1481  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: cryptsy down again? on: July 01, 2013, 06:13:51 PM
Also it's been impossible to withdraw Bitcoin...or any other coins for that matter I believe.  That exchange is a joke.

Yeah, I had that problem as well. Filed a ticket, and it was resolved in 12 hours. Still, 12 hours to get my coins sent? Not a happy camper. And the API hasn't worked for a week. No movement on that ticket in a few days now, although BitJohn just said he'd take a look at it now, so fingers crossed.

I added a note to your ticket and apologize for the delay in your previous issue. Hopefully you should be hearing back from Vern on your API question very soon.

Folks will get much better results submitting a trouble ticket rather than waiting for me to read your concerns here.
1484  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ** Official ** Cryptsy funds are safe and secure on: June 30, 2013, 06:48:29 PM
Agree, but how can we help?

You guys help every day by spreading the word and keeping the record straight and we appreciate it. Some folks read the disinformation and buy into it. All I can say is give cryptsy.com a try.

1494  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning! Bug on Cryptsy, coins lost!! on: June 28, 2013, 12:21:51 AM
a few weeks ago i lost .05 btc due to a bug in their system when i cancelled a buy order for bitbar. the order was cancelled but it was never credited back to my account. i sent an email to cryptsy, i asked about it in the troll box, and nothing not a god dang word about it back from any of them. be careful with cryptsy. it works great until something fucks up and then you are shit out of luck

We will gladly re-look at your issue please resend an email to support@cryptsy.com
1495  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Warning! Bug on Cryptsy, coins lost!! on: June 28, 2013, 12:07:40 AM
BitJohn yours and Verns support are really GREAT, I can confirm that. You really try to resolve all the issues and be active on forum threads. That means so much for the users. But there is not a doubt that Cryptsy has nasty bugs... Deposit delays, slow refund after canceling orders, slow interface, vulnerable site, bigger deposit then sent (after that more then few accounts were in minus) etc.. I like Cryptsy, but you guys gotta be more stable in all areas..

We work every day to improve all services we still don't claim to be out of the BETA stage and look forward to improving in all the areas we fall short and keeping all of our customers as up to date as possible. Realize we are getting growth at about 10% per day while managing the new features and working out the old. Not to mention fighting the DDOS attacks. Thanks for everyone patience and support.
