821  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / How does one Buy Litecoin? on: October 16, 2013, 08:57:55 PM
Now that dwolla is out - how do people buy litecoin on CoinMrkt or Litetree?
822  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Bye bye bitcoin on: October 16, 2013, 08:49:09 PM
My last bitcoin finally sold! It's a relief. Bitcoin is doomed to fail. It has a price, but it has no value. It has made a few people rich, but most people shall loose. A currency? It is only speculation and nothing more. Bitcoin has not and will not become a real medium for exchange. What remains for bitcoin now is the large holders to sell out their coins, but in a tempo that does not crash the 'market'. It will be interesting to see how bitcoin's decline plays out. Good luck, either buying or selling, but if you do the former, you need it most.

Take a hike and I'll take your coins now!  Grin

She doesn't have to have a scar... that can be added with my mind.

The tranny I saw had a scar.

I like cheese with my whine but I have to wait 6 days before I can buy it. Do me a favor, don't open the bottle until I can afford the cheese.

I'm not saying I'm going to leave Coinbase or anything like that. I'm just surprised and also a little disappointed that the new rule caught me on day 29 of the 30 day wait.
Nah, I got what you are saying.  I agree keep the bottled chilled till the goods are produced.  Yeah, the wait does suck I hear what you are saying.

Did anyone else get caught in the 30-day delay requirement and then discover that the finish line has been moved right when you got to it?

829  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Looking for XENLAND on: October 15, 2013, 02:21:08 AM
XENLAND has been working on a web project for me. I put a payment down, and the balance is due on delivery. Problem is he's gone MIA. Hasn't signed in to the forum since 9/30, and isn't answering personal emails. He's been absolutely great to work with, so this has me a bit worried. Has anyone else had any contact with him in the last 2 weeks?

Thanks!

Yes, usually he's reliable strange stuff!
830  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Coinbase questions on: October 13, 2013, 07:34:05 AM
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong but I believe they have a flat 1% fee. At least that's how it works for merchants who use their service.

Yes, the merchants get 1 percent flat fee , I'm wondering does this apply to everyone. Also, how long does it take to move $$ from Coinbase to your bank of choice? 3-5 days?  for merchants it might be 1 day not sure.
831  Economy / Service Discussion / Coinbase questions on: October 13, 2013, 07:30:46 AM
How much do they take ( what % ) when you sell your bitcoins on Coinbase and how long does it take to move your money to your bank account?
832  Other / Meta / Re: New Forum Registration disabled ? on: October 13, 2013, 02:43:17 AM
Is this related to the hack?

Hi bbit,

They probably just disabled the registration to keep all the spammers and bots out, and scammers.

Keep in mind that you will find people on here who are fear of spammers, and scammers.

Maybe that's why.

Hmmm.... strange stuff.

835  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does Bitcoin have a Gender Gap Problem? on: October 12, 2013, 07:29:32 PM
The problem is Bitcoins reaches the men first before the women in a relationship. Women are the ones who spend the $$ in the household if they aren't touching the mans bitcoin wallet for purchases then yes there would be no reason for women to be involved I suppose.
