Personally, I do not imagine that these guys failed to hide their identities, although their history proves how smart they are. The name of the suspect that was announced may have been used as his identity only and has nothing to do with the matter. I am not going to open an investigation here, and all I want to say is that things are open to many scenarios as long as Chipmixer keeps data on servers like any centralized website.

“This morning, working with partners at home and abroad, the Department of Justice disabled a prolific cryptocurrency mixer, which has fueled ransomware attacks, state-sponsored crypto-heists and darknet purchases across the globe,” said Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco. “Today’s coordinated operation reinforces our consistent message: we will use all of our authorities to protect victims and take the fight to our adversaries. Cybercrime seeks to exploit boundaries, but the Department of Justice’s network of alliances transcends borders and enables disruption of the criminal activity that jeopardizes our global cybersecurity.”

In the crypto world bitcoin was first  I had and how you can invest $ and it will add value and I know about other coins but I feel safe when I hear about bitcoin I have seen so many trading on bitcoin and making good earnings in return . Do you have to buy the coins leave it in your wallet for a while for it to add value or do you need to trade it I really wants to understand the transaction and investment in bitcoin because to me I have tried to invest in it but I’m not seeing any added value to my coin bought .

It's very difficult for any team to beat Al Ittihad this season, because they have strong defense. From other side, both teams still have a match against Al Hilal, who are the only team that could affect the current standings, in my opinion. The same problem happened to me a few days back, the file would download to around halfway and then all of a sudden fail. My network was not at its best, so it could have probably been the network, though some other apps could download and update without a single problem

Well, the inflation in my country now is not extremely high but has already damaged the economy. The cost of living is increasing and does not seem to stop. Last week one of my friends lost his job after working in the same company for a decade. His life abruptly changed, putting him in a place where he could not support his family. I don't know what's the issue in your case, but you can try downloading Bisq directly from official website or github and install application manually.

Looks totally normal to me. Files were downloaded and verified. Just need to close the program, install the update (double-click Bisq-64bit-1.9.9.exe) and then delete those files (you don't need them anymore).
