15861  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So how will be the market in February? on: February 28, 2018, 09:20:36 AM
In my opinion, no one expected the market growth in February. First, a negative news fund. Secondly, all the time all can not grow (by the way it can be an artificial dump to purchase). We hope for the spring)))
The big growth will be not earlier than autumn I hope (to have time to invest more in the crypto currency). February was a good opportunity to buy at very cheap prices, ETH almost 600 dollars, Ripple at 0.7. I strongly doubt that such opportunities will be in the future.

15863  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what's your reason joining here in crypto? on: February 27, 2018, 06:47:41 PM
Our community today is growing bigger and bigger. There are so many recently joined members here in our forum and makes me curious why they are here? I really want to know your real motive in here. Let's speak the truth and be honest of everything because this thing can really affect on how you will interact in the community. After many votes, i'll say my opinion generally to understand what's the real course of joining in this forum.

So why? Let me know.
This forum concentrates all those who work in this field. Developers, advertisers, investors. That's why I'm here. There is a lot of work on crypto subjects (this is knowledge and money) and I'm interested in it.
15864  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your favourite ongoing/upcoming ICOs on: February 27, 2018, 06:31:51 PM
Have you noticed all the newbies promoting a new shit ICO called Marinecoin ? Cheesy
100%!
I go into any thread and no matter what topic of discussion many people write about this coin. It's annoying. Before this, such obsessive advertising was at the TokenGo project.
15865  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I HOLD this: ----> post your holding coins! on: February 27, 2018, 06:25:14 PM

So simple the topic is, write here a list of your holding coins and maybe how long you hold each coin until yet!

I start:

- BTC
- POT 6m
- ETH
- xp coin 1w
- ripple 1y

Go!
- ETH
- Monero
- Dash
- XPR
- Substratum
All approximately two months. Will sell only when there will be a profit (not soon).
15866  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why the hell people invest in coins with a huge supply. on: February 26, 2018, 09:23:02 PM
So here I am looking at Coin Market Cap and the supply of coins. I'm just curious why the hell people invest in coins with a huge supply. Coins like Ripple, Tron, Cardano, Stellar Lumens, IOTA, and Tether, just to name a few. All of which have a supply into the BILLIONS. Thoughts?

*I've bought Tron and have gotten rekt since but am still learning.
People invest in coins with a huge supply, as in such coins huge liquidity, these coins are traded on almost all exchanges, the volatility on these coins is less than on coins with less capitalization. I think these reasons are sufficient.
15867  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Comparison of existing blockchain projects in the medical field. on: February 26, 2018, 09:18:48 PM
Why is the assessment of the Icobench used to evaluate projects? I do not consider this tracker the most objective since I saw a lot of weak projects that had a very high rating from it. It would be better if the list of projects was simply laid out without any evaluation, so that everyone was interested in doing their own research.
15868  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you day trade or prefer a long term hold? on: February 26, 2018, 09:12:43 PM
Hold bitcoin, but trade alts.
Anyone who holds alts is a fool - when it pumps and you are in profit, SELL! If you don't, you risk becoming a bag-holder.
If you do not have altcoins, then what will you sell? So altcoins also need to be kept. Therefore, there is not much difference between bitcoin and altcoins. The main thing to sell when it's profitable and keep in the times of correction.
15869  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: KYC of bounty hunters on: February 26, 2018, 09:08:14 PM
I do not know what problems the KYC decides with regard to bounty hunters. Scammers were faking documents and will continue to do so. But honest people get additional problems when registering. Plus I really do not want to lose my right to anonymity. For the sake of this right, many have come to this sphere.
15870  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: You have 1m dollars.. on: February 23, 2018, 08:58:55 AM
Where and how would you invest 1m dollars? What coins will you buy? Or will Huh you just put them in Bank? Huh Wink
Half (or better one-third) can be put in the bank to have reserves to make purchases when correcting the market. Another third to invest in stable coins - bitcoin, ETH and Ripple. The remaining distribute among the promising coins and ICO.
15871  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long do transactions usually take? on: February 23, 2018, 08:55:22 AM
Give or take, how long do you wait to receive your coins? At what point do you start to become suspicious?
Two days ago I was sending the ETH. The moment the transaction was created coincided with the beginning of the ICO. In the end, I waited about two hours watching how the gas price first rose to 100 (from 10) then slowly fell.
15872  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: do you day trade or prefer a long term hold? on: February 23, 2018, 08:52:31 AM
Prefer long term hold just because my portfolio mainly consists of projects I think will increase exponentially in value
I agree with your approach. Your strategy should be chosen depending on the portfolio. If there are stable coins with huge capitalization, then there is no big volatility to wait and you can trade. If in a portfolio perspective coins, then they should be in hodl.
15873  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Good time to buy ETH now? on: February 23, 2018, 08:49:44 AM
ETH at that moment is the only green coin from the top 10. I like its reliability and prospects. I think this year, ETH will grow several times due to the fact that the market will recover and due to the fact that improvements will be made within the ETH system.
15874  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO scam!! on: February 23, 2018, 08:46:04 AM
It seems to me that to 100% secure yourself from falling into fraud, you must invest in projects that already have a legal entity and a finished product. In this case, we can check all the team members and the legality of their activities. Obviously, it should be people from civilized countries who do not want problems with the law.
15875  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Almost All Currencies Down (RED DAYS) on: February 21, 2018, 12:03:16 PM
A few Weeks ago bitcoin reached the highest price and now it drops continuously, all alt is also dump in price now for that. This is not the first happening like this for first time but still some people won't understand this and they wish Bitcoin to crash. One must have to keep patience and have to try to buy some ALT coin in this type of situation instead of selling.
I agree with the strategy you proposed, I myself try to use it. The problem is that people do not keep their money in different assets and when the right time comes to buy, they simply do not have the financial capacity to do so. It is necessary to keep some of the money in reserves.
15876  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Rewards: Sell immediately or HODL? on: February 21, 2018, 11:58:06 AM
my advice is to sell half and hold the other half. chances are that the airdrop token price will rise, but it will take time. soo dont sell it too fast. hold it as long as you can. I totaly agree with the idea that some of the bounty hunters are selling it to put food on the table.
My strategy is to sell half after a significant increase in order to fix income. The remaining half I'm ready to keep until the very end or until the moment when I see a super promising ICO.
15877  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you truly believe in cryptocurrency on: February 21, 2018, 11:54:12 AM
I believe in crypto currency and use it. In the country in which I live financial transactions are under close scrutiny. Crypto currency allows me not to worry about it and do my own thing.
15878  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What coin do you HOLD in 2018? on: February 21, 2018, 11:51:42 AM
Hi,
I created this topic to probe: What coin do you HOLD in 2018?
HOLD from early 2018 to end of 2018.
I HOLD: BTG, ETH and BNB (Each coin about 3k USD), i hope it will be up to 9k each coin ^^
Х3 for a year is not such a big increase in order to rely heavily on it. If you want more significant growth, then you should take risks and invest in smaller coins. Even one small coin can grow so much that it will pay off investments in other coins.
15879  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best ICO to invest in in March 2018? on: February 21, 2018, 11:48:14 AM
Hey,

I am looking at different projects to invest in in March such as, NEX, Effect.ai, TomoCoin and CardStack. So thought asking this amazing community, what would you say the best ICO to invest in in March 2018 and why.  Grin
I also want to receive this information, so I'll sign up for the thread. I do not have much time to learn ICO, so I have to trust ICO trackers. I hope in this thread someone will show a detailed analysis of a good ICO.
15880  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like airdrops? on: February 20, 2018, 08:40:46 AM
I like airdrop. Every day I participate in new projects airdrop. Then they send me coins to my wallet. This is as an addition to the bounty program.
How profitable is this activity? It seems to me that spending time on airdrops does not pay off. Too rare, tokens obtained from airdrops, acquire some value. Therefore, I have long ceased to participate in airdrops.
