7841  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Banks are Blocking funds? From Exchangers on: October 16, 2019, 01:36:36 AM
Here's a tip. Stick to OTC and DEXs. There is no way banks can get a hold of you or your crypto-to-fiat transactions in what so ever ways. If you don't want to use Localbitcoins, then use any one of its hundred alternatives. As long as there are built in escrows and you are not retarded, you can do just fine by limiting your financial transactions to these OTC platforms.
7842  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Unable to send BTC - Incorrect Password on: October 15, 2019, 08:43:05 PM
I have 0.05 BTC in my account but I am unable to transfer them. I have multiple previous transfers. I did not make any changes. But bow it says incorrect password. Does anyone know how I can get help?

Youve been online in October 13, 2019, 12:26:19 AM but you havent answered on most people's question on here on which wallet you are referring into?

You can import keys on other wallets as well like Electrum for you to get accessed into those funds once again. If you do talk about some web-wallets password feature
then you do just need to make use of their lost password option if you dont have any ways left then the thing suggested by most people here is ideal.

Well then I think we all should stop trying to help this guy. This is a useless post and probably nothing like this ever happened. Newbies make such posts and forget everything about it in the hopes of stuff like this giving them more post count. I donno what policy moderators follow here and if they can lock this thread so more useful threads can keep getting bumped instead of this stupid one.
7843  Economy / Goods / Re: STORM AREA 51 T-SHIRT - BULLETPROOF on: October 15, 2019, 08:30:37 PM
This is a Bitcointalk exclusive you won't find anywhere else! Get your piece of meme history, act now before the aliens hunt you down and probe your anus for not wearing fresh gear (unless you are into that sort of thing).

Unless someone from china decides to screenshot this and make a better one and sell it for lower margin and higher quality in all of China.
I heard of a site called Threadless years ago. Go check them out, you can set up your own store there and then promote it to sell your stuff. Their fabric is very durable as well. I regularly buy for Christmas from there.
7844  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Get into the $8600 Zone? on: October 15, 2019, 07:58:03 PM
First and foremost, I think $8,000 is the very core of support so it's not impossible to touch it anytime. If there is no FUD then the market will eventually go up following with the sentiments of the people.

The only problem now here is how would Bitcoin break or even reach the $9,000 resistance within this Q4? FOMO would start if the people see some positive sentiment that would eventually starts the bull run but I doubt it will happen this year.

Sadly market does not move based on sentiments. $8000 is not a true support zone. It is $7600. Take a look at the charts before you say that $8000 is the support zone. Just because there are some corrections at that level, does not mean it becomes a support zone.
7845  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info Questions/2FA on: October 15, 2019, 06:46:02 PM
Going by that, I will not be suggesting you any additional methods. I would also request other members here to follow suit.

No problem in cooperating but your claim needs strong proof which I don't see, mind elaborating? (doesn't matter if it's circumstantial)

If it's about op not having access to their email account and mnemonic, then no it's not enough. We're talking about an old neglected wallet, losing information wouldn't be weird.

Of course I have no proof of this and this is merely a speculation on what it could be. Without further proof from OP it would be unwise to help him because we all could be helping a hacker get funds that belonged to someone else. I am not the one claiming that I lost some of the most important things any bitcoin wallet owner should keep safe. While at the same time saying that I only have access to information that can be stolen with a cookie infection.

So the burden of providing proof that what the OP is saying is not false lies with OP himself. Not me.

Do you find my logic refutable?
7846  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Get into the $8600 Zone? on: October 15, 2019, 06:26:47 PM
in my personal opinion, there might be price fluctuations one week before Bitcoin Futures is launched (only predictions). I personally as a trading player who is more inclined to technical analysis, of course, will be more hopeful if the process of launching Bitcoin futures does not have a significant impact.

Actually people don't care about ETF's anymore. Back when it was first being discussed, it might have been important, but now it has been rejected so many times that traders, serious or casuals, just don't care. And I think that's the way it should be.

Remember when everyone was losing their shit about Bakkt launch and the BTC futures then? See what happened? BTC crashed rather than gaining momentum. So let's not worry about BTC futures. If it happens, good.. if not, who cares?
7847  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Get into the $8600 Zone? on: October 15, 2019, 10:25:32 AM

until now I am still waiting for information that contains FOMO in it. Well, I think the price of bitcoin is so close to the price of $ 8,700, I think it's pretty easy. however, given the current situation, the fact is that bitcoin is really trying to reach that price. I don't know whether today or tomorrow the price of bitcoin reaches $ 8700, but I'm pretty sure bitcoin can pass that level this month. however, some analyzes that exist today say that if the bear market occurs, it could make the price of bitcoin fall to as low as $ 7700.

You are a perfect example of someone that speaks too much but says too little. Maybe we can call this the signature campaign effect?

Returning to topic. Yes, the level of btc price is way too close to 8600, like I said before, it is a very short term speculation. Bitcoin is definitely going to swing past this level. The only question is whether it will be able to sustain it long enough.

Last year the $7200 levels were considered solid as prices hovered there for months before sliding down to this year's $3500 levels. Which is mind boggling if you think about it since the price of this very asset was nearly 6 times that in early 2018. The good thing is, Bitcoin swings happen way too quickly unlike the regular stock markets so history will definitely repeat itself.
7848  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin's future prospects on: October 15, 2019, 05:13:25 AM
In the future I believe Bitcoin would stay or become an investment asset, despite the implementation of lightning nodes and all. It is already very bulky on its own. Lightning nodes may make a difference and make it more acceptable as a payment option, but there is no way to change human mentality. People invest in bitcoin, not to spend it. They have fiat for that. To hope that Bitcoin would completely replace fiat in any dystopian economy would be wishful thinking.

You would need to consider a future where Bitcoin is not alone in the global economy as the go-to investment option when it comes to crypto. A situation that we already know exists thanks to the 2017 altcoin & bitcoin bubble. That is the future prospect of Bitcoin, but perhaps with a lot more reduction in dominance.
7849  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Get into the $8600 Zone? on: October 15, 2019, 04:29:56 AM
Some people want to bet on todays price, guess it right every day and you will soon do better then the ones waiting for 18k which could be years from now.

8600 is the 200 day average so its already fought that battle and come back down from there.     We are on the 8 day average now and its been some support.

Theres a descending trend above, when the two meet we get some fireworks happening I would guess.   So far the general picture to me is consolidation of previous price moves and some negative while below the 200 DMA

That is not a very accurate chart. Your lines are not done properly. The 200 day avg you talk about is not what you think it represents. So why don't you leave this to the pro's eh?
7850  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin Get into the $8600 Zone? on: October 14, 2019, 08:27:55 PM
8600 is way too short term goal. Think about 18k. That is something that people can speculate on because it seems miles away. 8600 will be breached again and it will sink below that point as well. Hey! It is Bitcoin, it swings more than a woman from the swingers club.
7851  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Learn to play Dice on: October 14, 2019, 03:10:16 PM
There is nothing to learn. Just roll the dice and see if the number is in your favor. Now there are different kind of betting strategies but they are not really that effective. If it were magic, everyone would just become rich. I suggest you sign up on any dice gambling site and play with the free money. There's enough built in tutorial that will get you going in no time.
7852  Economy / Services / Re: Content writers req. on: October 14, 2019, 02:43:18 PM
You might find better chances if you accept non-native English writers but with good written English skills. I'll personally contact you if your offer is good.

What kind of payment you're offering here? If it's BTC, posting on the Services section might help with the exposure.

I second this opinion. Being from Docnaster I can say that being from this town that some of us have shitty English skills compared to our Indian and Asian neighbors. Of course, you cannot expect this from 100% of non native speakers, nothing can be generalized. For instance, I have a great set of teeth.  Cool

I suggest you look into those service provider threads and contact the listed people from there. Better than waiting to be contacted by unskilled people.
7853  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Blockchain.info Questions/2FA on: October 14, 2019, 01:44:40 PM
In the retrospect, this could be a clear case of social engineering / cookie based hack. Not saying that you are a hacker but you could be.
Perhaps you acquired the password somehow - could be a mistake that someone (a friend) logged into your computer / mobile and accidentally saved the password there. And now you are trying to back stab them.

Going by that, I will not be suggesting you any additional methods. I would also request other members here to follow suit.
7854  Economy / Exchanges / Re: LocalBitcoins and Tier verification's on: October 14, 2019, 12:25:39 PM
Localbitcoins have changed their policies a number of times in all their years of existence. The fact that they have tried to enforce these compliance regulations is why they have been able to survive in so many countries without much of a hiccup. Despite what the centralized exchanges would have you believe, these p2p exchanges are the backbone of the crypto space.

Although, I will be moving away from them because of the heavy documentation..
7855  Economy / Exchanges / Re: 97% of Korean exchanges risk going bankrupt on: October 14, 2019, 12:03:40 PM
You are a bit late to the party. This is old news by now and someone even suggested that most of the exchanges that are shutting down this year have a secret Korean origin. Wild conspiracy theories and all you see.

I think the open nature of Bitcoin, as in its open source code base, actually called for something like this where numerous shit coins were inevitable, and behind them, numerous exchanges. Eventually it should adjust down to a small-ish number of platforms what people can pay for. Once this space becomes regulated. Starting an exchange would become a lot more difficult. In turn giving the existing or surviving exchanges some monetary relief as they would have more and more customers.
7856  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature Anti-Spam Campaign Managers on: October 14, 2019, 10:30:40 AM
I wonder if @Pugman should consider updating this thread. Otherwise just lock and archive it. Because there are a lot of managers that are active now, and is not present in this thread. So it gives an incomplete and outdated picture of the scene.
7857  Economy / Services / Re: Buy ANYTHING from AMAZON UK with BITCOIN at a 20% DISCOUNT! on: October 14, 2019, 03:55:45 AM
I am not open to people knowing where I live when I am a bag holder. I am not opening myself up to the potential of being robbed. Yes, I can provide receipts of the gift cards I use. Just drop me a message on here mate.

With just 9 posts and a newbie tag, I don't think you have got enough reputation here and there are total possibilities that even after showing a proof here that your gift cards are genuine 'while we don't doubt the originality of your gift cards, we do care about how they were obtained', you will still be in the red by not sharing your identity because these could have been gained through illicit activities including carding methods, extortions, etc. and knowing you will not be beneficial to you so you are scared maybe? Well, to sell without anybody pointing a finger with questions against you, this is probably not the right place to do such business.

+1
With that said.

I do not support the idea of having to share ID just to flip some shit online. That ID could be mishandled and misused and exposes the seller to a host of security issues.
I would suggest @amazon_UK to take this trade outside of Bitcointalk and deal there. Maybe Blackhatworld or Beermoney forums. Or perhaps cryptotalk lol anywhere but here.
7858  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Heads-up] Apps need to remove from your phone containing harmful adware on: October 14, 2019, 03:31:39 AM
Good to know but why are you posting it here? Is this an android / cell phone usage training platform? No right?
Anyone that gets into cryptos, is expected to know about the basics of securing their devices and data. Otherwise they're hopeless.
7859  Economy / Services / Re: Buy ANYTHING from AMAZON UK with BITCOIN at a 20% DISCOUNT! on: October 14, 2019, 01:32:47 AM
There is no need to get angsty. The reason Parodium (not paranoid) is asking all this questions is perhaps because there have been thousands of similar "traders" that have come here in this forum in the past. Sold to gullible people who ended up facing criminal charges for using gift cards that were procured through carded methods. In case you did not, there used to be another marketplace called the silk road where shit like this was common.

SO if you want people to take you seriously, provide the legitimacy proof that people can take a look at - seriously. Without having to hand their balls to you blindfolded.
7860  Economy / Services / Re: Rent Sr/hero/legendary Bitcointalk ide need on: October 13, 2019, 08:02:19 PM
Yeah you are not very smart in the top floor. Asking like this is the very reason you got those negative reviews. Even if you were smart, you would have been caught and reported. That has nothing to do with humanity and has everything to do with keeping people like you away from this place.
