dates from BFL). Let me help you because you are lost. ASIC Miner is selling 13Gh Miners today for immediate deliver for $1025 That's $78 a GH You are Asking BTC80 which is $8700 which is $145 a GH (twice the price) So if you JUST wanted to be competitive with what anyone can buy Hashing power today for. Your price would have to be BTC42.50 I know that makes you sad that you wanted to make a huge profit on your $1200 investment (if you bought before April 2103, When did you order by the way?) but when you think about it, $4000 on a $1200 investment is not Bad. I think your number of 42.50 BTC is pretty accurate. It also is close to the return the device should give in six months with 60% difficulty increases.

Unless it gets some good reviews I'd be careful with that site. Here is the whois info with an obviously fake fax number (why not just leave it blank?) paul moscatt ( paul@hampdenwireless.com) +1.4104674631 Fax: +1.5555555555 3252 keswick road baltimore, MD 21211 US The site may be for sale...here is their "privacy policy" We do NOT store bitcoin payment addresses as they are done through bit-pay therefore we do not provide this information to anyone purchasing this business. Anyone purchasing this business would need to have a new bit-pay or payment processor and would have no access to older information. There "about us" section states: Welcome to Little Shop of Harware's online bitcoin store. The address on google street view says "the little shop of hardware", so that might be correct. And their logo doesn't even fit within the area it is put in. I think they just bought an old domain, through up opencart on it with products and are just hoping that they will receive bitcoins and then disappear when trouble comes. Don't get me wrong I could be completely wrong, but if they were making any profit online I'd think they'd make their website look a little more professional than its current state. We have shipped hundreds of orders worldwide and have been selling bitcoin related items since 2011.

You guys are just .03 BTC away.
If you are saying that a cheaper option is FULLY tracked end to end then you are probably wrong. "End to End" tracking IS available. So you are wrong. No, maybe not to parts of Africa (too bad because I have tons of customers from Malawi), but to certain "first world" countries. So really have some pretty bad logic there. You have been proven wrong even with your own writing and still are calling others wrong. ANYWHERE <> "certain first world countries" I already gave you credit for being the "Technicality King". Also, I am just taking your word on that...I'm convinced I'm able to ship to just about every country in the world, but listing the countries I can't ship to might give you a clue as to the method (not like you'd figure it out anyway though). I'd be curious to see how often the average person mails anything to any of the countries you say supposedly are not supported. I for one can say that I have never had to mail ANYTHING to anywhere on the entire continent of Africa, only a handful of countries in South America, and only a couple in the Middle East. Also lets not be mistaken-you were wrong. I'm done with this pissing contest. You can continue to ship the way you do and pay the [higher] price you pay. I'll use my method, the one I've been using for years, and save more than you on postage. If anyone else is interested in the way I ship, just send me a PM! Again. You do not know the meaning of the word ANYWHERE. And you have not pointed out where I am wrong.
