I was away from crypto for years and now I'm trying to get back into the game. I was really STUNNED that there is no exchange, even after many years since bitcoin started, that we can just deposit USD and start exchanging altcoins. I hope I'm wrong because this would be the single biggest hurdle for altcoins to be widely adopted by general public. There are just too many hurdles to jump over just to START trading.

I agre with you and I think the best way to have a good profit is to use crypto "works" like bounty and mining like a secondo job, without quitting main job.
Crypto is a very volatily world.. you can have good profits and gain and then loose everything 2 days later...

You can't expect to receive much from an airdrop, I mean as much as how easy it is you should expect lesser bounty rewards compared to other bounties plus I believe every airdrop you are joining states the value of the reward so that you can have a glimpse on how much you may receive. I have seen situations where bounty hunters are side-tracked after providing their services towards the success of ICO projects. It is either they are paid less as against initial agreement, or they are not paid at all. I would have mentioned the names of some of those projects, which succeeded, are already listed and yet did not pay bounty hunters. Some things really need to change.
