I ment community based, projects that arent in the timeline, people leaving, people joining, changes within dev, decisions on pos being made.... Thanks though Gizfreak returned I'm back to where my history in the wild, wild cryptowest started, the guldencoin, as it was formerly called. Good move to get rid of the "coin" btw. We did the same over at GEO and I'm not regretting it one single moment. I've put up a link to gulden.com at my own site saying "Koopt nederlandsche waar" btw LTEX going to sit back and watch things unfold, still part of Gulden but his main focus is AUR as he is leader of that coin with Biomike and criptoe team. It's no surprise that leaders and leaders will have their differences. To sum up it's only people that are in AUR team that left Gulden community besides LTEX. The team itself is stronger then ever from development with ManI, waterloo, c_e_d and others. |

it isn't even a group.. They are all individual people who have interest in NLG. It's not a small part group of people that don't like how things are going. Had multiple PM's about it. Most people would want gulden.zone come back. I believe that the way some things are going is really stupid and also really unheard of. Look at activity on the forum. Dont give me that bullshit, we are on slack. Talk over there.
No people want an open and transparent forum where they can look back at things. Frais offered to make one forum of both that does work for everyone. So all people would be happy. Now he got denied again like many times before and that even started before you were here.
How come the same people get denied over and over again. I believe it's a personal matter. Maybe even pride.
I do agree gulden.zone was much busier and I think people are not advanced enough or used to using the new official forum. Instead of Frais carrying on with gulden.zone he punishes the whole community that was using it and I can't even PM to ask if he wants to sell his coins to me if he has any left. Are these people 12 years old? On the official forum if the team see it's not attracting as many users then it's not unreasonable to go to a old school forum format like simple machines that people are more comfortable with. You guys are obviously ahead of your time because of the work you doing but it doesn't equate to the rest of the people being as advanced as you are. |

That means he is happy with how the coin is going and confident in the team. Good to know this. Most of the support is silent. I did enjoy reading the posts on gulden.zone. This is why we very fortunate to have a team that appears committed to the end. Community projects fall apart at times, I have seen this with digibyte too. At least Frais made the effort and gave the Dutch community another place to have chats but if I were to guess his life outside of crypto started to get too busy and found it difficult to maintain his forums. It's a pity no one offered to take over Frais forums for the Dutch communities sake. That is a good perspective bluestreet. At the team if you get burnt out like Frais please ask for help and I will try help along with my brother who has also been buying coins. |

Why is this forum so quiet this last few days. It was exploding 2 weeks ago and made for interesting reading during my coffee breaks.  Gulden.zone was the busiest forum but was shutdown, even though I didn't post on that forum it was active but the owner didn't care about the community and people using the forum as he decided to leave Gulden. I tried sending him a PM to buy his coins if he had any left but messages are blocked. |

Latest article about cryptsy, then you have to ask yourselves why won't these exchanges add Gulden... because it's hard to make it as a honest/legit project in crypto cartel land. http://siliconangle.com/blog/2015/10/19/bitcoin-exchange-cryptsy-may-have-gone-full-mt-gox-refuses-to-pay-out-customers/In a world where all things being fair and equal Gulden would be listed on most exchanges but this crypto world is starting to stink far worse then the current fiat system, if coins like Gulden don't end up making it or continue to be ignored I think the whole crypto experiment will be over within 8 years as the industry is rife with unlawful predators. Power corrupts...  Something is not right when you look at the coins that have been listed. More then 50% under .1 btc volume and adding Gulden will get them over 1btc on most bad days. I don't want to agree with Kenchanyu but it's starting to look very dodgy. Bittrex at least doesn't discriminate, they add good and bad coins and eventually remove the bad. |

Hi All, We believe the time has come to get onto another high profile exchange for the main reason being by the end of the year we just can't afford to have any downtime on bittrex and the 2nd exchange will provide us with a backup for the services our consumers will rely on. LTEX, I and a few others just want a civil discussion about things that worry us (and holds us back in doing things for NLG) and how the team would handle the obvious problems when they arise. The foundation was proposed as one of the many solutions, not THE solution. Yet, we only receive negative sounding comments from the dev team about how bad this one solution is.
If the dev team doesn't want this discussion, I'll get the hint (I don't speak for others). Just say it, then I know I have to obey the benevolent dictator.
There is 2 leaders . LTEX and RIJK .one will be a dictactor to the grp that does not agree. Like Ltex is ur your leader because of ur joint effort with aur. You also talk with Ltex more and his ideas will have more effect on you. It will be the same for the followers of Rijk. |

Yeah, it's unfortunate and for me quite a deterrent. bram_vnl and b1007 encouraged me to check out NLG and when I come to the thread I see someone throwing a hissy fit with a 570 BTC wall up. You think that is going to bring in new people to NLG? You're wrong and you're hurting what you say you're trying to build. Knowing there is someone, or a group, with that many coins and an attitude like that will never be good for the NLG ecosystem. Despite the drama that was witnessed over the weekend which in itself is a indication that this currency is worth fighting for. The reason why people got a lot of coins for cheap is because it started like every typical scam coin would with a premine. The early investors took huge risks because there was a 90% chance in most crypto communities minds this would be a scam, but my inner voice told me to buy in and support for the long term. It's the last of the truly decentralized projects remaining in crypto and it just keeps getting better and stronger with time where every other project starts off strong and gets weaker. Everyones choice in what they invest in but I am not going anywhere. Gulden forever! Still a distinct possibility it could end in a scam. I mean, it only trades on bittrex, afaik, and the premine holders could probably dump the price down to 1 sat or lower with the amount of coins they hold. This isn't necessarily what I was referring to as I haven't really dug into the premine, although if premine coins were part of yesterday's sell wall that would be concerning. In any market it's not good to have a person, or group, with so much control over the coin whether it's held by the dev team, an individual, or a private group. It just allows for manipulation and the flexing of muscle as was attempted yesterday. Especially when that someone is so obviously butthurt. I'm sure things will get back on track, just wanted to express my opinion as an "outsider". I doubt it was the premine used the team has been very honest and transparent. It wasn't the team so don't worry further. |

As embarrassing as I find the ongoing action(s) and antics of a very small but vocal minority within the Gulden community I am certainly nowhere near about to suddenly just give up on the community. Thank you! |

Sorry I've tried to not get involved in this but I can't sit back and watch such misinformation being wilfully spread. They will not be the owner of the app (which is any way open source), just the distributor, and more than that most likely the *temporary* distributor. Repeating a lie often enough does *not* make it true, it is quite clear to me that you are trying to make an issue here where there is none.
