There is lots of post against account sell, so I don't want to repeat it. My question is about rules no.18,

18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged

Well, means account sell allow on this rules. But on the main topic we can't found any rules regarding merit sell. I think OP should update about it.

However we can find rules about merit sell posted by another moderator.

Can I sell merit?

Selling merit is disallowed.

So sell an rank account with merit isn't equal to merit sell ? Rule isn't contradictory each other? Selling account means sold all merit also. No one trading newbie account. Do you think Rules no.18 should be change based on current situation? Merit wasn't implemented during post the rules and seems OP(mprep) didn't change rules and never add rules about merit sell. Both rules can't be applicable same time.

I raise the question because currently lot of account sell happening very poorly.  Also buyer raising question after got tag, why they are getting tag since forum allow it?
According to merit sell rules obviously they deserve red tag. Account sell with merit== merit sell. Admin should decide which rule will should modify.

If a DT member tags you for something stupid involving merit (ie. probably anything less than selling merit), then they're not going to be a DT member for much longer.

Show trust rating to guest:

There was a scam accusation, Scam report BEWARE ! jamesclef is a scammer posted on July 07, 2017 and scammer got tag on same date by multiple DT. Recently another scam accusation against same user, jamesclef is a SCAMMER. luxsocks account, posted on January 24, 2019, unfortunately accuser was guest and he didn't see trust rating of scammer. Below is accuser statement;

I know it was my fault for not checking but you can't see a user's trust if you're not registered.

Most likely accuser was guest or not logged in. There is more similar case. Someone should not get scam only just for he is not member of forum or not logged in. Sometimes peoples search on google for something. Since this forum SEO rating is high obviously it will show on google if match with search.

So as soon as possible theymos should reconsider this matter, as far as I know he is also thinking about it.

The main reason that I went for this solution rather than forcing custom lists is that I would like to show some trust indicator to guests. But before doing that, I want to see whether these modifications can actually be made to work. If not, then I may go to the force-custom-lists solution, and that's incompatible with guests seeing any trust indicators.

   

Seems Duck Dice have tagged from multiple DT members due to open scam accusation long time ago. Just noticed it from gambling section. On the other hand they have created new account yesterday Duck Dice PR and announced a signature campaign. No issue with signature campaign due they have used escrow service from forum.

Issue with website and their main account for open scam accusation which has got tag. So what about new account? It shouldn't be tag since its directly hosted with Duck Dice ? Red tag has given against of website as well, not only to user account.

I think it has been discussed, but I want to highlight once again about PM of copper member since I am annoyed by it.

Copper membership able to send PM even I have blocked newbie PM. It's really annoying now. The ear goal of copper membership is posting image according to theymos post title " Newbies can now pay a small fee to enable images "
On the other hand they just simply skip earn 10 merit and joined signature same as member rank. Obviously it's the one of main reason current spam.

Why not just limit copper membership for posting image? Since it was original goal.

Another thing is showing signature on inbox. It it really important to show user signature on PM? Few user never joined or use any signature campaign. If we PM them with signature definitely they will fell annoy. Because PM is for personal discussion, it's not public discussion.

Is it possible diable view signature on inbox ?
Is it possible prevent PM from copper membership?

Noticed from last few days, few account has been created for trolling DT members. I believe almost 90% active DT members under troll.

I heard sound about DT gang previously. But now a day's seems just creating random newbie account for troll DT.
I think it will be not wrong if we call them "Anti DT gang".

I can't remember right now someone was made new post against DT behind newbie mask. He was self admitted that he is a legendary member of this forum.
I assume that those people's got tag they no need to create new account. So few others people's creating newbie mask in order to troll DT.

They are creating thread without any proof and no any specific case. Their intention is just waste time and trolling DT. Although we want to ignore them but their attacked voice prevent me to ignore. I think theymos need to increase evil fee for few days (LOL).

Why I called them Anti DT gang? Because if someone have problems with any specific feedback's then they will open thread on reputation for solve the issue. But those are doing this shady work they are not yet tagged but they don't like current DT system.

Obviously DT could make mistake during leave feedback. But everyone have right to defend himself and explain here why he think that tag got wrongly. I have seen on this borad few people's successfully removed tag and few got more tag. Depend on his explanation and case. Really DT are not helping forum ? Then why we should troll if they made single wrong feedback?

Some people thought why they are not on DT ? That's why always trying to troll. But there is simple answer, current DT system is build by voting system and it was very simple. So if you think you are trustworthy they why people's not add you on their custom list ? Another question is about manipulation, so why you failed to manipulate?

However, I believe trolling DT is just waste of your time. If you have problems with any specific case then open thread on this board and explain briefly why you think got tag wrongly. Then others DT might be solve if they really think tag was wrong and may be they will counter. Its depend on situation. And its happened here many times.

If you are on right way then don't wear nebiwe mask, come on with your real account and describe your problems and opinions. No one will tag you for your opinions and suggestion.

Posting gap : from July 12, 2017 to January 07, 2019 and he have changed email & password on 1^st & 7^th January. Check on BPIP

 

Most likely account has been sold or hacked. Posting style has been changed as well.

Just come on mind when I had check my untrusted feedback. Those scammer I have tagged obviously they will leave me negative feedback. Never mind if they do. But during checking time I have noticed someone left me negative feedback but I never tagged him. Then I checked his post history and found he is a project supporter who have used fake team. Then I have visited the main ANN thread and I found 2 account they are supporting that project. So I tagged both of them. Just he remind me to tag by his feedback. Lol.

Whoever will support like that after exposed fake team or plagiarized content, I will never excuse them. They try to misguide innocent investors. I am not sure other DT will tag them or not. They are bumping thread and supporting fake team / plagiarized content.

Whoever exposed fake team/plagiarized content, please leave a reply on their main thread with your Accusation thread link. So that investors and others will know it. After that if you found someone else bumping with , great project and great team or someone defending them reply on this thread with archive link or PM me. I will tag them. Never mind if they are newbie or legendary.

Besides of DTtalk, I want to change topic. Since there are lot of DT, so I want to know some opinion about few ICO's. Also opinions from reputed members are welcome,

I don't some one noticed or not but I have noticed few of ICO with fake team/plagiarized content has listed on Dex and few worst C-Ex, although we have exposed them. I will pick one of them from my Exposed scam ICO list.

For example BITCOINMAX, you can see there is enough evidence for fake activity. But seems they have listed on TokenStore(not loading to me) and Etherflyer with zero volume. Current price 0.0000000089 ETH and last ICO price was 1 BMAX=0.000003 ETH. I am not sure how many % lower from ICO price. Also not listed on CMC.

I can't remember now but somewhere I saw they are talking we are got listed on exchange bla bla...........
Above one is just example, there many more like this case. Listed on Dex then skip. As far as I know listed on Dex is free. Even few of them ask for fee, I don't think it will be more then 0.5 ETH. But they just skip with fund after end of ICO. Problem is they called themselves legit due to listed on Dex even there is zero volume.

So what is your opinions on similar case? Are they legit ?

Still they are exit scammer in my eye. Just listed on Dex or somewhere on C-Ex with zero volume or low volume doesn't mean they are legit. Reality is they listed on Dex during ICO and people's thought they are legit and invest on it. Eventually they got scam.

Since there is no any guidelines for DT member I have collected few suggestion from old DT member. Because lot of new face on DT network, although I am on DT1 but still newbie on the DT network. And I feel we need some suggestions from old DT member. Even theymos feel need  some guidance for new DT members.    

I don't want DT to be absolute garbage, either, since trust-newbies need some guidance.

I believe below quote will help all new member on DT network. My in tension is just combined all quote on single thread, so all new DT member will find it easily on one place. Because quote are collected from different post and from different DT member.  

Here's some quick advice:
1) For positive feedback: Be very conservative.
2) For negative feedback: Be strict and follow the general standards (what we tag for and what we don't tag for).
3) For trust lists: Not that important unless you are DT1, but I'd say be even more conservative than 1).

Leave appropriate feedback with a valid reference link if it's a neg, and be careful who you give positives to.  I've already said that, but it's the best advice IMO.  Nobody is forcing any new DT2 members to start leaving feedbacks, so hopefully none of you feel pressured to do so.

The trust list is for people whom you trust to leave accurate trust feedback and maintain good trust lists, and not for people who you've traded with (you can leave them a positive trust feedback for that).
You don't have to leave someone positive feedback to add them to your trust list, and you don't have to add someone to your trust list to leave positive feedback to them.

just try to use good judgement when leaving any feedback, and be prepared for a barrage of PMs when you tag anyone.  Try to be thick-skinned if you aren't already, and don't misuse your position.  Those are the best words of advice I can think of for you or any of the new DT members.  
Also, leave reference links to your feedbacks as much as you can--without a valid reference link (or explanation in the feedback itself), the feedback is kind of iffy.

That's not why you should add someone to your trust list: if you trust someone with funds, leave him feedback.
If you trust his judgement (on others), add him to your trust list.

1. People you've traded with are not necessarily good candidates. You have to trust person's judgement as well.
2. Review the feedback sent by people you're including/excluding. (You've mentioned this a little bit)
2. Never include people who ask to be included. Perhaps exclude them instead. Be skeptical about inclusions suggested by other users (possible shilling).
3. Don't include people merely based on their merits or if you like/agree with their posts.

You should really revisit all of those ratings, especially if some of those accounts are now inactive (which makes them a liability). Maybe rewrite the ones on such accounts to neutral.

You shouldn't set up trust list and send/change trust feedback based on your emotions.

On current market conditions we can that if Bitcoin drop price suddenly then almost altcoin start dumping. But in my observation low satoshi coins are not dumping suddenly like high satoshi coin if you compare on percentage.
I would like to hear from experienced traders. Although I have my own opinions about it and I will describe below. But I would love to hear from you also what is real reason. Thread is self moderated due to avoid spam.

My opinions are below:
For example during last BTC dump on yesterday. We can see BCHABC dropped more then 30% approximately. But if you look on low satoshi coin like OCN has never drop like that. I think it just drop 5 to 10% and playing around that area. You can look into especially those coin below 100 satsho they are just playing on 5 to 10% drop.

Main reason is once BTC dump suddenly then people's become panic and they thought market will red and start selling altcoin. Those are hold high satoshi coin they start sell due to avoid big loss and more people's become panic. In a result first peopels start sell on like 5% loss. Then next panic people's see that price dumping they start sell on 10% loss and repeating same thing. So high price coin dump very faster due to increase sell bit.

Low coin holder think if I sell below 5 satoshi from buy rate then almost 5 to 10% will be loss. So they sell slowly and most of that think to hold. That's why no one want to sell on much loss. So decrease sell bit on exchange. In a result low satoshi coin drop very slowly if you compare with high satoshi coin.

Let me know your opinion, may be my thought is wrong.

Lots of topic made from last day about DT list. Meta and Reputation board are full by shit post. Just check here how many post created. Even made multiple post just by single person. Is it really necessary since Theymos said he will make final list by Monday.

Unless major problems come up, I'm going to reconstruct DT1 again using the published criteria on Monday, so set up your trust lists before then. After that I'll probably switch to doing it near the beginning of each month.

So making thread regarding DT is worthless until final the list. Who know that who will include or exclude. Is it not better to wait until Monday? Does it make sense make complain post until reconstruct the list?

I would like request to Moderators most of post regarding DT complain deserve Reputation board. Please clean meta board and move appropriate thread on Reputation.

I believe whoever on this forum somehow he is connected with crypto-currency. And all crypto-currency surrounded by Bitcoins. There is lot of way to earn bitcoin like trading, gambling, lending, bounty and so on. This is great opportunity that Bitcoin give us many way to earn from online.

I have seen few topic on forum lately that few people's are want to leave crypto-currency due to continue bear markets. They are finding job or whatever. That's why my topic title is earning Bitcoin is good, but don't depend on it since most of we are not whales.

Beginning of 2017 people's was happy up to end of year. Few people's left his job as far as I know only by depend on Bitcoin. The thought was Bitcoin will make them millionaire. That's not wrong it will happen once a day. But totally depend on it is sign of stupidity. It will be wrong if we think that market always will up trend and give us profits. Those are totally depend on online earning like bitcoin, downtrend is damn for them. In a result they loss their patience and sell coin on loss especially traders.

I would like to suggest earn Bitcoin as much as you can but don't depend on it. Just consider it as a passive income. Just continue your job or whatever your business. On the other hand earn from online and hold it until bull run on your appropriate targets. Then you will not panic and you will not be in loss. Most of traders loss due to panic sell and panic buy. So keep patience and continue your earning, spread the word about Bitcoin. Attract new investors on crypto industry. Think positive and be positive.

Elisia - FAKE TEAM MEMBER, also he is a team member on this ICO, they have raised fund and skip. Sohailul self admitted on his ANN thread. I surprised even The Pharmacist sent 2 merit on Accusation thread but didn't tag scammer. However it's his own judgment. But there is no more reason to trust him now. Who know my be he is the one owner of scam ico? And he is telling us that he is the member.

We can see his LinkedIn profile and he is from Bangladesh where is crypro-currency totally banned.

If someone complain about his scam obviously he will arrest within 24 hours. Just search on Google and I found this, Police on the hunt for bitcoin users in Bangladesh

He is the CTO of https://dtrack.org ICO, according to road map ICO should end and listed on exchange. But I can't find on CMC. And ICO timer still going on.

He have got red tag already from marlboroza for promoting Ponzi Scheme. But I think his account subject to be ban due to use third party translation website or script (like google translator). He have made same post on multiple language.

Just now read a artical from CCN that Hitbtc Freezing customer fund. We have seen several scam accusation previously on the forum. Some of them may be resolved, I am not sure but most of them were not resolved. Eventually they are freezing customer fund. They are cancelling all withdrawal as per artical. From beginning I was used Hitbtc but once I saw multiple scam accusation against them then I closed my account and withdrawal my fund.

I have seen Jon McAfee also Tweeted almost 3 hours ago from now and warn people's.

I didn't found any announcement about that from Hibtc official source yet. So I think better stay away from like that corruopted exchange and save your fund.

Although my title is little bit different but its related with New years. Let me explain my self, The question is  Why are we use pencil for writing on childhood?

Usually we wrote by pencil or wrote on blackboard once we were children. Even we give pencil or blackboard to our children for writing. Did you think why? Because children will mistake randomly and they can erase by eraser or duster. But once they became mature they start use pen. Because they will not make mistake like childhood, if they mistake there is no way to erase it. If we mistake during wring now on paper then we have to cut it. There is no way to erase it. Our life is on same track, If we make any mistake now its not possible to erase. But we can learn from mistake. Just remember your past years what mistakes you did, and learn from it. Past is past its not become. Today is the last day of 2018. We will start another year from tomorrow. So lets start our life with goodness. Let's cut ours previous mistakes and try to correct our life with new year.

Telegram became most popular and easy way to scam people's. Scammers creating telegram group and adding member's randomly. Sometimes people became confused and fall on their trap.

   

But actually there is no any airdrop or giveaways on original telegram group.

Also there is no official announcement on XRP press release , so be careful guys. Although they are not promoting on forum and we can't do anything with them. Intention of this post is it will visible now on Google and in case some one use search button on forum he will know about this scam. Please investigate deeply if you find any free giveaways. There is no any official competition from Binance exchange. Someone is trying to scam people's by fake giveaway. I have tried to search this website on forum but I didn't get any result. So don't send any eth to scammer. Don't be much greedy and don't loss your money. They are showing fake transaction by cript on their website. But I think already 2 guys scamed. Seems 2 transaction on their addrss below.
