2601  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to check if ICO is scam or not? on: March 17, 2019, 07:45:54 AM
If it were easy to find fraudulent ICO projects, then the problem with fraud in ICO projects would have been solved long ago. However, identifying them is not so easy, and the possibilities in us are limited. And fraudsters invent new ways of fraud. I believe that government regulation of ICO activities will be a reliable way to defeat fraud in ICO projects. Many states are taking certain steps in this direction.
2602  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable coins in cryptocurrency? on: March 17, 2019, 07:24:52 AM
Stable coins price will always be around $1 because they are meant to be $1. If in case, the price increases, the owner will add some coins to the market to make it stable and if the price decreases, they will burn some coins for making it stable again.
Now produced stable coins that are not equal to the dollar. Japan, Switzerland, produces its stable coin, equal to its national currency. Going to release Russia, South Korea. I think that in the future there will be a lot of them. It is also necessary to distinguish between ordinary centralized coins of various states and stable coins of such states. Stable coins can only have a price equivalent to their currencies. They greatly simplify the work with cryptocurrency.
2603  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEW SCAM METHOD EMBRACED BY CRYPTOCURRENCY SCAMMERS on: March 16, 2019, 08:26:07 AM
Everyone that joins ICOs, bounties or airdrops might recently be receiving some emails purported to be from a project administrators informing you of that your earlier contact of the support has been escalated and you need to be a certain sum of bitcoin or ethereum in order to abade the problem otherwise, you lose your investment or earnings.

It is a scam. Beware!!!
Of course. Anyone who demands money from bounty hunters in any form should be considered fraudsters. There are certain cases in which we may be asked to provide assistance, however this should be on a voluntary basis and not be related to our earnings.
The fraudsters will continue to show their activity in this regard and we need to be very careful.
2604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin collapse by a global government crackdown? on: March 16, 2019, 08:07:10 AM
If all governments have banned the circulation of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, I think that after a certain time they would cease to exist. Most people would not have long relied on government bans, and the state’s exchange and cryptocurrency exchange platforms would close. Separate groups of people would still use cryptocurrency, but it would not play much value.
However, we see that in practice this is unlikely to happen. The main states have already legalized cryptocurrency or are going to do it. Cryptocurrency continues to develop successfully.
2605  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be a volatile investment tool and payment method at the same time? on: March 16, 2019, 07:51:03 AM
At some point in time I guess it will become either one thing or the other. It cannot stay both at the same time. Can it? Is it a healthy usage method to have it as both?
There is no other way out. Bitcoin will remain with high price volatility. To others he cannot yet be by nature. What it will be at the same time means of payment, time will tell. It is most likely that it will be used for expensive goods and services. If its functionality does not fundamentally change for the better, then it will be ineffective for small purchases.
2606  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The worst story continues again. on: March 16, 2019, 06:06:56 AM
Instability is part of the game, we just need to keep calm and learn how to capitalize any conditions of the market for our own advantage. Even with the current state of the market and this little stability, one can still make something out of it especially if you have good money for investment or trading.
I agree with your opinion. The market of cryptocurrency can not constantly grow in value. If the price of Bitcoin continued to be pumped up in early 2018, the consequences would have been much worse. Now the cryptocurrency market has fallen, however, the projects of coins and tokens continue to develop. This provides a good basis for the development of cryptocurrency in the future. So do not panic. you need to calmly prepare for the slower growth of the cryptocurrency market.
2607  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Kid should start earning bitcoin as young as kindlegarden on: March 15, 2019, 05:01:04 PM
No, there will be no benefit from such early learning of cryptocurrency for children, we will only get additional insoluble problems. Children must first obtain the necessary basic knowledge. The cryptocurrency market is not for the child's mind, there will be many problems, including suicide through failures in cryptocurrency. Everything has its time.
2608  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blokchain for tracking bullets and guns. on: March 15, 2019, 04:48:33 PM
I wonder why nobody came up with the idea of using Blockchain in the arms industry?
The possibility of finding any weapon or even a bullet would solve many unexplained crimes.
I wonder if arms companies will ever implement this technology. This could practically end illegal arms trafficking. Many people for sure will not like this..
Such databases on liners and bullets have long existed in all countries. In any case, this is in my country and I came across information about the existence of such a base in the United States and other countries by the nature of my work. However, only individual specialists from the Ministry of Internal Affairs have access to this database. Employees of the relevant government agencies, expert organizations send written requests and receive information from such a database. If an unidentified bullet or cartridge case appears in a criminal proceeding, the investigator must appoint an examination, and one of the questions should be the question of the coincidence of traces on the bullet and cartridge cases with the data available in that database. In this case, the expert is obliged to send already photos of unidentified bullets and cartridge cases with their detailed description to this database. This is how it all works.
2609  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happens if everyone has own currency, doesn't a bad for Economics ? on: March 15, 2019, 06:09:47 AM
The era of blockchain has given many people to make their own currency with different visions from the Artificial intelligence, personal data, finance etc. as we know the traditional currency is very influential in society & supports economic activity around a worldwide. wel,  if everyone has their own currency doesnt this is will make everyone no longer motivated to work and will be to waste more time in front of computer. so, what do you think?
I do not see any sense for everyone to release their own cryptocurrency. The meaning of money is not in their availability, but in what they provide and how they are provided. If you just release your cryptocurrency, without real features and product, these will be useless badges without any cost. Better not to do it. There are so many useless cryptocurrencies on the market now.
2610  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold exist 1000+ years. while bitcoins exist 10 years. on: March 15, 2019, 05:54:14 AM
It is necessary to use new technologies, including cryptocurrency to generate income, but to keep earned best in proven values, such as gold. Cryptocurrency and gold can and should complement each other. A smart person will use the best qualities of these two values, and not oppose each other. I can only say that as a means of accumulating value, bitcoin loses to gold because of its high volatility.
2611  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO still have huge chance of surviving on: March 13, 2019, 07:15:36 PM
After 2017 max ICO profits, ICO has since then been a high target for scammers but alas ICO will still survive on the long run ,bitorrent and fetch.ai has proven that, many investors are now getting smart and extremely more careful ,its really a good thing ,before we know it the scam rate will get lower and scammers won't make a dime from ICO anymore. I think action speaks more than words,no one wants to lose money to scam projects anymore so they are forced to learn how to spot good projects to invest in. Warning doesn't work but investors losing money does makes them learn.
Investors have too few opportunities to test the ICO team and its project. Therefore, no matter how much potential investors try to test the ICO team for the possibility of fraud, in many cases this possibility will remain the same. Only government regulation of ICO activities can have a positive effect. It is government agencies that are well placed to prevent fraud and punish the perpetrators if they occur. Taking other measures will not have the desired effect.
2612  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KYC should be for big whales on: March 13, 2019, 07:02:08 PM
I'm here today to drop my own point about how KYC should be use
- KYC requirement for bounties and airdrops is so unreasonable ,KYC implementation is no doubt a good idea but it should be forced only on big investors that wants to buy large amount of a token either From Exchanges
- there should be limit for KYC requirements e.g like if an investor wants to buy 10,000$ worths of tokens upward then he or she must go through KYC ,just saying

I don't know why or how you know about this KYC on the bounty program. You are just a newbie. It was created because of the cheaters who has a multiple accounts and also for the security purposes of the project.
The KYC check generally has nothing to do with banning several accounts from this forum at the same time. This topic came up along the way to justify such verification. The ICO team is actually a temporary association of citizens with a commercial purpose. They are prohibited on their own initiative to collect confidential information about other citizens.
The KYC check is used exclusively for the prevention of money laundering and the fight against the financing of terrorism. Now tell me what relation, as bounty hunters, can we have to laundering dirty money and financing terrorism? If you think there are other special powers on the ICO team, please grant them. In the meantime, the KYC check on bounty hunters should be considered the usual fraud by the ICO team.
2613  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2019-03-10]Bitcoin, ETH & XRP: Is the Bearish Trend Actually Ending? on: March 12, 2019, 09:22:28 PM
Any positive outlook will also have a positive effect on the cryptocurrency market. However, any technical forecasts are not perfect and can not cover all market trends, and therefore do not reflect a complete and reliable situation and therefore can not objectively predict the market behavior in the future. Such forecasts should be considered as one of the possible variants of the development of events on the market, but not as a guide to action.
2614  Economy / Economics / Re: is it possible that the bitcoin was created by governments? on: March 11, 2019, 05:51:46 PM
Decentralized cryptocurrency is very disadvantageous to governments and states. In practice, it largely competes with them. Therefore, governments are clearly not interested and can not be the creators of decentralized cryptocurrency. Now cryptocurrency delivers a lot of problems to governments and in the future there will be even more. Therefore, I do not think that governments may be involved in the creation of cryptocurrency. This is absolutely not logical.
2615  Economy / Economics / Re: ‘Crypto not meant for humans’ says Anthony Pompliano on: March 11, 2019, 05:37:11 PM
IMO, there is truth in both statements:

a) crypto is built for machine to machine payments
b) people have hard time understanding crypto due to lack of education about what money is and lack of education about the technical side of crypto.

So I do think cryptocurrencies can be used both by people and by machines simultaneously in a future world where such payments have become the dominant monetary reality.
It is hardly necessary to argue that cryptocurrency is not intended for use by people. There is practically no such area of activity where one could argue that it is not intended for people. Another thing is that certain types of activities require special knowledge and training. Cryptocurrency, contrary to the opinion of some, also requires special knowledge and experience. In order to fully engage in cryptocurrency, and most importantly, to protect it, ordinary household knowledge is not enough. Therefore, for the mass user, cryptocurrency needs to be simplified.
2616  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stable Coins Necessary? on: March 10, 2019, 07:38:23 AM

Currently seems every project or crypto company wanna create a stable coin now, except USDT, currently we have GUSD, TUSD, PAX.

But do you think it's really necessary to have so many stable coins?
Yes, we need stable coins and at the same time it is better that they are different and supported by different currencies. With the advent of stable coins, it has become easier and more convenient to work with cryptocurrency. This is a kind of buffer between different types of cryptocurrency, between which there are no direct pairs for exchange, or if you need to hold funds for some time without withdrawing from cryptocurrency until a certain moment.
2617  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Project Initiators and Team need KYC more than Investors on: March 10, 2019, 07:12:04 AM
The decentralized nature of cryptocurrency seems not be effective when it comes to investing in cryptocurrency, seeing that investors in most cases are asked to do KYC, bounty hunters inclusive.

I do not think investors should be compelled or made to do KYC by submitting their personal data and documents, because project initiators do not stand any risk of losing their money. Rather project initiators or developers should be made to do KYC, in order to gain the trust of investors, who want to invest in their projects.

This is necessary because we have seen cases of scam ICOs, which have made investors to lose trust in a lot of them. So to gain the trust back, we would need to know whom we are giving our money to as investors.

Yes, now the situation with ICO projects is kind of very strange. In order for investors to give their money to strangers, they also provide their confidential data and copies of the documents required absolutely arbitrarily. At the same time, the ICO teams receiving this do not themselves pass any KYC checks and in many cases turn out to be scammers.
ICO teams must be tested in front of the relevant government agencies that must monitor this process in order to prevent fraud in this type of activity. Hope this will be soon.
2618  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: STO vs ICO! What is the main difference? on: March 10, 2019, 06:50:03 AM
The main difference between ICO and STO is that ICO tokes are almost like cryptocurrency and STO tokens are more like "electronic" shares from stock exchange.
For me more important is idea nad team behind project than the type of platform.
I also read that STO is tokenized shares, but I have little idea how it all works at the fundraising and ICO stage, and most importantly, tokens are paid to the bounty hunters in this case or not? If so, then there will probably be different platforms, different forms of payment, in general, this is all new and again complicated and confusing. I still prefer the old ERC-20.
2619  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Change Of KYC Pattern on: March 10, 2019, 06:37:40 AM
There have been so much issues arising from bounty hunters doing kyc. So many bounty hunters are against it. Also looking at what kyc means, it means know your customer and bounty hunters are not customers.

So my thought is this: if there must be kyc , it should be done before the start of the bounty. If you pass the kyc, you start the bounty but if you fail, you just leave it and look for some other promising bounty.

What do you think about this?
A KYC check is illegal for bounty hunters, but if it is carried out, then it must of course be carried out before the bounty hunters begin their work. This is quite logical, since this process is not regulated, it does not have general rules for its conduct and to the required information and to provide copies of documents. Some bounty hunters due to various life situations cannot provide some of the required documents and therefore they need to clearly see if they will be able to pass the KYC test or not. Many ICOs already write directly whether a KYC check will be conducted or not, and if so, they provide the opportunity to pass it immediately. And it is right.
2620  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What new categories of bounty would you like to see? on: March 09, 2019, 08:31:58 AM
I do not know a new kind of bounty either, but it would be a great thing to be paid weekly or every 14 days in eth. Such a bounty would certainly be something special and would certainly appeal to many people.
Paying bounty hunters on a weekly or bi-weekly basis is not realistic. Too much work for the ICO team. But payment on a monthly basis, especially in those projects where ICOs last four to six, and even more than a month, is quite realistic. In some ICO projects, they do. It would also be nice if half of the funds were paid in new tokens, and the other half were in ethereum.
