761  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum Price Prediction – Will ETH Hit $5,000 Soon? on: August 25, 2021, 10:11:38 PM
Eth is my favorite Altcoin and I believe in its potential but it takes a lot of patience to know and understand the cryptocurrency market
I think the best thing is to keep moving forward and we will see where the price of Ethereum goes.
The only crazy aspect i see is that the price of Ethereum keeps on rising and it is because of the speculation that everything will be working smoothly once the upgrade is completely implemented and it might take a long time for that to happen. I am not happy with the fees and even when you trying to purchase something especially auctions, then you will loose a lot of gas fees and it is not feasible on a practical basis right now.

Once that is sorted then we can talk about these huge valuations.
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most active bookie for cricket on: August 25, 2021, 12:00:53 AM

Not exactly sure why don't you personally like cricket betting; it's fun to place bets as I watch cricket most of the times these days, t20 only though. There are lots of categories for betting in cricket matches like run per over, run within x number of overs, best scorer, best wicket taker etc. Do you watch cricket matches? If you do, I bet you would love placing bets on such market; it's a great fun.
You cannot expect everyone to like every sport and even if he starts watching it will take a very long time for a new user to understand the different rules and it will be complicated to understand every aspects of it. Sure it is fun once you understand the sport.

Have you tried stake and their live betting for cricket, i think they have good options and Sportsbet have multiple lines as well but i think there are fiat bookies like bet365 that have more options than any other bookie.

Another great match between West Indies and Pakistan and it went till the last few overs and this time Pakistan was able to finish the match by picking all their wickets and even though one day was lost due to rain, it was a perfect ending for the match as Pakistan lost the last match as they were not pick the wickets of the tail end batsman and this time i thought the tail would hang in there and will draw the match.

The Test series is over and they should have played one more match.
764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 23, 2021, 11:59:21 PM
Well it seems he changed a lot, I don't see the real Manny Pacquiao on this match, it seems he is very weak in this fight. I saw he has a very slow movement compared to the last fight. During his interview after the fight that was, he said, because of his leg cramps, so that is a sign that he is old enough to give a fight. I think that is enough, he give already had so many fights and entertainment, it is time for him to rest and resign from this kind of career. Just a fun fact, he had ads regarding body pain killer drugs [ALAXAN] but he had leg cramps.
It means age is showing up and he should retire from professional boxing and if he still have the itch to compete he should compete in exhibition fights just like Floyd Mayweather and hopefully make a ton of money. I was curious to see how Manny would return and continue his speed at this age when he was coming back after two years mainly because of the pandemic and that showed in this fight.
765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UK 20% of the gambling venues are located at the poorest part of the country on: August 23, 2021, 11:41:05 PM
So what do you think? Are the poor being targeted or there is another explanation for the data we are seeing?
I do not see any target here, if the casino is located near the poorest part of the country it is mainly because the taxes are low and the rentals are low as well and these casinos could actually boost the local economy as the locals will be getting jobs in these venues. If there is much evidence regarding this then we can tell but there is nothing here even to speculate.
766  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My first bitcoin shopping on: August 23, 2021, 11:05:55 PM
Just looked up the website, it looks pretty outdated and simple (I guess it's on purpose) and it reminded me of good ol' internet times, where most websites had this simple layout and nothing more. I almost thought that this order was conducted 10 years ago, until I saw the website myself.

It was a pleasure sharing your experience, OP, I hadn't heard of this website nor the Nastyfans club before.
Nasty fan clubs is created by our own OgNasty who is a member here and one of the earliest members in the Bitcoin market.

@OP It is good to hear about your experience, i already purchased online a few years back and for you hopefully it was a good experience as the transaction charges are really low for months and this is the perfect situation if you want to make some trades.
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 23, 2021, 10:37:57 PM
Pakistan has the entire day and 90 overs to pick the rest of the 9 West Indies wickets and hopefully there wont be any weather delays because Pakistan needs those 90 overs to create pressure and possibly try to win the match. It all depends upon the West Indian batsman's mentality as they will not survive if their game plan is defense alone as they need to produce some incredible innings to defend the entire day.
768  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: August 23, 2021, 08:40:04 PM

Sri Lanka is currently witnessing a huge spike in new cases of COVID 19, and therefore this was expected (the government there just announced a complete lockdown for 10 days, which may be extended further). At least compared to this, Pakistan seems to be faring much better. I don't know whether Afghanistan will be able to put up a good fight. The players are also impacted by the civil unrest and even the IPL stars are saying that they are worried about family members back home.
Is Afghanistan cricket team on a tour, i am not seeing any matches after the civil unrest and i have seen comments in social media about players worried about their family back home and i was wondering where they were as i could not see any match schedule.

IPL is scheduled in UAE right, what is the situation in UAE because if things turns out to be bad then they might need to shift the World Cup from there as well  Grin.
769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Anderson Silva vs Tito Ortiz on September 11 on: August 23, 2021, 07:22:49 PM
~
Looking forward to the betting odds of this fight, I know the names but I don't follow them on their UFC journey. This is a co main event of the De la Hoya fight vs Vitor Belfort, and I would say both fights would be a fun fight to watch, not the Mayweather vs Paul which obviously another boring fight.

Hope they'll get rewarded here with good income from PPV sales.
TRT Vitor Belfort is scary and he could defeat anyone in the world and even after retiring from the UFC he bulked up like a huge scary person but now i am not sure about his physical condition and how they are testing them before the fight.

I do not understand what Tito Ortiz is doing with Anderson Silva in straight boxing. Anderson Silva will smoke him without any hesitation and i have seen some of the boxing bouts Anderson Silva was in and it looks incredible.
770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: August 23, 2021, 05:25:59 PM
West Indies is adamant that they want to see results in this  match and now they are trailing by 179 runs and they lost 8 wickets for 123 runs and even though they might not follow on, i want Pakistan to come out and bat for an hour or two and put West Indies back to bat and we might see the result and another thrilling encounter between the two teams  Cheesy.

Mohammad Abbas and Shaheen Shah Afridi bowled really well and if they could continue like this in the second innings Pakistan will win the match.

If you do trust the system and you believe that this venue of investment will continue to progress, placing your target after buying your coin will let you to relax and not to panic if you see some major downfall, it will save you not to rush things out and made a regretful decision. Remember that bounce always comes up after any massive dumped that take place.
Even if i come up with a business i would start accepting Bitcoin when the market is down but i would stay away from accepting them when the market starts to rally. It is just my thought process because i would like to accumulate the coin when the market is down and this is just an hypothetical situation  Grin. If you are a serious merchant that accepts Bitcoin you can always convert the coins to fiat instantly and there are many services that provides those solution.
772  Economy / Economics / Re: Die today, Die tommorrow, the same dying! still get vaccinated! on: August 22, 2021, 11:59:31 PM
This is what we should do. Feeling hopeless won't do good at all. Being positive will help us be thoughtful like making us remember what we should do before eating or doing things we do daily. Many have decided to fet vaccinated and some don't but still following safety precautions are most likely not to get infected either vaccinated or non-vaccinated.
When you live in a world when majority are ignorant about their own safety let alone the safety of others, you need to be careful because i am tired of going out during this period because of people roaming around without mask and the nerve to move like that is a concern for me as i am yet to get vaccinated as i am waiting out to see better results from the vaccines Grin .

Have you not opened an account on roobet for a long time so when you want to open an account you are not found there? or are all the names and passwords correct?

If you still can't log in to roobet, try sending support directly via email because it can help a little with your complaint why the account was not found
I registered the account played a few times and then i did not log in for months until i heard they are starting the sports book and since i wage in sports i wanted to see the platform and when i tried to log in after months i was not able to and when i tried to recover my account it said that the username does not exist. I am not sure why they should delete accounts, never mind i will start another one and hopefully that is not against TOS Grin.
774  Economy / Economics / Re: Nothing about communism: The real cause of hyperinflation in Venezuela on: August 22, 2021, 11:18:32 PM
~
Norway and Saudi Arabia also depend on the oil exports but they didn't collapse.
I think the situation of Venezuela has nothing to do with the oil prices.
The country is just corrupt.
Some people just cannot differ right from wrong and they cannot think for the long term.
Even i think that the situation in Venezuela happened because of corrupt officials and the leaders who comes up with bad economic policies will ruin any economy and i believe that the constant bad economic policies is the core reason why their economy went into hyperinflation.

Look at Afghanistan... The US gave them guns and training so they can fight Taliban, built their infrastructure, educated them, spend trillions of Dollars. In the end when the US left, all surrendered to Taliban. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
One of the strangest decisions i have seen,  no idea what kind of policies Biden will come up. spend trillions in the war sacrificed life and then soldiers who lost their limbs and is handicap fighting the war and now leaving everything behind after 20 years and dragging them back to where they  started  Huh.
775  Economy / Economics / Re: After 1 year of Covid 19 Virus on: August 22, 2021, 08:36:41 PM
I think that the virus mutates because the people or the scientists who are in charge of the vaccines do not know it by 1005 and if people continue to get vaccinated, even more strains will come out, because little by little they are making drugs Dependent, that is, a vaccine that can really protect takes at least 4 or 5 years to get out, otherwise it can even be dangerous to inject because the long-term side effects are not known.
I do accept the fact that the vaccines we have right now are experimental and it takes a long time for us to have a proper vaccine and the new strains keeps popping up. The problem is that the government are giving out incentives to get vaccinate to create confidence in them and at a later time they will enforce everyone to take the vaccine if not they will not allow to travel in public transportation and i do not want to see that happen.

Now while this continues to develop, the global economic issue has opened the doors to BTC and cryptocurrencies, it is obvious, it is known that the biggest bubble is the dollar, euro, now yes or yes, governments and banks must accept this economy.
I am not sure whether the global economic issues have opened up the cryptocurrency market because in an event of economic meltdown i think the cryptocurrency market will be affected as well.

I feel bad for the Pakistani batsmen, as they were in a good position. If play gets delayed further, then in all probability this test will end in a draw.
This is the third day and West Indies is yet to bat and who knows how they are going to perform, Pakistan have Fawad Alam in the crease and he is one short of his century and a well deserved century but he is batting with the tail and how long he can bat with the tail exposed, i am expecting Pakistan to make around 300 runs and West Indies batsman determines how the match ends  Grin .
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: {Boxing} Manny Pacquiao vs Yordenis Ugas on: August 22, 2021, 05:59:16 PM
It's funny how 3 drinking buddies suddenly becomes 3 senior boxing analysts after some beers while watching the Pacquiao versus Ugas fight.  Grin
Then got drunk afterward.
So you were watching the fight with your buddies and had a great time. I missed the live fight and was watching the highlights and it was a surprise that Yordenis Ugas won but not shocked.

Ugas was good at letting Pacman know how far the distance is with his reach. While Pacquiao got irritated with those itchy jabs.
I think it's a great fight but the preparation was too short. It could have been better if they have trained more knowing who the opponent is with more time.
We still enjoyed it though, the intensity is different when it's Pacquiao fighting in the ring.
Both had a short preparation for each other and i think it is fair for Yordenis Ugas as i am not sure whether he was even preparing for a fight but Manny was preparing for a fight. The reach difference was evident and Manny did not look that fast like he used to.

As of recent news, Ugas will accept a rematch.
Why not, for Yordenis Ugas this is the biggest platform he got and may be the biggest payday of his life. He will be accepting a rematch for the payday.
778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports Betting Or Gambling ? on: August 22, 2021, 05:20:42 PM
There are people who play gambling only while there are others who prefer betting only.
Do you think both of these type of people have different mindset and one of them is willing to take more risk than than others ?
It depends upon personal preference, i used to gamble a lot when dice was around and during that time there is nothing much to do with the cryptocurrency we hold and may be so is the reason i spent a lot of time gambling and when sports book started to launch i started hooking onto them because earlier i was betting with fiat currency and the cryptocurrency market was dope even though the odds were not that great during that period.

Also do think that gambling is for the entertainment and earning money too but people do betting only to earn money and there is no element of fun involved in it.
I cannot talk about others, but i only do it for the entertainment and the thrill, betting only in matches i watch and you will be more involved in the sport rather than blind betting and it is fun.
779  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoincash or Ethereum on: August 21, 2021, 09:36:47 PM
Your choice of comparing altcoins is really bad mate because BItcoin cash which was under 51% attack few days back and hard fork of bitcoin supported by some scammers is really not worth investment.
I agree that it is not a good choice for comparison, but when did Bitcoin cash underwent a 51% attack this year. There was an attack last year when they imposed minor tax, there was a coordinated attack.  Coming to the scammer title, i am not sure whom you are referring because Roger Ver who was the spokesperson of Bitcoin back in the day is now with BCH but i am not sure about his scammer tag.

But on the other side ETH has so many projects being deployed over it's blockchain like DeFi and NFT's and smart contracts and many more and London hard fork has pushed the prices up so you can surely invest if you are making comparison between both of them.ETH is far much better than some fake coin in the market.
Majority of the scam projects also uses the ETH network and now they are migrating to POS. What do you think will happen, right now the fees are crazy high and you cannot even use them to purchase anything or even use for auctions.
780  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Litecoin ever reach $1k? on: August 21, 2021, 07:48:16 PM
~
It's possible that Litecoin's price will reach $1k, but we'll have to wait 3 to 5 years. Since the current price will certainly change, even I think the crypto market will dump. I think the crypto market will last until the 5th month of 2022. Although our hope will continue as it is today.
What do you mean by that, what happens to the cryptocurrency market after May 2022, are you suggesting that we see a major correction. If that is the case i am expecting a major correction well before that.

There is never a no when it comes to the cryptocurrency market, it is possible that the price would reach $1k but for that to happen there must an hype in the market about any major changes in the network  Grin.
