Estimated Next Difficulty:   46,539,796,428 (+14.51%)
Adjust time:   After 1086 Blocks, About 6.7 days

If this holds up and BTC stays in the dumps I guess the dividend

will amount to .00000600 tops in a week. Maybe itīll be lower,

time will tell.

Don't worry, If the declining BTC and increasing difficulty don't give soon...... well i know some miners will be turning off before us, unless the ultimate flash crash comes and we are all doomed.

about the new rule: if 8h seems manageable, we could lower it even further to 6h or even 4h. We'll see how it goes Wink

12 is too much but 8h is fine because you don't make trades without thinking twice Smiley less panic sell/buys Grin

being able to enter the market and then exit the market 4hours later would be a big positive for me.

Sometimes i just like a busy hour, kind of like today really. Sell $275 - Buy $270 - Sell $277 - Buy $269 - job done, office closed and it's not even lunch
723  Economy / Speculation / Re: Trading Simulator - A fun and free Speculation Game [48 participants] on: January 05, 2015, 09:32:34 AM
BUY @266.87

1/266.87*100.09 = 0,37505 btc

SELL @278.8

0,37505*278.8 = 104,56

wow  Shocked

No offence but i hope we balloon all the way back to $325

I agree, it's a good possibility, but it's a game, you can take risks you'd never take with your hard-earned BTC/money  Grin
Even if bullish we have good chances to go back to 266

i actually agree, I have decided to play semi opposite IRL, when i buy here i sold on BTC-E & kraken.

currently sitting 75% BTC + 25% fiat and the cold wallet is empty for the first time in maybe 2 years, really i hope we rise, but i would love to catch another sharp drop with the fiat waiting in the lines.

price manipulation is key to winning

MATTERS TO BE DECIDED

2) Using USD MARKET average in stead of GLOBAL average
Advantage: we can get the history from the API to check suspicious trades and catch cheaters more easily
disadvantage: not on the frontpage of bitcoinaverage.com. People will make mistakes posting their trades

thoughts?

whats the difference? link to both please Smiley

See https://bitcoinaverage.com/ and https://bitcoinaverage.com/markets#USD.

thanks, i just figured it out by clicking the USD market.

I would stick with what is on the HOMEPAGE of bitcoinaverage
