When can we expect our AMBERs for q3?

Yes that's what I meant....I saved it as Ambercoin.conf
As far as running anything as admin, the problem is that I downloaded the zip file for the new wallet from the Ambercoin site (named ambercoin-qt-win-v3.0.0.3) and when I open it I see 2 files
AmberCoin-qt.exe qrcodelib.dll
So I click AmberCoin-qt.exe and that's when I get the following message:
The program can't start because qrcodelib.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.
This is so frustrating!!
Are you sure you have unpacked the files first before running them?

Guys I'm still having a hard time with this damn wallet! Socal PM'd me with the config stuff which I copied into notepad and saved as Amber.conf in the correct folder but still nothing is synching.
When I downloaded the new wallet from the Amber website and tried to install it, it said
qrcodelib.dll is missing
even though in the damn folder I see Amber.exe and qrcodelib.dll
It SUCKS to be a neverending noob at this crap bus seriously I don't know what to do and I want my vote to count!! Like I said, I had around 200k shares IIRC so my vote will be huge....if I can just get this damn wallet to synch. UGH.......
The dll error seems weird, try running wallet as an ADMIN?

Damnit I can't remember where or how to post the config files. Can someone walk me through it? It would be worth your time if you want btc to win because I have a huge share for Q3 ;-) THanks!
some problem, wallet is not synchronized, how to add node? any one conf.file, can't vote...help This is a long shot, but do you have the most recent wallet version? Mine is `v3.0.0.3` - 15 connections. @Jeef Maybe you should check as well?

Honestly would prefer to add more non-scrypt coins, but wont block any scrypt ones.
I think now I have every mineable coin in TOP20 from coinmarketcap. Next step would be to get TOP40

I have already removed it yesterday Yeah I plan to add cryptopia and yobit in the nearest future.

Could someone check mining stats info that I have been using to fetch data? http://128.199.129.14/getmininginfo.php seems to be offline for quite some time. Thanks. Edit: Looks like its a private script from Samson, will handle it with him.

The keylogger part is crystal clear, though we should hold our horses before we could confirm its in fact the 1.7.1 ccminer. Is it possible to decompile the file and check its contents in any sane way? I fail to understand how someone could enter your pc via teamviewer though, the access is password protected. On a side note anti-viruses are total shit nowadays, I feel like there is 50-50 chance they will find the virus Just be careful.

Thank you both Added bleutrade exchange filtering.

I look at the cryptsy almost not Diamonds for sale at prices ranging up to 0.001. I wonder why buyers do not move on the Bittrex? because there, DMD can be purchased at a lower cost People try to run from cryptsy via altcoins and when they do, they do it in the ones they know. I have emptied my cryptsy wallet all into DMD as well.

The legendary diamond requires you to have either 3k or 15k, correct?
There is no way to take lets say 2,5k and stake it up to 3k with the bonus?

Not using any It seems that the block explorer is wrong and the comment on wallet is just old. Thanks for the confirmation, will use 50 as well with block halving of 1051200.
|
|
|
I got some doubts about the block reward.
Mpos pools are showing 50, block explorer is showing 12,5 Wallet has a comment that it halves every 210k blocks, which would give us 12,5 atm. Yet the same wallet has a value for halving at 1051200.
Can anyone confirm?

You can now filter exchanges out. Simply deselect the ones you dont want and recalculate.
Nice. But you forgot Bleutrade. Would be really great to have it monitored also. Thanks. Edit: I'd send you some Mooncoins as a little incentive ... Just drop me your MOON-address. Yep Bleutrade is next on my list of exchanges. Updated the sig.

Skein coins (MYR and DGB) show in the frontpage list but you can't input your hashrate at the top. Why is that?
They were never enough skein coins to add a form for it. At some point I have removed DGB and MYR skein from the main list, but someone asked for them to be returned. No one ever requested any skein coins and I would rather have one spot open just in case. Thank you. One question: What average hashrate do you take into account for a 280x card mining skein? You are welcome I use a 270 multiplier. So for a 280x default of 730khash we have 197.1Mhash I must admit I havent checked it in a while, but afaik there were no skein mining improvements? I want to expose including Skein coins option, after I am done with exchanges filtering.

Please consider dropping cryptsy exchange rates wherever possible. The spread between cryptsy prices and other exchanges is a bit of a bad joke, because everyone is using whatever altcoin they can to get their coins out. It's a bit like using the mt gox btc rate just before they went pop, and it severely distorts any profitability calculations.
Indeed I have noticed this, didnt connect the dots though with recent cryptsy problems. The problem is that so many coins are *only* listed on cryptsy from supported exchanges. Removing cryptsy would remove so many coins from the list. I will try to add all missing exchanges today and see how it looks. That's why I said wherever possible. To be honest though, any coins that only trade on cryptsy are of very limited interest for the average profit-seeking miner. If you can't subsequently move the btc that you trade them for.... Has this already escalated to all btc withdrawals? I have never had problems with withdrawals there, both BTC or altcoin. Anyway about WTM solution. I wanted to expose exchanges filtering, turns out it wont be as easy as I have expected. Need to redo some part of the coding that handles rates caching to be done on the fly.
