I just wondering about the future of this forum, the signature campaigns and the bounties. If everyone will do bounty and signature, then there will be no future, right?
It could have a worse future than we might think if Merit system was not introduced. There were literally no much effective ways of decreasing spam or stopping the trend of multiple alts enrolling in signature campaigns to earn money until theymos implemented this system to restrict spammers from ranking up without any prior efforts towards the betterment of the community. But now I think the future won't be too bad, seeing the fact that there will only be quality posters in signature campaigns (if there will be any) as spammers won't rank up and stop using the forum if they find it not working for them.

I just gave it a try to experience how it works, and I liked the user-friendliness of the the site. And the UI is quite simple but attractive. I'm not sure if it is done for such kind of sites or not, but I just feel having a Chat section for users would be nice as the option for creating nicknames is already in there. So that people can visit the site for betting on games and meanwhile they can discuss about them in the chat with their chosen usernames. That would be more fun IMO.

Its really too hard to check everyones post on each bounty we cant blame bounty managers and assistants about that try to put yourself on their situation.
I don't agree with that. No one does it for free, but they all get paid for doing so. So I don't think any manager should/can make the excuse that checking all the posts is a difficult task, and that is why they just pay everyone regardless of the quality of their posts. If a bounty/campaign has users with even less than 30% quality posts a week and are still getting paid for that then I think the only person to be blamed is the manager in that case.

I just logged out and logged in again to try if there is any problems with the captcha, and I didn't face any. There must have been connection problems from your side and (maybe) you didn't realize it at that moment, or maybe the recaptcha server wasn't responding well at your time of logging in.

Let's try to make new topics to be discuss.
Topics like this? then I'm better off than discussing I guess. First of all, I don't count myself as one of those you mentioned (including yourself) who find it to be a chance of increasing their post count if theymos posts something about a system or an upgrade. I don't post in such threads for that purpose at all, in fact, I don't post in them most of the times. I only post in threads where I feel I should and before I do that, I read all the replies to make sure I don't write the same thing that has been already said by someone else earlier. And then, I don't think you are giving people something to discuss here, but as said by The Pharmacist, this thread is just an attempt from you to scrap some Merits by anyone having at least a little bit of a mutual thinking.

What do you even mean by this? I have the impression that you don't quite know what Bitcointalk is all about. May I suggest that you read the "Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ" - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703657There is a poll attached to this thread asking a question, that is "What has been the hardest thing to learn about BTT?" and if you see the options in the poll, you will understand that OP is not talking about the rules, but he is talking about the general usage of the forum like posting images, or doing some other things that are quite complicated for users new to forums. To @OP, Almost all the things are challenging for you if you are new to BBCode forums where everything is supposed to be written within code patterns in order to be shown in the post and if you are not very much familiar with coding stuff. But in my case, I already knew the things, or learnt them very quickly as I have been quite into coding from quite a long time. So I didn't really have much difficulties nor I had to learn a lot.

Bad: -If you're an account farmer with many account Full Member and higher level you can just boost your farm to a higher and higher and higher level.
Possible solution for the whole account level system: Activity should be the most important thing here but for me only posts 120-130+ (may be higher) characters should be counted for activity.
And why do you think that the people who are farming Merits to rank up would not be able to write posts having more than 130 characters? That doesn't really sound like a solution, but it sounds more like a better way for those account farmers or spammers to reach higher ranks and continue their business, because you are suggesting to just keep the Merit system as a motivation and use only Activity system for ranking up once again. Merit system is what stopping the useless accounts from ranking up, and if you remove that, you open the market for public again, and we really don't like that crowd.

That is not spamming. The guy is simply sharing news and adding his facebook page at the end of those news articles as his page is about the same content he is sharing and he wants people to reach out his page if they like what he shares. I don't see that being spammy at all. He has even received a few Merits out of his posts.

Interested. I can't send PMs to newbies nor I can receive any. So post your skype of email and I'll text you there.

Seems the crops are not growing much as there is no free water anymore. And the farmers are gonna be out of business pretty soon.

I wonder why no one have asked them if they are willing to escrow at least some money out of the total to make it look legit. I know it is not true, and whatever is said in the OP is all a very big lie, but that is still a valid question to ask IMO.

There are always two kinds of traders. 1) Those who already own a lot of money, and do trading just for fun, or to experience the situations.
2) Those who have only managed to set up a trading capital so that they can make some good money out of it.
Now the first group of people would obviously do it just for pleasure or you can say for emotional satisfaction. And the other group does it only to earn money. People doing it for money find it very disturbing in times if the trades are not going in their favor, while the ones, who are in this for just entertainment purpose, don't really care about how the market behaves as they don't really care much about losing the money they have at stake.
I'm not much of a trader really, but when I do it, even a little bit, I do it for money. So I trade for money, not for emotional satisfaction.

People have had issues verifying their IDs in Coinbase in past as well. And I think there is no other way than contacting their support and asking them for help in this matter. It is totally illogical to ask for a in-person meeting with them as they would definitely not agree to do that no matter what. Have you contacted their support? What did they say?
