BTW thanks for having an awesome exchange and resolving support tickets super fast. My ticket was resolved in approximately 1 hour the other night. 

Coins-E is working on the PXC problem, it seems their was a forced update the company wasn't told about.. rest assured you can still send your coins if your on the original chain.

Coins-E has over 40 crypto currencies, it's up to traders miners and the developers to inform us of major updates. and then it's up to the community to decide if they want to change their currency.

I'm sure Coin-E isn't the only one with a wallet on the Original chain as people have been depositing.

If Coins-E lost our PXCs by not updating their client, won't deleting the blockchain and syncing again send the transaction on the correct chain?

Eitherway, they have to return our PXCs or we will do all we can to publicly call them out as scammers.

本人在C网的帐号为biter，经历了一个月的时间，花了15个BTC收集了20多万个NAN，在提现中丢失了，现在平台以NAN本身的块链出了问题为由，推卸一切责任，现在我有几个问题不能理解：
1 ：我在同一天同一时间转帐四次到同一钱包，为什么前两次和后一次可以收到，而只是中间一次数量最大的没收到。
2：NAN有这么重大的问题，平台为什么不发出通告告知投资者，而是等NAN出了问题，把一切责任推得一干二净呢？
像这样的平台，大家以后在上面投资一定要谨慎，
