You definetely made my day Bitcoin is a troubled and risky coin now. Gavin does not give up with his hardfork efforts despite veto from all sides. Better dump for LTC as long as you can still get decent prices.
You have been warned.

Yeap, you are right. You can not directly access database with angularjs. You can only perform REST commands. But there are SAAS providers which provide the ready-to-use backend for you. So, you can fully focus on frontend development.

Are you really able to provide tech that is finding BTC news for USA Midwest and USA West? With different language, it usually works very well, but the same language and same country with different local regions There are currently 6 franchisees in the NewsBTC franchise. The regions covered are: - USA Midwest
- USA West
- Canada
- Korea
- West Africa
- East Africa
- South Africa
The list is still growing. Let us know if you want to join one of the aforementioned teams or start your own in a new region!

The best answer to this trolling thread i have read so far. Really good point. If NXT was a scam. It's a pretty good elaborate one..... Hell, its the most successful scam in pumping out quality features vs EVERY other coin out there.... seriously... Like I said, most elaborate scam ever:
Could be a mix between the two. Maybe I'm viewing this too black and white when it's more of a gray situation. Do you know what a scam is ? In every scam there are victims. Find me one single victim of Nxt - the cryptoplatform (yes Nxt is not a crypto but a platform to develop business and experiment with the blockchain). Pro-Tip : You can't.

The best methods to get Bitcoins are signature campaigns, altcoin faucets and exchanging the coins to Bitcoin and paid4 services like coinad.com or btcclicks.com for example.

Definitely NXT, NEM (New Economy Movement) and BitcoinDark in some ways.

These guys are very rare. If you want to get someone you need to write and offer mean than a simple sentence.

Just wait, if Greece will get capital controls the price of BTC and LTC will skyrock as in late 2013.

If New York was Jurassic World, BitLicense would undoubtedly be its Indominus Rex. The highly constrained New York Bitcoin regulatory framework has apparently forced another local company to shutdown its operations. This time, it is Eobot, a Bitcoin cloud miner, which decided to take down its banners within New York, stating that the state’s new license requirements are putting additional cost burdens on them. http://coinyoo.com/2015/06/19/bitlicense-shoots-down-another-bitcoin-company-in-new-york/

In March of 2015, two federal agents who helped conduct one of the major investigations in the Silk Road case allegedly stole thousands in bitcoin confiscated from the online dark marketplace. The two agents, Shaun Bridges and Carl Force from the Drug Enforcement Administration and the U.S. Secret Service, were charged with several offenses including wire fraud and money laundering. http://coinyoo.com/2015/06/18/ex-u-s-agent-charged-with-bitcoin-theft-to-plead-guilty/

Thanks, I downloaded it with Firefox again but same issue. Probably it is because of MacOSX 10.7. I guess I used an older BTCD wallet version before. Thank you very much for pointing me to the tutorial! i downloaded the wallet with Chrome. The problem is that the client does not load fully. The BTCD wallet icon shortly appears in the dock and then closes automatically. For that reason, there have not been created any system files.
I was experiencing the same EXACT symptom, but then I deleted the app from applications folder and re-downloaded with Firefox (not Chrome, to be exact, though people say Chrome works). It then went on to work exactly as the tutorial explains. I'm not sure what your crash report means, but I am the wrong person to ask such things. Perhaps someone else here can give you a hand with that. Maybe try deleting the app and downloading it in Firefox, and then starting over. That's the last suggestion I can give you. You said it worked in 10.7 before for you, so I am not sure why it wouldn't be working now in 10.7 for you. Maybe your computer has a problem. I am not on 10.7, so I can't help you there either. 10.7 is pretty old though.

Waiting for start. I am definitely gonna point my miners to that coin. Any pools so far?

Are you involved in that exchange in any way? If so, think about an other domain ending. co.nz is not really recommendable for international acceptance.
