I personally personally imagine a state where only crypto currency will go in circulation and there will not be ordinary money. It is necessary to constantly have something like a laptop that provides good access to the Internet, a certain knowledge for all citizens how to use the crypto currency and much more. But on the example of such relatively small states as Sweden and Denmark, you can see it. This is even quite interesting.

I think that the Chinese government has already realized the futility of its decision to completely prohibit the circulation of crypto currency for its citizens. At the same time, it has not yet abandoned the attempt to make the crypto currency more centralized, which contradicts the very spirit and principles of the crypto-currency. However, it seems to me that China will no longer undertake with respect to the crypto currency such sharp draconian measures, which he planned to carry out earlier. Here we are talking about possible options for its regulation.

The global world market of crypto-currencies is only being established and therefore reacted sharply to the decline in the rate of the Crypto-currency for news about the prohibition of ICO and the possible prohibition of the circulation of crypto-currency in China. After some time, this market has practically stabilized and now it has not reacted so sharply to the ban on ICO in South Korea.

Now we can already conclude that restricting the circulation of bitcoin and other crypto currencies, or in general by their prohibition, the government of China could not cause it significant harm, except for a temporary depreciation of the rate. This situation has demonstrated the strength and invulnerability of the crypto currency.

If, for various reasons, access to the wallet with bitcoin is lost, this bitcoin forever goes out of circulation and is lost to people. This is the nature of the digital currency, and this must be reconciled as inevitably. When 21 million bitcoins will reach, some of them will be permanently lost due to the termination of access to them. However, this will only increase the cost of the remaining bitcoins.

Rather, China will die without bitcoin than bitcoin without China. The latest news indicates that after the 19th Party Conference of China, held on October 18, the crypto currency will again be renewed in China. By this, the government recognizes its impotence before spreading the crypto currency around the world.

However, in general, the information is positive and may affect the stabilization of the situation in the crypto-currency market.

Alternatively, they even called Bitcoin Cash and NEO, which could be used for this purpose, if these altoquines could be centralized for China. It is also possible that China will issue its centralized crypto currency. We'll see what comes out of this in the future.

Until recently, Ukraine announced full support for the crypto currency and even the Central Bank of Ukraine was going to issue its own digital currency called Cryptogriva. Now the statements of this bank have changed a little. However, one can agree that the bitcoin can not be considered a currency in the classical sense of the term. But that bitkoin National Bank of Ukraine refused to recognize as a means of payment, it's already bad. Although at the level of individuals, bitcoin can still walk unchecked. However, it is not known what steps Ukraine will take in the future. Apparently, the negative information that came from China and the ensuing criticism of bitcoin and crypto-currency in general as a bubble and a pimp played its part here.

Apparently, North Korea began actively extracting bitcoin in order to circumvent the UN sanctions imposed on it. In addition, she may have other insidious plans, especially with regard to the United States. The profit from mining bitcoins is not so great within the state, to do this only for profit. Although, who knows how they have there with the economy. Perhaps several tens of millions of dollars for North Korea is a good income item.

If China creates its own centralized currency, it will not solve this problem. Own crypto currency can help in certain sectors of the country, accelerate the implementation of various operations, improve the provision of goods and services within the country. However, at the international level, China will not be able to successfully conclude and conduct transactions without a decentralized crypto currency. Decentralized and centralized crypto currency are different in nature and they can hardly cooperate effectively.

The reason for this situation is that the organization and conduct of the ICO are decentralized. To improve the quality of the ICO, it seems that the governments of countries should license this activity by regulating it at the legislative level. I do not believe that international governments have declared war on bitcoin. Individual countries may limit the circulation of crypto currency in their country or even prohibit it.
