I watched the highlights of the Chelsea vs Newcastle match. By doing this, I realized that even though the match was a draw, Newcastle played better than Chelsea. The team needed to perform better against Newcastle But I really don't understand what is the problem of such team at present.
Newcastle played a fine game against Chelsea, Chelsea's performance was still the same, nothing changed. It was so easy for Newcastle to play Chelsea, just that they were not so lucky to increase their goals. Chelsea was able to equalize the game , the game was not a bad one for Newcastle, they have already achieved good points. Newcastle lost some clear cut goal scoring chances against Chelsea who are very Lucky to come out with a draw, Newcastle pressed with the duo of Saint-Maximin and Isak who launched massive attack at the left wing of Chelsea running down that area with passes across Chelsea box 18 but Kepa made some brilliant saves to keep Chelsea while the few chances of Chelsea was wasted by Madueke and Havertz, Chelsea equalizer was an own goal scored by Trippier which shows Chelsea lack of a good goal scorer or striker an area Pochettino would have to address next season. |
