For me, the last Champions League matches where Real Madrid performed much better than Barcelona and didn't lose as much strength were revealing. I think El Clasico will be won by Real, but I don't argue that Barcelona certainly have a chance too. Although if they lost away to Inter, I don't know what will happen in Madrid.
I think Barcelona draw from Inter will further fuel the enthusiasm of Barcelona players to give their best performance in El Clasico. I also think that Barcelona will hardly continue in the Champions League. They should go to the Europa League and maybe have better luck. From the end of last season till the beginning of this season I have always praised Barcelona coach he has been impressive even taking up the challenges of coaching Barcelona even when they were in financial crisis. It was a great performance from the Liverpool team yesterday. But I am not going to get carried away with this victory. Manchester city game is a massive test. It’s a different level of demands. No doubt this victory has done them a lot of good, at least it has made some players increase their performance and it’s a big boost for the team’s confidence going into the Manchester City game.

We really needed a big win to raise our spirits and Rangers came at the right time. We were quite bad in the 1st half and conceded the 1st goal yet again, but after getting in the lead the game went only 1 way.
McGregor, the Rangers' goalkeeper, was just as bad as their defense. Too many mistakes. I didn't really think Rangers would pose a threat to Liverpool in the match. My belief was shaken when they scored the first goal, but the outcome didn't surprise me in the end. Furthermore, I am exicted for Liverpool's next match because Salah and Haaland will be playing on the same field this weekend. Salah appears to be back on form, and Haaland has been playing well. Rangers getting the first goal doesn't mean that Liverpool was bad in the first half. If you can recall Firmino got a brace in the first half of that match. Then finally Salah got a hatrick in the second half. It was a big win for Liverpool. For England Liverpool vs Manchester City, I am confident that Manchester City will win the match because some key players of Liverpool are injured and would miss the match. |

Rangers might not be the best like they were when were managed by Gerrard but Liverpool also isn't in their form. I would say Rangers might have chance of surprising Liverpool. Also Liverpool are currently having lot of players out with injury so Rangers have a good chance of surprising I would say. I didn't know Liverpool drew at half-time against Rangers 1-1. Honestly I would be very surprised if Liverpool dropped points again in this match, obviously it wasn't a difficult match but Rangers also have a chance to win. But even if Liverpool lose, then I don't think they will miss the chance to qualify for the next round considering that Ajax don't have a high chance of chasing Liverpool's points. Liverpool are safe to draw, but I think they will win. Elsewhere, Tottenham seemed safe for 3 points today after ending the first half 3-0.
