are you running the correct miner? cgminer will not let you mine DARK's.
yes I am using the correct miner... Using it on several other pools with no issues. Trying it again.

I think someone already made an asic for x11, there was some talk about it.
yea supposedly already mining in china. I think the biggest issue is the software as well. Why share your program when you can mine and rake it in. I wonder how many of these existing asics could be used for other coins with just some creative coding.

seriously did you just raise the cost of the auto payout fee? if .02 wasn't getting raped enough on top of the pool fee you raise it to .03? And you raised the auto payout as well I mean WTF! I am outta here I should just abandon my piddly crap now to the pool but you would probably take that as well.

Actually, if an algorithm is worth something, there will be soon an asic for it. It is inevitable, and is needed for progress. That is why people hoard coins in early phase and wait to see which one makes it.
that's it pretty much. All these "*-proof" coins will eventually die or someone will design something for them. It doesn't make sense to invest money into a board design for a coin that might fall flat. Once it has some legs to it and someone sees a profit than an asic or whatever will be designed for that purpose. None of it matters if it doesn't catch on in some way.

How the hell can I signup with every time:
"Token expired, please try again " !!
Please solve this bullshit. (you have no time to edit a long complex password...before your token expires)...
I will pass this pool and select another.
Sorry for inconvenience. Token is for security, but expires too fast time to time. We will take a look at it. it is a serious PITA to need to log back in every time I look back over my shoulder.

Is there a fee for auto payments as well as mining fee? And US stratum server for darkcoin isn't responding.
Yes, 0.01 DRK fee is charged. Can you try US stratum server again? Maybe it needed some time to process at that time. Thanks. appears to be responding at this time.

I don't want to kill your euphoric..but to me it also looks like it should be time to sell. some whales been playing on the market with several coins and this one is another big game theyre playing. Hold your coins ready to dump.. just an advice.
did someone ask for advice ? or are you just freely giving it? you should keep it to yourself. Dump yourself.

So many people are mining at ghash. May I know what is the reason mining at there? Can any1 share?
the ability to exchange coins for another. Although it's limited. Multipool support that converts the coins into ltc or btc of your choosing. Merged mining as well.

IS there still an issue with the wallet synching to the network? Using the latest version v0.9.3.3-unk-beta It will synch to the network at startup but once it's been running for a while it tries to synch with the network again and it just sits there on block 68386 of 414021 Plenty of active connections. Is it normal due to the hard fork getting ready to roll out?
I have v0.10.7.3-unk-beta and it is working just fine. same behavior with rc2 as well. Guess it's me since I don't see any other complaints. No other wallet exhibits this behavior. fwiw

On a semi related note, how the hell did the United States Dept of Homeland Security have any jurisdiction whatsoever over a Tokyo based exchange run by a guy from France. He wasn't IN the US was he? Even if he was, how could they pull it off?
I'm seeing a disturbing pattern to all these hacking horror stories - they all start sounding like BS when you look a little deeper at their details which never actually add up.
HLS has zero jurisdiction in other countries. Would we let Chinese government security do shit to anyone in this country?
The US govt likes to think if your business crosses their borders, virtual or not, they have the authority.

Is your darkcoin pool running correctly? I see the graphs are looking flat. The 0 workers looks bad... I see the server accepting shares but no indication if the shares are good.

that's a lie since I just signed up and yet again another site that takes a fee for the autopayout. And no auto payout till 1.0? Where is the option to delete the account?

That latest wallet works great, Thanks for updating it so quick. Much better. Anyone having issues with the block chain needs to update to .9.3.3 and quit messing with .9.1.1 released earlier in the day

Is the RC2 windows-qt messed up for anyone else? Refuses to sync.
I've tried and cant get it to synch myself. From reading some comments from different threads on here; Attempted some command line args, created a conf file which I never had to for other wallets. *shrug* Using version 0.9.0.0-unk-beta *scratch head* 1st wallet to not work. edit to add ports are open edit to add it is now synching; used addnode in the console and added several nodes which seemed to kickstart it.

I was browsing through, and was curious, is Slush planning on adding Merged mining to any other coin in the future? Seems like it would be a rather good idea for those of us that mine here!
If he does, don't expect to get the coins from it. Use to have namecoin here and for whatever reason it was removed. Seems it is better to mine on another pool that pays you the other coins that can be mined and earn a little extra off the effort.

exactly unless you have a large operation it isn't profitable. The cost of the acid's to go through with it. Some sort of area setup to handle the work being performed. If it was worth the effort of recovering the gold I would bet this guy would be melting them down.
