Am also in support of this, but we have to look more into this off topic we board we are going for, wouldn't this allow members to be posting anyhow or spamming with unsolicited discussions since they know it's not going to be fit in any where else, also if we should say that we are not going to include off topic there, people will still be abusing the other boards and there will be many unrelated threads that will be frequently reported to the moderators for off topic, so i like the way we are making tidy of the house before anything else could show up, nice works all the way.

Being addicted to gambling is really as if someone is mad in real life, but in this case, it's only on the way he gambles and he's likely most to be affected by the way he live his life as well, addiction will take our time and also stops us from having interest on other things, we are most likely to be broke, being an addicted gambler because all the money we have will always be chanelled towards gambling, we may loose focus on other things in such a way.

Thank you Agbe for bringing this up, i see naija local board increasing in activities ever since the approval of the local board, now it's unto the next phase to help see the local board going well organized by how it members post on the board, I've also seen two or more cases of postings that are not perfectly on topic which some of the members take advantage of the unavailability of the sub board to post anyhow topic, now when there's three to five sub boards under the local board, each thread will finds its appropriate board it is well fitted in, else other contrary threads will be moved to off topic because they are not fit in anywhere.

If this request is granted, i see it to be one of the means to reduce spamming and off topic threads created indescriminately by some members, this will also encourage for more quality post when each aspect of discussion is having a designated board expected to have all related discussions, it will also be easier to locate any off topic or low quality post to be reported to the moderator if any is found.

Lastly, thanks to Hugeblack who had made it a commitment in identifying unmerited quality posts from local boards, this is one of the reasons we also hope that the two local board merit source applications be considered to help encourage other quality posters and also compliment cryptopreneurbrainboss who is the only merit source, while his own monthly allocations too can increase, thanks to all other active naija local board bitcointalk members for the good works on the local board and for bringing this initiative to request for sub boards.

I think this thread will serve well as our own naija local board speculation threads on bitcoin price in respect to USD and naija Naira, now i can see that over two days now, the naira currency on the exchange rate to USD is maintaining a strong dorminance between #1,000 to #1,050 per exchange rate for $1 same also is bitcoin struggling with a dorminance between 34,900 to $35,500 and I think there's much to derive out from these sentiments, now the price of items in the market is fast increasing as at when the exchange rate was $1 = #1,300

Inflation is increasing in rate and market value are coming down but the prices are not coming down with it, this will now lead to my own personal conclusion on this that we should expect an influx change at anytime from now onwards to increase the USD exchage rate to Naira before the end of this month, definitely we all know that Naira has not that ability to withstand and hold against USD in terms of exchages rate, but let's see how the government could try in holding this resistance to last before we see $1 to be #1,300 or more before this Christmas.
