Bybit Surpasses Coinbase Amid Binance Market Decline

السلام علیکم و رحمتہ اللہ و برکاتہ

Kea haal ha mry pyary dosto

Bybit ne Coinbase ko piche chor kar duniya ka dosra bara cryptocurrency exchange ban gaya hai trading volume ke lehaz se.
Walikum Assalam. Alhamdulillah hum theek hain, umeed hai aap bhi theek hongay.

Waise sach kahon toh yeh news mere liye ziada surprising nai hai kyunke kch arse se maine note kiya hai k Bybit kafi logon ki pasandeeda exchange banti ja rhi hai. Jis tarha aapne Binance k regulatory masail ki baat ki, unki waja se Binance k user base men kafi farq parha hai qk boht log migrate kr k dosre exchange men chale gaye hain kyunke unko yeh dar tha k agr Binance k sath masla hua toh unke funds ko khatra ho sakta hai.

Baqi, Coinbase toh uski high trading fees ki waja se peeche hai, is liye Bybit ne is cheez ka bharpur faida uthaya hai aur dosri position secure krli.

A lot of things need to be improved in this, especially the signature code, you need to mention how many members from each rank you will accept, and it would have been better if you had different payment structures for each rank, paying $20 to Jr. member and paying the same amount to a Full member doesn't seem the best thing to me because you could do it cheaper than that for lower ranks. Anyway, I hope you improve these things as quickly as possible.

The first 10 users by their registration number and order:

You can check more in the same order, just keep changing the serial number at the end of the URL, for example, to check who was the 30th member who joined the forum, you go: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=30

If you ask about why they joined the forum initially, we can't know the exact reasons, but at that time, most people who joined the forum were interested in Bitcoin and its technology and they mostly were interested in the technical side of it, etc.
4  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there any other way wallet can be compromised? on: June 26, 2024, 07:45:49 PM
There are a couple of mistakes that you've made that you shouldn't make in the future.

The first mistake is to use a wallet that has funds for airdrops. That is one of the biggest mistakes one can make, newbies tend to do this but you seem to be a bit experienced, so you shouldn't do that. Always make and use new wallets when you are participating in an airdrop, and only use funds that you are using for the airdrop for like bridging or making transactions to become eligible, etc.

Your second mistake is keeping a lot of funds in decentralized wallet that is stored as an extension in your browser. You can't expect for such wallets to never get compromised because you visit a lot of websites when surfing the internet and things can happen. So it's best for you to keep your funds in a non-custodial wallet that isn't stored in a device that you use all the time. It's even better if you can use a hardware wallet for that.
5  Other / Meta / Re: Advantages of Bitcointalk over social media on: June 26, 2024, 07:09:11 PM
Whatever points you have mentioned might be correct, but I would say that there is a difference between a social media platform and a forum.

A forum is a place for people to exchange knowledge and information, whereas a social media platform is a place for people to communicate and socialize, so there are different use cases hence different rules and regulations.

A person who is fond of social media platforms wouldn't like forums like this one because it isn't as visually appealing as them, you don't see videos that autoplay when you have them on your screen, you don't see a lot of images, all you see is text all around the forum, but people like us love it because we know the essence of this forum and how our time spent here is used for something good while the time spent on social media platforms is usually wasted.

So, there are differences in rules and everything because both platforms have different purposes and they serve them very well in their places.

They 100% can if everything goes their way, but I don't see that happening because I feel that this is South Africa's cup since they have been crazy lucky throughout the tournament and that same luck could guide them to the cup.

All 4 teams deserve the cup for sure, but England is the least deserving one among them since they reached this position thanks to Australia at one stage.

If we talk about which team deserves it the most based on their history in the world cups, I would say it's South Africa for sure because they have faced defeat in the semis or finals a lot of times and if they get it this time, they will be extremely happy with that. For Afghanistan, it's their first time reaching this stage, so even if they don't win it or reach the final, they would still be happy to make it this far and they will improve more till the next time.

However, we can't ignore the fact that South Africa is a choker, they tend to choke on a lot of occasions and we have seen this in this tournament as well. England and India both play very well under pressure, but since they are playing against each other, only one of them can go to the final.

Overall, the final is going to be interesting.

@icopress, please correct the typo in the application format, it says "Bitcointalk Usermane" which should be "Bitcointalk Username".
Not really important, common sense should already tell readers he meant "username" and not "usermane".

Might not be important, but it's a spelling mistake that can be corrected.  Smiley

What if Afghanistan wins this World Cup?  Grin

Jokes apart, their hard work and dedication are commendable, they have defeated favorites on a lot of occasions and they have played very well throughout the tournament and finally secured their position in the semis.

Their nation would be extremely happy and proud of their team qualifying for the semi-final for the first time in history.

I congratulate anyone who has been supporting them. Smiley

10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 🔍 Unveiling Satoshi Nakamoto: Community Vote 🗳️ on: June 25, 2024, 02:57:32 PM
Let me ask you this: would receipts for everything be the answer to prove that I am in communication with Satoshi Nakamoto?

We spoke; he prefers to remain anonymous, as has always been his wish. On the other hand, I have ambitious plans and enjoy conversing with brilliant minds. I am fortunate enough to have been mentored by Satoshi Nakamoto of this era, though I prefer to be called Alex. He has guided me through launching and maintaining blockchain projects. Please refer to my GitHub at https://github.com/X1COIN/X1COINI. I have many plans but didn't know much until I was contacted and mentored by Satoshi. Whether you believe me or not, it's going to happen.

Satoshi will advise me on how to prove to you that I am in communication on this thread or if the moderator would like me to create a new thread I will.

Please advise,

Alex Elbanna

Let me ask you this, why the hell would Satoshi, who chose to remain anonymous forever after creating Bitcoin, contact and mentor a random person out of nowhere and let them know his identity? We know he isn't a fool, so maybe you think we are a bunch of fools because there is no f***ing way he has done something like that even if he is alive and kicking.

I'm pretty sure that if he is alive and has ever wanted to reveal his identity, he would have a thousand different and much better ways to do that instead of doing this. So please, stop with all this BS.

What receipts are you talking about anyway? We live in an advanced world, anyone can make edits or do things that would make viewers feel what's seen is real, but I'm not going to believe any of what you may show no matter how realistic it may seem.
11  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What would you consider this Bitcointalk forum as? on: June 21, 2024, 12:01:03 PM
*Is it possible that good contents can be dubbed from this forum, that is, is it a place where good contents can be coined out from by other creators, without any references to this forum?

It could be possible, but since I have never seen anyone copying and reusing any content from this forum in the entire time I have spent on this forum, I can't say for sure. I have also not seen any rule or anything in here about people who can't reuse the content posted here, we only have the rule that doesn't allow us to plagiarize content from the web.
12  Other / Meta / Re: Inquiry regarding the banning of account trades of certain services. on: June 20, 2024, 07:52:42 PM
Should such posts be reported too, even when not listed yet?

This is enough to make things clear about such account trades:

selling hacked accounts, accounts requiring KYC info, accounts created using stolen identities, accounts which cannot be legally traded, etc.

So yes, we should report such posts even if they are not listed because someone wouldn't buy a non-KYCed exchange account since it is useless, and someone selling a KYCed account is going against the rules because either the accounts being sold are hacked or are created using stolen identities and such accounts can't be legally traded.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: how much do you love bitcoins? on: June 17, 2024, 12:30:00 PM
That is exactly why they are not making it illegal, don't you think a nation who has their own currency, would make their currency weaker by allowing another currency to be legal there to be used? Of course they would, but they realized long time ago that if they put time and effort into making people stop using it, they could just tax it and make an income. This is as simple as that, they just realized that taxing and getting money from people is just a much better option.

This is why my nation not only allows you to invest into it and hold it, but allows you to accept it as payment too, not in some crypto way, not a special thing, you can accept dollar, euro, yuan, whatever foreign currency if you want to sell for that, and same goes for crypto in a manner.

You are right that government officials tend to be slick when it comes to matters like these. They know what they need to do so that they can benefit from something if they aren't able to get rid of it. Now, suppose they can see that they aren't able to completely eradicate the use of cryptocurrencies among their people. In that case, they will think of regulating them and taxing people who use them instead of trying to keep them away from them.

In our country, so far, they are hesitant to do it, there is no clear ruling about cryptocurrencies or their usage but the State Bank have ordered banks and  other financial institutions to not allow transactions related to cryptocurrencies, so whenever a transaction such as that is found or suspected, the account is blocked and the funds are confiscated.

I'm sure this will change, but it is going to take some time though.

For the first time in cricket history, Pakistan and New Zealand wouldn't be a part of the Super Eight stage of a World Cup contest.  Smiley This is surprising and saddening at the same time. The competition would have been tougher and more enjoyable if these teams could make it, but what can be said? Their performances weren't up to the mark and the teams that have advanced deserved it without a doubt.
15  Other / Meta / Re: Storing the bitcointalk forum on a decentralized file system on: June 14, 2024, 04:34:02 PM
This forum does not update the domain and hosting every year. The last update is in 2019 and the expiration date is 2029 and theymos bought it for 10 years.

I know, I was actually referring to the Internet Archive, the library, because for normal websites or services, their operators or creators buy yearly plans usually because they wouldn't want to pay money in advance since they might have to stop the website or service before that period.

The fact that theymos has paid for the hosting for 10 years in advance makes this forum more unique, and I knew this already.
16  Other / Meta / Re: Storing the bitcointalk forum on a decentralized file system on: June 14, 2024, 10:44:24 AM
I think that the Internet Archive is doing just fine in terms of being used as a way to save important parts or contents on the Internet

That's not a decentralized system but just a free digital library. We are talking about the distant future here, what makes you think that the forum wouldn't be online but that library would be? The solution shouldn't involve a website that requires its domain or hosting to be paid and updated every year or so because in that case, it could go offline sometime in the future just like how this forum can as OP said.

So, the storage should be decentralized and it should be working without needing any maintenance or something.

Since Pakistan had pretty low chance to progress further in tournament, I was expecting them to go guns blazing but they still played rather conservatively.

I had the same thought as well even before the game started, I thought their strategy would be to play a bit aggressively in batting because the target wasn't that high, they could attack the bowlers in the powerplay by sending power hitters such as Fakhar Zaman and Saim Ayyub to open the innings, if they could get a good start, they could even finish the game within 12 overs, but it seemed they had different plans, I'm not sure what they were thinking by playing so defensively after losing 2 matches and only having a chance to qualify for Super 8 by having a strong NRR.

Now Imagine if India deliberately loses (tactical loss) against USA tomorrow, that would be comedy, or at at least not thrash them.

Well, I thought about this too, the rivalry between the two nations is undeniable, besides, despite the USA beating Pakistan in their Group Stage game, if Pakistan gets into Super 8, they would be a stronger side to defeat because they are unpredictable at times and can outperform any team sometimes, remember the game in the World Cup against New Zealand?

That aside, I sincerely would like Pakistan in super eight for entertainment purposes.

Me too.  Smiley
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Free Entry] R7 Promotions Sponsored T20WC 2024 Prediction Pool and Discussion on: June 10, 2024, 12:28:41 PM
Major disappointment from the Pakistan Cricket Team for their fans and followers, no one, even not the fans of the opponent team, was expecting them to lose such an easy game. Their bowlers did a great job, Naseem Shah, Haris, and Amir bowled extremely well, but their batsmen couldn't hold it together to chase such an easy target. The team tumbled after the wicket of Rizwan who should have taken the responsibility to at least push the game a bit forward but he couldn't do that.

Their chances to qualify for the Super 8 are extremely tiny. If they want to qualify, they will need to win their next two matches with huge margins and then Ireland will need to beat the USA considering India wins their match against the USA which seems to be the case since they are a pretty strong side.
