I think anyone who owns even one bitcoin 5 years from now will be a millionaire and retired.  I'm planning to retire on my early 40's or 50's but up til now I still don't have enough bitcoins for retirement I'm only hoping for the price to increase and pump some more. But I know that it requires time, 5 years from now we don't have any insight on what's going to happen by that time it can go further or there can be a massive drops but I'll keep on believing with good speculations out there. it's been almost ten year since bitcoin first time invented and introduced and it's gained from nothing to nearly $5,000 , so it's like $2,500 increment every 5 years i could say. but nothing sure in this world especially the volatility of bitcoin . it could have value more than $10,000 within 5 years but still bitcoin could still have the worst scenarion when the demands down to zero and become nothing again. you should consider about the bad things too , don't be overconfident. |

not only up to $6,000 , you should have an investment plan. a long term and short term. a long term investment in bitcoin like you have 10 bitcoin to hold and you would never sell it , just hold. and the second one a short term where it's like trading , to buy and sell it continuously in the near future , just like when you buy bitcoin at $3,000 to sell it $6,000 , you set the target of 100 percent profit. and so on , the market of bitcoin would always active , down for a while and bounce back. |

When I started to compute the time that I will spend here just to reach a decent level or rank. That would take around a year. I always try to combine fun and profit whenever i gamble and in order to do that i watch the games i played and get excited whenever the team i predicted to win gets a goal or does a nice attack . Yet i never gamble on my favourite team because i don't want to blame it if it makes me loose my bet .

I also feel that trading is almost similar to gambling. because when we are trading we are also hoping to earn profit by way of betting. for example when we buy it cheap, we expect the market to go up and we sell it, whereas when we sell it when the market price drops from our purchase price, we will lose. almost the same as gambling. it just my opinion, what do you think about it?
It's pretty similar because we need money to bet on our prediction, however people call this a great way of gambling than a game we like to play in a casino because with trading you can gain the advantage when you improve your knowledge but in casinos it will never happen as they have that house edge all the time. I never agree that gambling and trading are similar. Gambling is placing money over a game but in trading we don't place money over some useless game. Trading is a profession and traders are respected by the whole society while gamblers are never respected. People work hard when they adopt a profession while in gambling, there is no work. mistake I ever had when I was playing dice. when I did not realize I was using a 5% chance, and in conditions of max bet. one click so lost all  Lmao, man you should have been more careful. I have not come across any person face to face who has shown hatred against bitcoins honestly but on this forum I have seen few altcoiners saying things like BCH or ETH will kill BTCs. It is said that if someone shows hatred, that means he is jealous of you or wants you but cannot get you. There is no way to make gambling profitable if you are gambler you surely need to find a way to have control upon yourself if you can't do that then quit gambling i have seen some people make profit from investing but that is also risky if you can't control then lose your money there is no solution
