i estimate i have lost out on the following

0.01243621 x 33 blocks based on 4.32THPS of 8.84 Ph/s
0.02487242 x 1 block based on 4.32THPS of 4.16 Ph/s
0.026116041 x 1 block, based on 4.32THPS of 3.64 Ph/s

total = 0.461383391

I will update with how compensation is paid. the stopped replying to support mail about the compensation 2 hours ago.

i know the problem..... my cex.io mining shares have been offline for 35 blocks and compensation is away to be paid as one massive lump of hash over fewer blocks.

friedcat needs to work harder for his shareholders this time...  Grin

1w/gh is a bit late at this point. AM gen3 is going to put all antminers out of business.

I honestly expected more from bitmain gen2.
and when do you predict these gen2 miners to be actually hashing???

asicminer will be gen 3 not gen 2, gen 2 skipped production.

gen 3 will be close to 1TH 500w $2000

they are not gen 2, just a under volted build of their current chip, more chips, less watts.

anyone tried to add extra VRM and PCI connections to KnC boards?
1610  Economy / Exchanges / Re: ***CEX.IO Cloud mining official page*** on: March 15, 2014, 10:50:06 AM
Have not been getting paid for the last 9 hours worth of blocks!

this repeatedly happens.

good luck periods hashing power goes offline, this time for 9hours.

Repayment comes as one giant lump of hashpower which is normally delivered in about 10 minutes of mining at stupidly high speeds, what they are actually doing is stealing the luck variance, bellow we found almost 30 blocks in 9 hours. The compensation will probably be paid over the space of an hour, which will more than likely be a bad luck period.

wow this is an absolute mess, 11% difficulty change just skipped us by and our HW is not even running stable after weeks from delivery.

This really is a sorry state of affairs.

What is going on with the miners?
Why is this happening?
What are your communications with coin terra regarding the matter?
when will this be resolved?

Every PSU comes from China. Tongue

Yes but packaged and with the proper documentation.

Previous miners sent with PSU, like avalon gen1, entering Germany mainly have had problems.

any ideas why i can run 5 boards using cgminer and overclock settings, but when i try and do this with bfgminer i get 10x as many HW errors and i never achieve anywhere near the hashrate, but when i use 4 boards on bfgminer it is all fine.

i prefer bfg but i am not going to sacrifice the extra hashrate to use it

Has anyone managed to get 5 or 6 boards working with anything close tot he following settings.

5 boards
all 8vrm
99.2 firmware/99.2E to enable all VRM
clock setting 271 - 291
HW - 0.5-1.5%

I can run 4 boards perfectly with the above and an output of 790GH, but when i add the 5th board i only seem to get a total of about 150 x 5 = 750 - 10% - HW  Embarrassed

1620  Bitcoin / Mining support / Re: Hacking The KNC Firmware: Overclocking on: March 10, 2014, 09:35:31 AM
Used compressed air around the boards, heatsinks and VRM's. got the vacuum cleaner out and cleaned the well, used the brush head and got right in there.

Can feel the extra airflow, temperatures have reduced by about 10-5c and temps have reduce in my mining room, which is what i wanted as it has been to hot the last few days, i had to run all my 4vrm board without overclock as it was jsut to hot, i think today i will be fine though.
