I don't know about his alt. But this kind of user not only tag they should be ban from forum who sell their comment. It's clear spam.

Another case, he is selling bumping service by higher rank account but I am not able to find his Bitcointalk id. He is offering I Will Bump Up Your Bitcointalk Thread Using High Rank . If any one can find his Bitcointalk account it will be appreciated.

Honestly I have no idea how calculate recent top merit user. It's look my name also listed on that list.

As well we know once merit system was implement then smerit wasn't 1merit=0.5 merit for all member's.

The spendable amount was calculated based on your current rank and the number of activity points you earned in the last year. A Legendary member who hasn't posted in the last year would still be Legendary, but would not have any spendable merit.

From above quote we can see that every one didn't receive smerit half of his merit initially. This is one reasone for erosion of merit.
Anyway this is already gone. Nothing we can do. Current merit calculation is 1=0.5 .

when someone sends you merit points, half of those points can be sent by you to other people.

Now I will calculate up to end user, if I have 1 smerit initially, then I can send it 1 user. Now he have 0.5 smerit. So will try to explain below up to end user.
(User)  :  Me > user1> user2> user3> user4  >  user5>>>
(Smerit): 1  >> 0.5 >   0.25  > 0.125> 0.0625> 0.03125>>>>

In this calculation up to 5th user have 0.0625 smerit.
So in a result day by day merit is erosion. Thousand of people joined this forum daily. If like this running merit system then it will be impossible to rank up for newcomer, even he is good poster.
Prevent merit Erosion or vanish it's possible to change smerit circulation system. Now it is 1^merit=0.5^smerit . I think it can be implement 1^merit=1^smerit so that merit system will not erosion or vanish.

Now you may think there is merit source to recover for erosion merit. Currently up to now

There are 82 merit sources with a total merit generation of up to 18900 sMerit per 30 days

I think it's not enough for recover. Because million members here ( I don't know exactly how many total member's here). Check Merit source status

Solution:
For me there is 2 solution.
1) Implement smreit to 1^merit=1^smerit
2) Inrease merit source and generate more merit I mean increase smerit limit.

Merit system was implement for prevent spam and keep this forum clean. So it should be continue without erosion for better result.

How badly they are bumping thread from beginning. They are continue open new account and spaming their own thread. Now a days it's very easy to open account with small fee only.  Or they are using any bumping service from spammer.  Btw I know medareror will no action. So at least DT should tag Authorized of post. So that every one will think before invest their ICO.

I Believe that those are joined bitcointalk, anyhow he connected with crypto. Like ICO, trade, bounty or free earning. However we are connected with crypto, that's why we are here.
I will request to all member include newbie should visit some forum board at least once per day
Specially bounty hunters. Many bounty hunters getting red tag due to promote scam ICO. O will mention below those board you should visit and why are necessary.

1) Scam Accusations : On this board discussion about ongoing or exit scam. When some one find suspicious crypto project they are posting this board If you visit this board sure you will aware about current scam. And if you bounty hunter then you can avoid project those are scam, at a same time you will safe from red tag.
Also you can share their if you find any scam project or you can participate on discussion. It will help all forum members. Basically very low people visit their. Because I think more than 85% member's just busy with bounty. They don't have much time to visit other board exept Bitcoin discussion & Alt Coin discussion.

2) Meta : Important announcement & discussion you will find on this board. You can share your thoughts and you can see also other people idea about forum. This board only about forum discussion. As a forum members you have right to discuse if you have any good idea about forum.

3) Reputation : From this board you will find scammer/ cheater/ spammer / abuser belongs to this forum. So you will aware about them and can stay away. On the other hand you can share also if you find this kind of case.

For reporting spam post or bad post there are no reward or merit from forum. Some people was propose for merit reward to those report spam post to moderator. But I think it's not possible. But many self volunteer doing that to keep clean this forum. I appreciate them. I am also trying little bit.

Since I have not yet reach 300 reported post with 100% accurate, I will use quote from Welsh for reference. Because in think below 300 post with 100% accurate, this history will never show with chart. Basically you can se your report history without chart.
