So, I'm not surprised that they're fighting against channels which are positive about Ukraine. I'm very familiar with similar things on Facebook. You can report Russian trolls with obviously fake accounts as much as you want, it's pointless. But once you call Russian as kacaps or Putin khuylo, your account will be banned or restricted from commenting for month.

Same like most users here, I don't use this option at all. It has some useful things, for example it's easier to find specific words in that topic.
