EDIT:
Scusate, ero troppo stanco e avevo inteso male.
Pensavo fosse semplice spam e il messaggio di ziomik una semplice risposta ironica ( non ho praticamente dormito questa notte Cheesy )
8363  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcoin SCI: process bitcoin transactions with PHP (address generation & IPN) on: January 06, 2012, 09:21:14 AM
Great! Cheesy
Do you think that it should be easy to add also the support to blockchain.info API ?
8364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN booth at CES Las Vegas! Tell all reporters! on: January 06, 2012, 05:56:46 AM
Even better - instead of those, we'll have the Blockchain.info set to ding every time a new transaction appears

Ok, good to know. Thank you.
I always missed that point Smiley

So I have a second question:
Can it works if someone patches the bitcoind so that it only needs the last 5/6 blocks ( you should know better how many does it needs ) and auto-delete all the oldest from the db?

If it works than you can make a package with everything ( the patched bitcoind and the p2pool )
It will works instantanly and it will take few mb.
8367  Local / Italiano (Italian) / Re: Riparte la bolla? ;D on: January 05, 2012, 02:30:37 AM
Non ricordo più, ma l'anno scorso era già a 6 in questo periodo?

Dal wiki:
February 9, 2011
Decimal Bitcoin reached parity with the US dollar, touching $1 per BTC at MtGox.
8368  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: [proposal] [Stratum] Overlay network protocol over Bitcoin on: January 05, 2012, 01:17:45 AM
Are you still working on a BitcoinSpinner version compatible with Electrum servers?
8369  Bitcoin / Pools / p2pool - Decentralized, Absolutely DoS-Proof, Pool Hopping-Proof Pool [archival] on: January 05, 2012, 12:57:25 AM
Is there a way to make it working without the need of all the blockchain?
Is it really needed?

There is also this, but I don't know if it works:

Great Cheesy
I still hope that you find a better way to get income ( even more than now ) without the fee Wink
8372  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trusted cellphone/mobile bitcoin client on: January 04, 2012, 02:46:44 PM
BitconSpinner is opensource, anyone could check what kind of requests it sends to the server and what it expects to get back from it. With that information, anyone could make a compatible server.
It isn't so easy, anyway slush seems he is making it Smiley
8373  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trusted cellphone/mobile bitcoin client on: January 04, 2012, 02:41:20 PM
No, I don't think I do. Why would I buy such coins? Fraud like this can be done much more easily than this.
I was giving you an example:
You are an user of the bitcoinspinner client, so you trust what it shows on your mobile screen.
I am instead the bad guy and I say to you that I'll am giving you 1000 BTC for only $3000. ( 1 BTC is $5.05 right now, so this is a great offer! )
You accept, and I'll make fake blocks with a fake transaction of 1000 bitcoin to your address.
Than you send me your money, and you are fucked Smiley

The other problem as I said is that the server can go offline for any reasons, and there can't be any substitute ... because there aren't any software / source code to make it.
8374  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trusted cellphone/mobile bitcoin client on: January 04, 2012, 02:27:11 PM
No one can steal your funds, if they don't have your private key.
Just because you are good man. Wink
Instead, if you are a bitcoinspinner user and I have hacked the server / killed the developer or I'm Crazy-Jan, then I can make a fake account on some markets and offering you ( and many other users ) bitcoin for money.
I'll make 3/4/5 fake blocks and I'll sell to you many fake bicoin, for your REAL money. ( and then running away ... )
Can you understand it now? Wink

Connecting all/many clients to only one server ( or more controlled only by one person ) has the same problems as giving all mining power to only one pool.

Anyway, I read that slush has took the bitcoinspinner code and he is converting it to works with the Electrum server, I think this is the best choice.
8375  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trusted cellphone/mobile bitcoin client on: January 04, 2012, 02:13:15 PM
True, but the server does not have your private keys, and is in no position to spend your coins.
Yes, but if you close the server there won't be any other taking his place.
Moreover if you go crazy or someone else will take control of the server then he will be able to make fake blocks and stealing money.

People that are installing this app should know about these dangerous possibilities ...
8376  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Trusted cellphone/mobile bitcoin client on: January 04, 2012, 12:14:01 PM
Try BitcoinSpinner for Android. It's open-source.
It connects to a closed source server.

EDIT:
Ok, ora è in prima pagina e sotto "cronache" Smiley

Ora va in coppiata con questo altro articolo:
