Like we have said we have fowarded this to our head developer as this is a unique case with your cloud hashing. Continuing to post that we are scamming you is not going to speed anything up on a proper compensation on your downtime. We understand that there was a considerable amount lost and the automated compensation system clearly did not make up for it. Our head developer is the only one who can look into your account and figure out the issue unfortunately he is not available on weekends. Your ticket has been escalated to top priority this will be the first thing looked at when he is in the office. I can understand your frustration loosing $300+ USD worth of bitcoins would make anyone upset but I assure you we are not scamming you and you will get fully compensated.
When you are compensated we would also like to kindly ask you to inform everyone that you were properly compensated on your downtime and that we are not a fraudulent company. These types of bugs and issues will happen as our site is still in beta and continuously being improved. Okay, here you are.
I've attached a screenshot to ease up understanding what I am saying.
As you can see, your normal hash rate is 4.3 THS. You've experienced hash rate fall for 11 hours. This equals the loss of 4.3*11=47.3 THS*hr mining power over time. After the fall you've got one hour of 32.8 THS. If we decrease it by your normal hash rate, we'll have 28.5 THS of pure compensation power. This is for one hour, so for this period you've got 28.5 THS*hr of compensation mining power. The next one-hour period is 25 THS. Pure compensation hash rate is 25 - 4.3 THS of your regular hash rate = 20.7 THS*hr of mining power over rime. Hence, you've got 28.5+20.7=49.2 THS*hr of compensation during these two hours. Your losses were 47.3 THS*hr, so they are fully compensated. Apart from this two hours you've got another hour of 8.4 THS hash rate, which makes your situation even better.
You have lost some power which was able to do some amount of hash calculations. This was compensated with a power which was able to do even more hash calculations than you've lost. Whether these abilities were used or not — it is not up to us, because there is no any possible way to control amount of blocks that the pool will find over given time.
BTC If the luck parameter was much higher at the moment of compensation, you'd gain much more BTC income than you've lost, but this parameter is absolutely random. causing done time and lost earnings is not your system running fine. |

We DO NOT look on your BTC losses. We look and compensate fully all the losses you've encountered in GHS.
You had losses equivalent to 1 hour of 47 THS hash rate, you were compensated in equivalent to 1 hour of 50 GHS. So, you've got even some extra hashing for some time.
What if the luck parameter was very high at the moment of compensation and blocks were found every 3-5 minutes instead of hours, and all your losses were covered trice? Would you complain than? I don't think you. And in such potential case our moves would be absolutely the same.

You currently have 4.3 THS. You've experienced downtime for 11 hours. After that you've got compensation in two hour-long waves: one with 32.8 THS, and second one with 25 THS. These make up (33-4)+(25-4) = 50 THS*hr of extra hash rate. Your losses were 4.3*11=47.3 THS*hr.
Hence, we've compensated all your hash rate loss with little extra.
Please be aware that we compensate your hash rate losses, and do not count your possible BTC income and counting extra blocks with same BTC income after that. If the you've got less funds during the compensation than you've lost during the downtime, this means that the luck parameter was lower. Unfortunately, we are not able to change it in someone's interest, so this time you've got less blocks than expected.
