Is this going to be in just on country or all around the world? I'm finding it hard to grasp since countries are regulating or banning crypto. How would you go about making other countries accept cryptocurrency?

I agree. no one has real control over bitcoin except miners, investors and hodlers. I also agree that government should bring more companies in so everyone has a playing field. Everyone is realizing now that Bitcoin is here to stay and nothing can stop it.

If it comes to fruition this will be a great news for bitcoin holder and investor alike.  I agree that Amazon will get more business if they start accepting bitcoin, not only does it benefit users but it would greatly benefit Amazon, just like overstock.

I don't see an issue with that. If you don't feel comfortable investing in ICO then buy it on exchange. no problem. Does price fall after ICO? sometimes it does, other times it goes up so you might not get a chance to buy on exchange without waiting.

In threads like these you'll always get people shilling for their coin. lol. I'll give you a serious answer, you should check icocountdown website and look at ICO. It's very important to not invest without doing proper research. You want to look at things such as: team, who is behind it, support they're getting. Read every single post in their thread and take notes as needed.

You can also checkout announcement section but it can be little challenging going through so many threads, but you need it to do proper research. Good luck.

I don't think anything is going on with Reddcoin. I remember there was rumor about reddcoin becoming a reddit coin but that was just a rumor. It fluctuates very little, it's a hit or miss kind of thing. You can hold it but don't expect anything.

What was its price before pump? I think that would be a good entry point. I suspect it's going back but I could be wrong.

I'm watching Hero, Hazaa, Dovu. I think all three of them have good potential to be the best in the future. I recommend you look into it. There are few others but they can be hit or miss so I wouldn't recommend them.

coinbase, xapo, localbitcoin. These are my top three. I have not used any other exchange. You can also sell it to your friend or co-worker for fiat but at this price you would need to use exchange or localbitcoin if you want to sell anything above 2 btc in one go.

Are there any other altcoins that are similar to this? I'm sure I've seen something in the past regarding gold back up crypto.

Yes, I would say ETH has build a solid ground for itself. Every ICO accepts ETH and it's listed on coinbase. that's good enough. However, some people say majority of it is owned by handful of people but we can the same thing about any other altcoin. Can it survive without bitcoin? I don't think it can. not yet.

I use bitcoinchecker to check the price and tabtrader to manage altcoins. It doesn't support some exchange but it does support hitbtc, bittrex etc.

What do you mean? I just saw someone mentioned that they partnered with U2opia. that's an update and it should make investors comfortable. I was not happy with the price so I jumped out but here is the link I saw on their twitter.
