761  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Alter Ego In Gambling on: January 06, 2024, 03:51:11 PM
There are gamblers like that and I have met some they are quiet and conservative they work hard but on weekends they are reckless in gambling they have no control over betting, they are very thrift, have no other vices but behind these characters is a personality that is different from the real person.
These kinds of people have no control over their gambling activities and can be considered compulsive gamblers, they have good character but totally different when inside a gambling premises or platform.
I think these kinds of people are the ones who need help to combat addiction, you should not be a Jekyld and Hyde when it comes to gambling, your true character should control how you gamble.
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think gamblers do retired betting gambles on: January 06, 2024, 02:40:28 PM

As a gambler what do you think that should be the right time we suppose to leave gambling weather we are making profits or we are not making profits with gambling, because I know quite well that gambling whenever you are making profits you will wish to continue gambling unless that you run out of cash.

Until you had enough, that's the point where you should retire from gambling, but until you can keep up whatever age you are betting it's your choice to keep on, we don't have a timeline for when it is time to retire from gambling, some gamblers are forced to retire because of circumstances when they have to because of finances or they have to save their relationships, or miserable gamblers who got cured from gambling and they have to stop so the addiction will not come back.
But gamblers who just want to keep on even if they do not have cash will find a way to go, they either take loans or sell their properties.
763  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anyone here who retired with Gambling winnings ? on: January 06, 2024, 01:23:21 PM
Anyone here who retired with Gambling winnings ?  If not, how much you think is sufficient to retire as Gambling winning ?
Gamblers are just bluffing when they say that they will retire once they win a big amount, they just say it so they can continue gambling, this is one of their way to justify why they should continue gambling.
I know some gamblers who keep promising, that if they win the amount that they want will stop gambling, but they continue playing so if you hear a friend who promised that they will retire or stop gambling if they win a specific amount they are lying even if they win millions they will continue playing not because they want to win millions again but they just missed the feeling and the excitement of gambling.
You can only retire from gambling if you stop that inner hunger of gambling, and you need an expert guidance to stop that inner hunger.
764  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing] Anthony Joshua vs. Francis Ngannou - March 9 on: January 06, 2024, 12:07:59 PM
Of the two, Joshua is the more technical boxer with Total fights of 30 and 24 knockouts so if the fight goes the distance Joshua will win by a decision, but if Ngannou can land big punches, I don't think Joshua can take the punches of Francis, of the two Julius is the harder punch, so Joshua should not engage against Ngannou he should do what Fury did, be technical do not engage and work on fighting through distance.

Ngannou's lack of experience will show up if Joshua fights intelligently, there are still a lot of flaws in Ngannou fighting style so he should fight him like what he did against Andy Ruiz Jr., fight intelligently.
For Ngannou to beat Joshua he must throw him out of his game, he tends to be out of focus when hit by big punches, so in this fight, it is all about who can properly implement the strategy.
765  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The most logical and profitable game on: January 06, 2024, 10:52:33 AM
I know that basically gambling is based on luck, but we can use tricks or strategies so that we don't spend a lot of money and can still win, even if it's only a small win.

In general, in my opinion, there are several categories of games in gambling such as house edge games, sportsbooks, slot machine games, live casino games, and lottery. In your opinion, which game do you think is the most logical to win? and what is the reason?

I don't think some games can yield you profit, you're playing in a casino and the house always has an edge, if what you mean is a slight chance to win, I guess that would be sports betting as long as you are very familiar on the game and who are competing with each other, you have a very good chance.

Chance exists in all games but there's no such thing as a profitable game, you cannot go to casinos and play games and hope to make a profit, you can only hope to make a profit, you have a chance in all the games you see in all the casinos but it's a wrong mindset to make it a cash cow, because you cannot, so many have tried and all of them failed, only the casinos can make profit from gambling, so if you're just a player do not ever hope.

I believe OP is a bot, there are questions and recommendations coming from members but he chooses to ignore them and instead post a link is this the kind of seller worth our trust, so if you avail of their service and you have questions about their after-service they will ignore it, so better ignore this seller they are offering social media service and yet they do not know how to address valid questions.
767  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble on Bitcoin ETF approval results? on: January 05, 2024, 03:25:57 PM
A Polygon-based gambling site allows gamblers to gamble on the outcome of the spot Bitcoin ETF application by some investors. Gamblers are required to choose Yes” or “No” bets on whether the Bitcoin ETF applications will be approved or not. According to a report about $1.5 million worth of bets have been placed and bettors are patiently waiting for SEC's decision. From reports it seems that the majority of gamblers believe that the SEC will approve so the majority of them choose yes.

I know that there are diverse bets on unconventional events like Miss World, the US election and even wars. But this one is new and I just want to know if you will be comfortable betting on the spot Bitcoin ETF.

I'm also rooting for the SEC to approve the spot Bitcoin ETF application by some investors It is the victory of the industry and by putting on my bet to Yes it is a vote of support for me, but I read some articles that there's a big possibility that approval is not likely to happen this January, its possible that it will happen later probably the second quarter of this year.
Just in time for the next halving, it's a win-win situation for the community if SEC approves it close to the date of the next halving, maybe this is the news that we're waiting for, for Bitcoin to hit $100k.
So far no popular casinos have created betting on ETF but they may do in the future, inspired by A Polygon-based gambling site.
768  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: BETCOIN.AG are absolute scammers! on: January 05, 2024, 02:17:22 PM

Whatever the case is, there's no term on the website which says they can put me in debt for the money thru fair betting I won at will.

What are we discussing here what's not on their terms or your violation on what's on their terms, the casinos have the right forfeit your earnings because of the violation, if you've been playing on online casinos for several months you know how important the terms are, the community has been advising gamblers especially newbies to read the terms however long or boring it may look.

Your account status and cash out depends on these terms, for all you know you've been playing for a long time violating one of the terms and you are made aware of this violation after you request a cash out, now you will have to prepare for good reason or alibi on your violation and you will end op opening a scam accusation here that will be a waste of time because its futile, so my advice to you is to just move on and take this lesson to follow the casino's TOS.
769  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mayweather vs Pacquiao II on: January 05, 2024, 10:39:50 AM
Unless Mayweather announces this to the public and will start building hype, I will remove the possibility that this might not be pushed.

It's unusual for me to see Mayweather just participate in an exhibition match without any thoughts. Reading also the article, it's clear that Pacquiao's side seems the only one aggressive in the exhibition match. No statements were brought up on the Mayweather side.

But like anyone else, I hope this will happen for real, and not when Pacman and Mayweather are now in their 50s lol.

The two of them just held a press conference in Japan

*BREAKING* PACQUIAO vs MAYWEATHER 2 IS ON! OFFICIAL PRESS CONFERENCE and ТRАSН TALK ~ANNOUNCEMENT!~
They are both promoting the fight and agreed to do it not only is Pacquiao doing it, but this press conference shows the character of both fighters, Floyd keeps insisting that he is the best while Pacquiao is all thankful for the opportunity, I hope Manny shut down Floyd so he can stop bragging how great he is.

This is a great opportunity for both fighters to make money in their retirement, people are still interested to see both fighters although they aged they still have the same form as when they are still active.
770  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and health concern on: January 04, 2024, 04:39:10 PM
Thank you all for the input, just remember health is everything its important than money so if you feel that you are not feeling well while gambling, just take a break consult your doctor, and see if you are still fit to gamble, we become alive when we gamble all our emotions are alive, we are in a roller coaster ride, we feel excited, guilty, angry, stress and happy with all the emotions playing, we have to make sure that what we felt the most is enjoyment, in the first place casinos is a place for entertainment so we should treat it that way.
I'm locking this thread and hopefully with this thread we realize that health is really our wealth not what we won in the casinos.

771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you do with your altcoin holding with low value on: January 04, 2024, 03:56:21 PM
For those of us that are into altcoin signature campaign and have accumulate some in your wallet, what do you do with it since some of them has low value at the moment if you check their current price?

Do you keep holding it hoping that the price will finally come up since it seems you can't actually trade it with it current value.

Will the altcoin become valueless after the campaign is over or could still gain value after some years.

Based on my experience better to dump it after you receive it, 90% of the coins I've received coming from the bounty in the last three years lose their value and become a shitcoin, there's no hope for altcoins now, it's more than a gambling investing in trending and meme coins right now, Pepe and Shiba Inu is a long shot something many of us did not expect to get the hype.

I'm glad that I'm out promoting these altcoins, these new altcoins do not have a use case they follow the trend and they pay hunters to hype it, in the last two years so many investors have lost interest in investing, in the next three years there will be no altcoins that's going to launch, unless there's a lot of big names behind that project.
772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The is always on gambling, never the individual. on: January 04, 2024, 02:30:02 PM
The other day someone was talking about how he hates gambling as it nearly ruined his life, and within my mind I was like, no it was not gambling that nearly ruined you it was actually you that tried to ruin your life and that's because you refused to gamble responsibly and discipline yourself by not been capable of differentiating money meant for gambling from money meant for other projects in your life.

Why do people blame gamble for their own act of irresponsibility. No one is talking about their own part in their story of bad experience's with gambling, all we get to hear is gambling is bad and a useless activity. Why?

That is being human, we blame everything except the thing that causes us misery, compulsive gamblers can blame everything and think it's ok, I've experienced getting blamed for calling a friend on the phone in the middle of his gambling section because he thought he could have won if I did not make a call.

So many gamblers justify casinos as a place to make money even though there is a lot of proof that it's not, for gamblers, gambling is their cash cow their medicine, and their entertainment, I even read that some people sacrifice their relationships for gambling, gambling has a hold on compulsive gamblers so you know that if a person favors gambling more, he is a compulsive gambler.
773  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you see a gambling review website that has its own gambling website? on: January 04, 2024, 01:31:39 PM
I am asking this question because, for me, there could be a possible conflict of interest here.

As a review site running its own gambling site, there might be a concern that they could potentially undermine their competitors on their website to boost their own standing in the competition. This could involve making biased or false statements to praise their own website.

While I'm not certain if this is happening in the real world, it raises the question of whether you would trust a review website in such a case.

Do we have a casino review site that has its casino please tell us what review site/sites is or that so I can unfollow that, it's questionable if a casino review site has its casino even if they do not review their casino they will make it a point to give their casino more exposures or anything that will give them an edge in the competition, a casino review site should be independent if they have association on one casino as part owners they should exclude that casino in his review site and let other review sites give it a rating

It's tough to review a platform where you are a part owner, whatever review you come out people will criticize you, so to avoid this don't associate yourself or do not own one, or better pick which one you should have.
774  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Focus on how much you may lose and not only the potential win. on: January 03, 2024, 11:29:05 PM

A situation where the stake for the bet he won was $1k, the next statement you hear is how wish I knew I would have staked with $5k. The question is, the $5k is it an amount of money that you can be comfortable losing or it's just out of greed that you are not contented with the win amount the $1k gave you.

I used to have that mindset in the what-if scenario, it is greediness that takes over our mind that is why later on we take on high-risk betting because of that what-if scenario we focus on the what-if we are going to win so with this we keep adding our bankroll and wage more.
This is how we cultivate addiction to gambling we calculate our potential win disregarding the money that we are going to lose and this is how newbies lose their control because they focus on potential wins, of course we all know newbies posting here about methods that they've stumbled not knowing that those methods are obsolete I'm talking about martingale.
Martingale has become a big trap for many newbies because they calculate that they are going to recover all their losses and eventually win disregarding the large bankroll they need to use the martingale.
775  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does the tension make you take risk that are sometimes worth it? on: January 03, 2024, 03:42:02 PM

So I would like to know your own experience when making or taking risk in gambling under pressure.

We cannot take out the pressure it is normal for gamblers to feel the pressure, gambling is a roller coaster emotional game, it happens when our mindset gears up on winning, sometimes there are positive results but most of the time it's negative, risks and tensions are part of gambling so if you do not cultivate a good mindset you will up very depress.
In my experience with gambling, I have taken a lot of risks and the results are not good, I lose a lot of money taking a lot of risks but it's a learning experience for me, if you're going to take a risk be sure you are calm and not full of tension because it will result to negative results, you're luck if you take the risk feeling full of tension and still won.

776  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How possible is it to win lottery 14 times using mathematics calculations on: January 03, 2024, 01:45:55 PM

Leave your opinion if you think it's 100% luck to be  winner or there is a particular skill needed.

It was well planned he could not have pulled it off if he did not have investors willing to invest in his idea but because of his plan the lottery industry learned that it's possible to cheat the lottery so they banned this method to make it even to all bettors, this kind Mandel will not work anymore in the modern lottery because the surveillance system of the lotto machine can trace what outlets is buying bulks and lottery companies with the help of the government will not allow a company that was set up just to cheat the lottery.

A lottery is very popular in many countries and it thrives on trust if people do not trust the lottery system it will go bankrupt, the lottery should be clean from manipulation people are buying tickets because they trust that every ticket has an equal chance.
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gaming promotions to earn actual money on: January 03, 2024, 12:36:34 PM

Have you had any such experience where you managed to play in a smart way to actually be able to cash out money intended for promotion?

I tried it once but I have no success using the free money, I think they let people win to get a word of the mouth promotion that people can win in their games, word of the mouth is the best promotion when an application or a platform is just starting out.
When there's a newly launched platform or online casinos they always give up a promotion like free spins and bonus deposit, but like all of us here know you need to wage before you can withdraw your winnings and most of time you lose it all because of the wagering requirements.
In case of a lottery you can possibly cash it out because the set up is very much different from an online casinos so its possible to make real money from promotional money,
778  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you believe in gambling experts predictions? on: January 03, 2024, 11:46:19 AM

I want to ask, do you believe in experts gambling predictions?

There's no such thing as gambling experts who can make 100% predictions they do not exist, if one is an expert and he can make 100% winning all the time when he wants to, he will keep it to himself and will not temp people to challenge him, casinos will ban him because as we all know casinos are profit driven and they might think that the user is manipulating or exploiting a bug.
If someone calls himself an expert he should be brave enough to show his betting and winning history, not only proof of one winning, gambling experts for me are those who can control their bankroll and know when to stop and knows the fact about gambling

780  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you care about what people say about you gambling? on: January 03, 2024, 02:01:22 AM

This now triggered me to come ask here whether you cares about what people says or sees you as when gambling, I know there are people who don't know you from time or who doesn't believe that you are a gambler and if it happens that you came across such people and their reaction towards you goes other way round would you care about it or you just totally ignore them?

I just ignore them if I don't own them money they have no business questioning my gambling activity, we are better off gamblers not to let anyone knows about our gambling habits to avoid criticism and backstabbing and to answers useless questions from ignorant people, because not everyone will believe that we are just having fun there are some people who had a bad opinion about people who gamble, and its not our obligation to explain to this people so they will change their way of thinking.

There countries where gambling is well accepted and there are countries where gambling is taboo, but you can always find people who have a bad opinion on gambling even if its legal to gamble, so to avoid stress just ignore them.
