You can't really trade it anywhere on exchange yet so it doesn't really matter as long as you get it before it hits exchange. They're smart enough to keep it away from exchange before everyone has their token, good enough for me. |

$500-$700 is my prediction. There are other forks after this one so I don't expect it to rise that much. It would hover below $400 in few days of launch.

I still haven't seen them listing bitcoin gold. I was expecting they were going to list it next day of the fork. Most exchanges will accept B2X. I would be very surprised if any of them don't.

given that BCC was first fork for bitcoin, it gives it special place between all other altcoins. As we can see people are not adjusting to bitcoin gold and they will not adjust to future fork. I know some exchange that are only accepting BCC or converting your btc to bcc. demand is there

I think the best thing to do now is to hold your Bitcoin until the hard fork, then look at the lanscape before diversifying some of your profit into Altcoins, just dont chase the price.
this would be my opinion too. At least wait till fork before investing in alts. Nobody knows where btc price will go or wait till the weekend. |

Yes, they're way ahead of every other country in crypto. I think they will beat everyone. I haven't heard anything from other countries, sooner or later they'll have to step up their game. I know it's centralized and what not but I doubt any country would make it decentralized, so, it might not do well in the long term. |

Sell on news, people did this, I didn't sell one Stratis because my faith is Stratis and Chris Trew. I keep holding and waiting for other coins pump so that I can buy more Stratis.
Normally the sell on news method is good profits but this time the news did not affect the price positively. So selling on the news was not beneficial. People could of made more selling before the news. There's no point selling Stratis at these prices. It's buy and stake period. An exact timing of anouncement was made too far in advance. People bought up on the promise of an anouncement on 30 Oct @50k-60k and sold down to 58k after the announcement to make a small pofit. It is the downside of advance warning of announcements, planned announcements is wat the community was screaming for. I disagree.... this is not a timing issue; is patience... Remember Warren Buffet quote: “If you aren’t thinking about owning a stock for 10 years, don’t even think about owning it for 10 minutes.” lol. Warren Buffet has also said that Bitcoin is a bubble. I wouldn't take him too seriously in crypto, he has openly admitted that he knows nothing about tech space. |

Didn't he speculate that bitcoin will reach $500k in few years? Why would he create his own altcoin instead of investing in bitcoin if he truly believes it? nothing is stopping him so I guess there is that. Don't like McAfee software, may be he'll make it with McAfee altcoin. It'll be quite famous given his controversial presence.

Hoboknickles I kind of liked back in the day I think its still on a exchange somewhere and klondike coin i also liked, I saw somewhere a while back you can claim certain coins from cryptsy for those who got screwed when they shut down.
Hobonickles was big thing back then  . Add RDD to the list as well. It died quickly as soon as cryptsy died. I'm one of the lucky individuals who didn't keep my alts on their website. I wonder how many people received something from lawsuit they filed or if it's still going on. |

50 is crap ton of amount. I can barely manage my portfolio with 10 coins let alone 50. lol. ETH, QTUM, PIVX, SIA, DGB, Stratis, Steemit and bunch of others.
This is something that I have been wondering as well, how can someone manage so many coins, how can someone research so many projects, after all if you get to hold 50 coins then that means that you need to research many more projects, I will probably need to do that all day and I do not know if even that will be enough since I will get tired of doing that very quickly. Correct. It's quite difficult to keep up with so many altcoins and their update. I've tried holding over 10 in the past and it didn't end too well. Even with 10 I find it difficult to keep up with updates. |

Yea, security wise there it seems Although it may sound annoying for every transaction but i assume it would minimize all the risk of coins in account as the 2FA might secure it it's for only first transaction it seems. I'm not sure the reason behind it but good enough for me. You're right, 2FA every time you buy would be little annoying but that doesn't seem to be the case. I'm impressed by their deposit time (it has been fastest I've ever seen), haven't tried to withdraw yet. |

Solarcoin is the coin that wants to put satellites out there right? Seemed like a fairly serious coin if they actually make a contract for the satellites. Or is that another coin? Lol
I think that was qtum who wants to put satellites in the space. not sure about solarcoin. I've been getting their updates emails every now and then but I am not invested in it. |
