681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Combination of gambling and trading on: July 29, 2021, 01:49:28 PM
You should let go one of them otherwise you'll just be stressing yourself and putting your money and financial security in danger, especially if you trade and gamble out of frustration. I would suggest that you focus on just trading as gambling is basically a one-way street with no assurances that you'll hit the jackpot and make bank with it. In trading, you can always adjust your approach and put yourself in a position wherein you will be able to minimize the risk without sacrificing much of your profit.

Or just learn a skill, be a tradesman and make more money than you'll ever do with gambling and trading combined.
Totally agree with this one, and I suggest letting go of gambling more than trading or whatever makes you more money. I chose for you to let go of gambling because I feel like as a gambler, your only way out in the end is just losing money overtime. I can get behind with learning a new trade, it's a good thing to have different skills in this day and age given how fast pace and how picky the employers is, you have to have a lot of marketable skills.
682  Economy / Gambling / Re: KonradFun 8) | 50% First Deposit Bonus on: July 29, 2021, 01:15:12 PM
I don't want to call your online casino a fly by night casino or here now gone tomorrow casino, but a good introduction for a new casino needs more than this, you have created a good design casino with a good server but lacks enough materials post it here like all the other announcement thread here, go get yourself a copper account and hire a good designer to design announcement.
You want your casino to be competitive then play it right and gamblers will notice this.
They're probably first timers or they are what you suspected to be nonetheless, it's a good thing that they have to make an attractive thread so it makes them a professional business which can help establish some trust to potential clients. Hopefully OP will improve upon that problem.
683  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safest way of long term holding on: July 28, 2021, 03:43:24 PM
It's good to hold but you have to be ready for the consequences and you have to keep in mind that the Bitcoin market can be anytime pumped to the sky or down to earth.
The dump down to the ground is next to impossible, bitcoin has come a long way and I don't think that bitcoin is going to go back to some specific low numbers ever again. Well, you got to be ready but if you really are a long-term hodler then it wouldn't faze you if the prices are going down really bad.
684  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Amazon Puts Down Bitcoin Use Rumor on: July 28, 2021, 02:05:24 PM
Great then. The less corporations coming in the Bitcoin world before it becoming mainstream, the better. No need for corps to join us, Bitcoin does a tremendous job all by itself.
I don't think that we will see less corpo in the coming years, even if it's not Amazon, there's still million other corpo that is interested in investing in bitcoin so I don't think that it's going to be it's a good news that Amazon isn't going for crypto right now.
685  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Game with hidden Bitcoin on: July 28, 2021, 01:27:00 PM
A creative way to promote the game while adding a little fun to the users, the problem is that the public key is not published publicly so that we can see who won the contest.
I will try my luck and play and it is nice to see that he will accept Bitcoin for the game which might generate a good amount of money.
I didn't see in the promo that he accepts Bitcoin payments.
It's probably a difficult puzzle that they have because if I was the developer, I would want more players to join in the fun and have more users in my game so I can have more engagement and more engagement means more money. I think it will be bad to display the public address because what if the prices are a big, someone can probably track down the winner so they can steal the bitcoin from them.
686  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Safety on: July 28, 2021, 12:53:36 PM
indeed no one can do 100% security in the internet and online world, because security is in ourselves, don't easily believe scammers who pretend to be good, and don't easily believe in giveaways that promise profits, and never give your wallet to anyone, even to your own close friends.
To be safe, just reserve your trust on people that you personally know. It should be a mandatory that you should be smart about your safety online, I mean who wants to be a victim or get scammed right?
687  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How should we retail investors respond to hacker attacks? on: July 28, 2021, 12:24:29 PM
For me, the only way we can protect ourselves with these attacks is if we were to make sure that we are secure individually, what I mean by that is that we should be able to have our own measures to prevent ourselves from becoming victims plus not storing your crypto on online wallet is going to reduce the chances of being a victim drastically, remember the phrase "not your keys, not your coins".
688  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will everyone still believe in Elon Musk? on: July 28, 2021, 11:38:39 AM
His rabid fans might still believe in him since he still has the following plus it's not like there's nothing wrong with believing in him, what people need to exercise is how to think for themselves and have some common sense. If you think about it, we might be able to apply Keynesian Beauty Contest with this Elon dilemma, he can create trends meaning that your opinion won't matter if it's overpowered by the public opinion meaning that you can make money if you follow the trend.
689  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Public companies That own Bitcoin on: July 28, 2021, 10:21:22 AM
These companies and entities want your hard earned coins. If you sell these days you'll regret it in a few year times. Remember the words of Hal Finney here on the forum when he said that Bitcoin was the best bet of a lifetime. It could have been mined for pennies in 2009-2011 and look where it's now.
If you own the keys, don't sell. If you can wait, wait.
There should be a time when you have to sell it especially if you have accumulated enough to be safe in a lifetime, I agree that we should be hodling and not selling them because the companies will definitely benefit from all of this thing, best thing to do is buy now no matter how high the prices is and then wait for it to grow.
690  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC is growing, great, however it's still extremely cheap! U need diamond hands! on: July 28, 2021, 09:37:40 AM
I hope that I will be able to do the hodling for a really long time because I really want to be able to make a maximum profit out of the coins that I am hodling although I have no diversification yet so I have no other means to make money.
691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Amazon is looking to accept Bitcoin payments by the end of the year on: July 27, 2021, 04:49:04 PM
According to the insider, Amazon hopes to accept Bitcoin payments by the end of the year.Accepting Bitcoin payments on Amazon is a big deal in itself. Moreover, it may push other big retailers to embrace cryptocurrency. But there are also a lot of other factors at play. As such, right now, it's too early to tell how this will all play out.
I don't think that we have to trust this insider, you know that pump and dump schemes can happen because of this rumors plus we don't know if that insider is just riling up the market because he/she has a portfolio that he/she wants to grow by an exponential amount in a matter of months. Be careful with rumors because they will be a cause for your losses.
692  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling ombudsman - do you feel protected? on: July 27, 2021, 04:11:01 PM
I think the greatest security a user can have is playing only on sites they know.

Of course, when it comes to gambling involving crypto-currencies there is still a very large niche to be filled for those looking for bets on lesser-known sports, such as the second division of football in a country outside Europe... it's not an easy thing to find, but in these cases, the player needs to bet smaller amounts aiming for much more entertainment than profit.
More than knowing, they also have to have common sense because there's tell tale signs when the site is going the scam route. I believe that security starts to an individual level before anything else because if you aren't secure at an individual level, then malicious entities can just attack them individually to weaken the security as a whole.
693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tokyo 2020 Men's Olympics Basketball Tournament on: July 27, 2021, 03:44:45 PM
~

After Euro 2020 I am not trusting the French again, they were clearly favourites and choked in the end. It came down to historic matches and how the teams performed in the past. In my opinion USA is going to be strong favourite. They won so many Gold medals in the past that I wouldn't count them out this year. I lost quite a lot of money in EM 2020 so instead of just betting on some short term performers, I will go this time with the opposite strategy and bet on the best performers in the last Olympia.
That's why I said that if they didn't change their roster for this one because their roster was really good and was on par with team USA at that time. I haven't bet yet since I am saving my coins for the International.
694  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Oscar Valdez vs Robson Conceicao - Sept 10th on: July 27, 2021, 02:51:04 PM
I think it will be a very entertaining fight as both fighters have never been defeated. Of course Oscar Valdes has twice as much experience, but Robson Conceicao shows very decent results in his four years of fighting. I'll be rooting for Robson, although I think that bookmakers are going to have a preference for Oscar Valdes.
Valdez's experience is going to make a big difference for this fight plus I feel like Conceicao is more of a method fighter given that Olympics has a stricter rule in boxing so he might have a hard time adapting or acclimating to the standard rules in this match.
695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should online gambling companies be responsible for harm related activities? on: July 27, 2021, 02:15:26 PM
If it's their staff that caused harm or it's an accident in their premise, I think that they have to be responsible but if it's the clients that have started the ruckus, then it's natural that the business isn't responsible. It's a matter of who did what first in my opinion except for accidents.
696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Anything like excess gambling on: July 27, 2021, 01:09:56 PM
I don't think anyone like excess gambling because like everything else in life which is in excess is harmful.Even if we eat a lot of bread it can be harmful for us while we know that eating bread is a good thing, same principle applies to alcohol,if you drink a lot you lose your conscience but if you like going out at night and just drink a Jagermeister this does not lead to bad things. The same is for gambling, when you play excessively you are becoming an addict gambler and we all know the consequences of such act and it can lead to lose the serenity of one's life.
I mean that's like the mantra for anything, too much is bad and too little can sometimes be bad. I think no one in this thread likes excessive gambling because I feel like everyone here is financially smart enough to not lose all their money in gambling.
697  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Olympics 2020/2021 : Discussion & Predictions on: July 27, 2021, 12:31:02 PM
Congratulations to our very own Hidilyn Diaz! a great woman of determination and she made our country proud. After 97 years without any gold medal for the Olympics, she has broken that long year and was the first-ever to get the gold medal in Tokyo Olympics. It's just sad that despite she had won the gold already, there are making rounds that she's being used with political motives while she's unaware of it.
Yeah, I'm a bit late to the party but I do congratulate Hidilyn for her win, it's a big honor but at the same time, the people that were talking trash of her shouldn't be allowed to congratulate them. I mean, people were mad that she was asking for monetary help from the private sector. We also have to congratulate Margielyn, she's a darling of the Olympics with her positive attitude.

Provide some evidence here that you are the real owner of the account and some other evidences, give them the links or some way to have them see and confirm that you have an account in there. They won't take you seriously if you don't have some evidence and just a complaint, we can't believe everything on the Internet right? So you will have to prove that you are to be believed.
