921  Economy / Economics / Re: why do people agree to pay taxes? on: July 11, 2018, 01:14:53 PM
why is it ok for a group of people calling themselves the government to force everyone to buy their services?
if enough armed people refused to pay and told the government to go fuck itself there is nothing they could do.
Paying taxes are part of the law. People are required to pay taxes because it is important. The source of the money of the government are came from taxes. The government using the taxes that they get to run the country.
922  Economy / Economics / Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ? on: July 11, 2018, 12:36:49 PM
When will people spend BTC as easily as fiat , not seeing it as an investment opportunity but a better currency for them to use ? Most of my friends that I have currently told about Bitcoin are most intrigued by its rapid rate of growth and not its outstanding features as a currency. They don't really care that it is free from government control , but are more focused on the fact that it has risen xy%

I don't really spend much of my Bitcoin , because I am always in fear.
I am not talking about cashing out , but for digital goods.

How do you spend 10 mBTC on a 5$ digital good when you believe that the same 10mBTC is worth atleast 15$ , probably more.
How much of your Bitcoin have you hoarded , and how much have you really spent ?
I am under the impression that people tend to hoard more with BTC than with fiat , considering it an investment more than a currency

I don't know how to make a poll here , so :- http://strawpoll.me/1793917
This is not referring to your blockchain.info statistic , which includes money you have moved around. I am looking at money you have truly spent vs total amount of BTC you have received.

Overall , I'm trying to look at how much my guess is true by the poll and your estimates of when majority of people will start looking at BTC as a currency.

EDIT : I'm not sure this is the right section , tell me if this should go in General Discussion or so.
There are still people who are afraid to buy and use bitcoin because they thought it was scam. Fake news is one of the reason why many people have wrong information about what is bitcoin.
923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is it the Future of Banking ? on: July 11, 2018, 11:56:20 AM
i was thinking about the Bitcoin and it's Future in Banking . can it remplace money in transactions ?
Blockchain technology is the future of banking system. Actually, there are now banks who planning to use blockchain technology to improve the current payment system. Digital society will only occur if mass adoption happens.
924  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The FALL OF BITCOIN on: July 11, 2018, 11:14:53 AM
It is very sad to say that a technology like this would come to a big tragedy
Bitcoin has the potential to be great but it has become a weapon of Greed

The real use of bitcoin as a payment system is just a fantasy
But what happens in reality, it is just a pump and dump coin like the rest

The only coin that is using blockchain technology the right way is USDT or Tether
most other coins are just scams and not meant for adaptability

A currency is something that can be used for daily basis rather than just an investment
majority of people who buy bitcoin is just for investment and not used as a payment itself

Never the less
HAIL HYDRA!
The dump that the bitcoin currently experiencing is normal. People should not panic because the bitcoin has unstable price. Whales are also one of the reason why pump and dump are occurring. They have power to change the price of the bitcoin.
925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we make sure that our money we invest in Bitcoin is safe? on: July 11, 2018, 10:47:49 AM
I just want to know how those people behind bitcoin secure the money they will invest because as far as I know there are lots of hackers all over the world.
It depends on the knowledge that we have, we can only ensure that our money is safe if fully understand how bitcoin works. There are many scammers and hackers around the cryptocurrency market, we should have a lot of knowledge for us to protect our capital.
926  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you panic? on: July 10, 2018, 05:41:37 AM
As I have noticed these days, when the ICO hasnt finished yet and the sale was still on going, the bounty tokens has already been distributed and also unlocked they sell it immediately on forkdelta or etherdelta for a much lower that ICO price, in which it could greatly disturb the sales in tokens. As for you the investor on that token, would you panic when you see that the tokens you own already selling at much lower price?
Why I will panic? I am aware to the disadvantages that I can get if I do panicking. There is no benefits that I can earn if I will continue to panic. I have self control and strong hands, it is the reason why I can manage my emotions well and I can make decisions better.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do we Need Altcoin? on: July 10, 2018, 04:14:14 AM
There are Bitcoin, and also there are Bitcoin Cash and Bitcoin Gold and B2X that we use it as an altcoin, but do we still need other altcoins? as i knew in the forum on the altcoin section there are much announcement about new altcoins almost everyday. do we still need that altcoins?
Yes, we need altcoins. There are many characteristics that the altcoins have and bitcoin doesn't have. Altcoins have different purpose in our society, most of them are solving the slow payment system. I am sure that many more people will patronize altcoins.

929  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which one is a better investment Bitcoin Or Ethereum, on: July 09, 2018, 04:47:09 AM
Hello Friends...

This is Newbie Here. I Just want to invest in Digital Currency. Anyone suggest me which is the best platform for long-term investment? How can I Invest Online?
Ethereum is also good investment nowadays, try to observe why many ICOs are using the platform of the Ethereum. It is because Ethereum is using blockchain 2.0 and the transaction of the Blockchain of Ethereum is more faster than bitcoin.
930  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: day trading for quick profit on: July 09, 2018, 03:53:53 AM
I always using technical analysis tools for me to predict the price of the specific cryptocurrencies that I currently trading. I always getting reliable information and it is the reason why I avoid losses.
931  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's High Volatility on: July 09, 2018, 02:14:24 AM
Bitcoin used to be defined as a store of value, HODL (buy and hold long term) investment.

With the introduction of futures markets, the rise of bitcoin cash and altcoin forks and platforms like coinbase engaging in insider trading by profiting off of their knowledge that they would introduce trading for fork coins beforehand... Bitcoin is slowly but surely becoming more an instrument of speculation than a store of long term value.

That fundamental shift is indicated by rising volatility and greater price swings.

Many trading exchanges are offering trades with no commissions. That also contributes towards higher volatility. The lack of a hard capital gains tax, which promotes HODL and cuts down on rampant speculation, also plays a role in volatility being higher than one might expect from say a stock market.
It is true that the bitcoin can be define as a store of value. Its value is keep increasing because of the limited supply in the cryptocurrency market. We can ensure that the bitcoin will become more valuable because its popularity is keep increasing.
932  Economy / Economics / Re: Invest in BTC vs Invest in Real Estate? on: July 09, 2018, 01:38:19 AM
Bitcoin chart is going up and down some times I am thinking maybe I should invest part of my BTC (at least the part of the profit  I’ve made on crypto) into something real?!
Let’s say I can buy share of real estate company and get the part of profit (50-100% per Year).

Should I
Spend all my BTC on that shares?
                Spend small (profit) part?
Or just do nothing and wait?

Huh?!

I’ll do appreciate for answers with any suggestions and recommendations!

Making investment with bitcoins and real estate are both risky, but I prefer to make investment with bitcoin than real estate because starting investment with real estate requires big amount of capital. In making investment with bitcoins, even though your capital is small; you can ensure that it will grow through your skills.
933  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Things you should know before investing in bitcoin on: July 09, 2018, 01:04:20 AM
Things you should know before investing in bitcoin

What everyone wants is to have a stable job and get good savings, the best option is to work the money to get more income for the future and thus have a better quality of life and what better to invest in bitcoin but before you should know certain things about This cryptocurrency.

it is not regulated: there is no entity that regulates and monitors this type of investment. So you should be aware that if you lose your money, nobody will answer

Bitcoin is a high-risk investment: people should know that the level of risk is very high, due to volatility and inability to predict its price. "

Do not get into debt to buy cryptocurrencies: this really should not be done with this or with another investment, if you are going to work your money with extra money you got.

Do not invest more than you are willing to lose: "it is recommended that you do not invest your savings in this currency; on the contrary, invest 1% of your assets, something that you are really willing to lose".

Use reliable pages: use safe sites to navigate and also only use reliable devices such as your cell phone, your computer and your home's wireless network. Never use public networks neither to make investments nor for any type of financial consultation.

Bitcoin is not like other investment, it is so risky because its price is unstable. If you will observe the graph of the bitcoin, it always changing because of the supply and the demand in the cryptocurrency market.
934  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: July 08, 2018, 01:40:45 PM
I'm not referring to the price of Bitcoin (we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022), but the goal that it would be a legitimate alternative to inflationary government fiat currencies.  When the altcoin market is examined, it is inextricably linked to the price of Bitcoin.  Where Bitcoin goes, so does the rest of the cryptocurrencies.  There's even somewhat of a dismissive attitude toward other crytpos in some investment circles; strangely this was a similar sentiment held by those "respectable" investors when Bitcoin was in its infancy.

What do you think?  I'd love to hear from some crytpo veterans.

There are governments that are now legalized bitcoin as digital currency. If you will observe our economy, you can find out that there are now banks that are using blockchain technology. I am sure that the blockchain technology is the future of our payment system.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Token bounty must hold or sell? on: July 05, 2018, 08:02:22 AM
Many bounty campaign give token..often token bounty has not been paid .. you already exist in the market .. after the price paid it down drastically ... if we hold the token .. later will be able to rise or even added down the price of token bounty
If you joined in promising campaign then you should hold the coins that you got. You will lose its train if you will now sell all of your coins. It is reslly good if you will improve your patience for you to do hodling.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in BTC, Altcoin, or ICO on: July 05, 2018, 05:45:37 AM
There are so many New ICO's these day ? Is that safe to invest in ICO ? any 1 invested in 2018 ? 2017 was the year of ICO's but is that still safe to invest ? or how to know which ICO is good to invest ? like GIG9, Eligma, Medicalchain, Trustedthealth
You should first identify the risks before you invest for you to be prepared. Most of the investment here are very risky. You can only grow your investment if you have courage to face all of the risks.
937  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to find good cryptos? on: July 04, 2018, 04:40:52 AM
Hi,

there are so many cryptos and I find it hard to identify the ones where I should have a closer look.
Obviously one can find cryptos e.g. by listening to shilling on Reddit. But I'm looking for more professional sources like YouTube channels, free/ paid Telegram/Discord groups and so on. What do you use?
Allocate most of your time on researching for you to able to find good cryptocurrencies. You should research the background of the coin and you should also analyze the past graph of the coin that you will hold.
938  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Never Be greedy! on: July 03, 2018, 10:40:07 AM
While trading we have to follow few rules and without following those rules there is no way to be a successful one except a successful by chance. There are lots of rules of them greedy plays a vital role. While trading never be greedy. If you become greedy while trading then you can be assured that there is 90% possibility to be a lessor.
I can say that you are one of the bad traders if you have characteristics of being a greedy person. You should change your characteristics because it is not good if you are greedy. You can do bad things if you are greedy person.
939  Economy / Speculation / Re: When to buy more? wait till 6000 or 5500? on: July 03, 2018, 04:28:15 AM
Technical data hints that it can go down to 6000 or 5500 level.
What do you think?
The bull market will occur in the following days. If you will analyze the graphs of the some crytpocurrencies, you wilk find out that it is now recovering after the huge loss.
940  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin in developing countries on: July 02, 2018, 10:53:46 PM
at present, bitcoin is becoming known to people around the world, especially in developing countries. the majority of bitcoin is introduced through news on television and on the internet. Therefore people are starting to want to know what bitcoin is and if it appeals to them, they will invest instead?
Well the government should not be silent on bitcoin, they think bitcoin is disrupting economic stability and there will be inflation in the country.
Do you think that bitcoin will disrupt economic stability and there will be inflation due to bitcoin in a country?
The term bitcoin in some developing countries are now popular. In my country, there are now many people who becoming interested to what is bitcoin. They are aware to the benefits that the users can get from using it.
