Not perfect in the sense that it has pros and it also has cons.

"Bitcoin transaction is irreversible". I would have loved it to be, but there are reasons why it's not. Also, a transaction that was made from one bank account to another is irreversible too. So it's not new.

"The bitcoin market is too volatile and unstable"
So are the forex market and stock exchange market.

"Bitcoin is used to commit crimes". (The lamest).
So does the Internet, phones, computers, guns, and all. Even harmless things like vehicles, boats, and ships are used to commit crimes.

Terrorism has always been funded with fiat currencies since before the inception of Bitcoin. You can walk into a bank and withdraw $10k cash from your account and you do not know if the money was deposited into the bank by a human trafficker.
I don't see anybody fighting fiat because it's used to fund terrorism.

Democracy and capitalism are not perfect, but we all want them. Why? Why don't we ditch democracy and practice a perfect system instead?
Every human being having and enjoying their human rights is not perfect so let's ditch that also.

As Bitcoiners, it's okay to accept that Bitcoin has flaws but those flaws do not in any way make it inferior. The fact that about 0.25% of all cryptocurrency activities are associated with illicit activities according to  Chainalysis doesn't make it the "tool for terrorism" as the governments want people to believe.

So, i was looking up on Wikipedia the meaning of Money Laundering , and below is a quote of how the site defined the term "Money Laundering"


So, after i saw that Gambling was mentioned or listed among the listed illicit activities through which money can or could be laundered, I can't help but wonder if gambling is actually an illicit activity.

Wikipedia did not mention gambling being an illicit activity in their definition of gambling here, why then did they mention gambling as one of illicit activity through which money laundering can be carried out?

I know to lot of people, who may have invested money into the wrong investment platforms outside of Bitcoin but pirade themselves as Bitcoin investment may misunderstand the title of this thread, but that is the truth, and the best way to start your Bitcoin journey.

So if you have the money to buy some Bitcoin,  why not buy first and thereafter learn along the way and keep practising the few things that you learn, e.g DCA approach, this approachable helped a lot of newbies to be able to have the right mindset and accumulation approach towards bitcoin, and they can accumulate a good amount within a short space of time, and also building a sustainable knowledge that helps you to have a better understanding of the market and to make good analysis.

I have read many articles exaggerating bitcoin price prediction's from both those who claim to be professionals and diverse bitcoin enthusiasts which I felt the necessity within to drop this piece figuratively.

We are expecting too much from bitcoin in just a short time of about 13years since it's creation. By logic bitcoin is just a teenager who has not yet attained the status of adulthood like the forex market for example, yet it has penetrate and saturate the financial market (global economy) becoming the talk of the town in the internet like it has been here 50 years ago.

The high expectations should be moderated so we can be able to appreciate the milestone growth bitcoin price has made. Commensurable with its age bitcoin price is doing great and only those who are not highly expectant setting their price  scale at a great distance of 100k, 150k, 200k will care to appreciate the feat, some even predict as high as $1M in the next bull run and when the price doesn't go even close as expected they complain that the performance of bitcoin has been poor.

And this can be so discouraging for investors that planned on long term hodling with such a high expectancy. Learn to treat bitcoin like a teenager that's just coming up and still has its future ahead of it and stop the unequal comparison with other financial instruments like gold that have been around for decades.

But the reality is, they're about as accurate as a broken clock – right only twice a day. It's laughable how they sell this snake oil, predicting the future with squiggly lines. I wouldn't bet a Satoshi on their so-called insights!

Recently I was contacted by a trader friend, who told me that his trading position in futures was hit by Stop Loss. He played in altcoins, because Bitcoin has recently increased in value. My friend dared to take a long position in several altcoins with capital of $150, and after hitting a stop loss the remaining funds were $12.

I agree with you, we know that Girona is quite easy to beat by teams that are much stronger than them. We know that Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico will not let Girona lead the standings arbitrarily, so they could become a direct threat in the hunt for the championship trophy this season. I'd like to share my experience with you all. Even though I'm not currently employed, I went through a phase of gambling while I was working in the past, and the outcome wasn't positive.
