Montpellier's performance in the last few games has been very good and they also deserved this result but it's a bit sad with the chances that Marseille actually had.

I was quite surprised by the final result of the match between Marseille vs Montpellier, even though the opportunity for Marseille to get closer to PSG was wide open but they failed to take advantage of it, but I also admit that Montpellier's defense was very solid, even Marseille had difficulty penetrating that defense.

For Troyes and Auxerre, I don't dare to speculate much about this match because, judging by their current conditions, they can actually be said to be the same and the possibility of a draw is also quite high, but I don't really understand the odds that are too flashy for home at the moment.

auxerre and troyes are both in the relegation zone and victory is an important thing for both teams, but i am more confident with auxerre's performance, they will definitely win.

1506  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Most likely category of people to become Gambling addicts. on: April 01, 2023, 03:59:55 AM
I don't think I would want to introduced anyone to gambling because I know how this act can mess someone up, especially if the person is not that discipline. I wouldn't want to be blame for turning anyone into a gambling addict because its really hard to come out of the act once you have fully involved yourself. Although it depend on the person choice I can show or teach anyone, who on his/her own decide to learn about gambling with any sportbook am familiar with.

the same as me, even though I like gambling, I have never tried to persuade other people to follow my habits because the future effects for them are quite dangerous and if they are people who have poor self-control, they will enter the abyss of addiction. especially for people who are married and have a family, what I'm afraid of is that they will destroy their family and become addicts (like the story I once made as a topic in this thread)
1507  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 1$ per day crypto investment plan any good ? on: March 31, 2023, 06:01:11 PM
Is 1$ investment in crypto every day enough? I'm making up to 10$ per day and I don't want something that will tie me down financially since I have other things I'm using the money for aka responsibilities so all I can afford is 1$ per day, also is BTC the best option with this 1$ per day?

if it's $1/day then it's $30/month and if we calculate it for a year it becomes $360 then it's a good investment especially if you plan it for the long term, especially if you choose to invest in bitcoin, the chances of your investment value going up big in the next few years are very real. Consistency + patience + confidence are the most important things in investing, surely the results you will get will satisfy you.
1508  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Neymar Loses €1M in Casino in Just an Hour on: March 31, 2023, 04:57:29 PM
Neymar lost €1m (£900,000) in just an hour of online casino as he streamed it live on his Twitch channel. The Twitter post reads that "Crying at first, he then laughs, remembering it's just a week's pay!" I was very livid reading this and seeing screenshots of his reaction. Because it is very deceitful.

Imagine a gambling who may have lost thousands of dollars today reading this. Instead of feeling bad or remorseful and looking for a way to change, this may even fuel his addiction the more. Sadly, he won't remember that he is not like Neymar who earns £3.2m-per-month.

These celebrities and public figures should be  fined for trying to glorify gambling without stating the negative aspects when it is over done.

lose but laugh, that's what separates us all (ordinary gamblers) from Neymar who has a salary of millions of dollars every month. I hope he doesn't ruin his future because I'm sure that if Neymar becomes a gambling addict then his football career will be ruined. he must be able to gamble humbly so that other players whose lives are ruined because of gambling do not hate his behavior which seems to be mocking.
1509  Local / Topik Lainnya / Re: MenKeu mencari Dewan Pengawas Kripto untuk OJK on: March 31, 2023, 06:49:49 AM

1511  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you profitable? on: March 30, 2023, 03:34:03 PM
In trading many people especially online influencers and traders, Are they really profitable? many new people trapped buy listening to those influencers that they say just you need to buy at this line and sell at this line. and whoa! you made profit, They just teaches people basic TA and charge huge amount to learn. but they doesn't share their personal journal or something, they say us that you need to make an journal, do that, do that ,
but they don't share there trades, I really get jealous of that kind of people they say to innocent people that you can make money out of this, and make money selling courses which i very basic that we can learn from a good affordable book.
some traders trade live and share there losses and wins, and after a month they share there total PnL(profit and loss) and they made real profits, (some people say they just share there other account's Pnl , we can't know that)
My question is are your profitable trader and can you share you journal or something ?, many of us will feel motivated.

In my opinion, trading is like making bread with the same recipe, but the taste at the end (result) is definitely different, and it's impossible for you to be able to perfectly imitate the taste produced by that person. all traders use the same formula and motivation, but the results obtained will never be the same, so even if you do copy-trading, it will be difficult for you to match the achievement of the account you are copying due to various factors.

so my conclusion is that you yourself have to struggle to be able to understand well what you are doing (trading) if influencers say trading is easy then they are not completely wrong and not completely right either.
1512  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Is the Binance the next to bite the dust or FUD? on: March 30, 2023, 02:39:06 PM
Now they are targeting Binance in regards to relation on China. It seems like a coordinated attack to Binance and I think few more days to wait until the market reacts. I guess US doesn't want Binance to stay and these attack are likely a massive thing for Binance which they shouldn't ignore.

If you live in America, you’re not allowed to trade crypto derivatives. And if you’re a big international platform for trading crypto derivatives, you can’t let Americans trade those products if you haven’t registered with the boring-sounding but not-to-be-trifled-with federal regulator known as the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or CFTC.

Today, that regulator sued Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange, for allegedly doing just that. (And if that name sounds familiar, it may because back in November, Binance briefly flirted with bailing out its smaller rival, FTX. Obviously, Binance took one look under the hood at FTX, now at the center of a massive federal fraud investigation, and promptly bailed.)
source--

the domino effect of the FTX crash is happening and this time I'm curious how binance will overcome this problem, binance is the biggest exchange in the world that has many other exchange derivatives in several countries. I used to do exchanges on Tokocrypto (a derivative of Binance). If Binance can't escape this pressure, I'm afraid the impact will be huge.
1513  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 30, 2023, 12:07:01 PM
In the transfer window later, Tuchel will have the opportunity to overhaul the composition of the existing squad. He also has the opportunity to bring a number of his care at Chelsea to reunite with himself at Bayern Munich.

Mason Mount is Tuchel's main target. it's likely that Mount will also be very interested in that offer. At the moment Mount's Chelsea career is in limbo. Discussion of a new contract did not go smoothly.

Apart from Mount, I predict that Tuchel will also have the opportunity to recruit Aubameyang. Aubameyang was Tuchel's recommended striker to join Chelsea some time ago, but the fate of the two was unlucky because Tuchel was quickly sacked. Now the two have the potential to work together again in Munich.

alluding to Aubameyang, he will not be suitable to play in Bayern, I am pessimistic that Tuchel will bring him to Bayern, especially since he has a bad attitude.

Rumors about who Tuchel will bring to Bayern continue to grow, and big names have appeared, whoever Tuchel will bring to Bayern will definitely have a big role to change Bayern's game pattern for the better than before,

Reporting from the Sportbible page, Tuchel wants to bring in two Chelsea players, namely Mateo Kovacic and Edouard Mendy. Both are rumored to be leaving Stamford Bridge at the end of this season.

1514  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: March 30, 2023, 08:28:59 AM
There is nothing that has a beginning without an end, that's the case of Arsenal, the bad moments have expired and welcome to the good era. I hope they will be able to sustain this because is their most spectacular season in many years back. Besides, I will not like anyone to give Arteta all glory, the squad delivering good results for him deserves some praise too for their well-done jobs.

They should try to maintain this, particularly at the time that Man City has wasted a chance recently to the advantage of the gunners.

the last time Arsenal won the EPL is in the 2003/2004 season almost 20 years ago, so this season is a season that arsenal fans should be proud of because their long wait will be fulfilled. arteta really contributed a lot to arsenal's success this season because they bought the right players and also had a consistent strategy this season.

while man city, they have always played well but this season they have not shown the maximum so their position has been shifted by arsenal for the past few years and maybe next season their competition to be first will be difficult because man utd is already on the right track now.
1515  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ UEFA Euro 2024 in Germany ⚽ - Qualifiers on: March 30, 2023, 07:58:18 AM
Unbelievable with Scotland success defeated Spanish on UEFA Euro Qualification matchday 2, Manchester United's player Scott McTominay success become man of the match after two goals contributed and success made Scotland managed top standing position awhile group A with 6 points.

on the paper, Scotland not really favorite winning from Spain but lead first goals on early minutes played make them confidence for winning this games. Actually still have many matches left for EURO Qualifier and Spanish have chance back to the top standing position because three points left is not difficult. Each national team finish on first and second standing qualifier automatically will set one place in EURO 2024 Germany final slot and seems interested with Group A Because still have Georgia and Norway have 1 points right now.

ball possession of up to 75% does not guarantee that Spain will be successful in scoring goals, as the host, Scotland managed to make it look difficult for Spain to penetrate their defense. even though as a midfielder, mcTominay successfully became the man of the match in this match with the 2 beautiful goals he made. for a while, Scotland has been at the top of group A standings with 6 points and no defeats, while mctominay has succeeded in becoming one of the top scorers with 4 goals he has made so far (competing with cristiano).
1516  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Participating in Mixer Signature Campaign on: March 30, 2023, 06:44:44 AM
I also support the motion of theymos from the OmegaStarScream quote. Because from what happened it lookef at if they know the secrecy of Chipmixer while they didn't. So to avoid such disgrace again it is better to steer clear from Mixer's campaigns. Instead it is better for the to join trustworthy casinos' campaigns. But also one mixer downfall should not be used to generalize others.

Don't you see a contradiction here? You just joined a mixer signature campaign.

even though he's in a mixer signature campaign but it doesn't matter what opinion he thinks.

I don't fully support the campaign from the mixer in this forum being stopped because the mixer has many uses rather than the damage it causes, especially to protect privacy, so this discourse will only cause eternal debate.
1517  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Taxes on NFT holders on: March 30, 2023, 05:48:36 AM
imagine it

paying tax on ingame purchases.. turns Steam into tax reporting agents of its customers rather than games retailers

so soon you wont be able to play online games without KYC

How things are going, it should not be a surprise Steam and Epic Games would ask for full KYC in a decade or earlier.
But it would make more sense it was related to MMORPG's where people can partake in a secondary market of in-game currency, which gains are (of course) taxable.

with the possibility of imposing taxes on NFT games that generate money it will have a big impact on players, the development of NFT games that generate money has not been fully accepted by many people, if news like this already appears then I doubt people will be interested in playing NFT games in the future ahead.

Well, in all fairness, this is probably the right thing to do, especially at this point in time when NFTs are apparently used for money laundering. Somebody can make millions of dollars in legitimate transactions selling pixelated images and monkey jpegs. So I guess it's just the IRS doing its job well. This may be perceived as a villain agency but it's just performing its mandate.

But what I'm particularly amazed at is how updated the IRS is on what's happening around. In my country, the Bureau of Internal Revenue is clueless and is still operating on archaic policies.

as a bureau with authority, they are reasonable to make tax regulations on NFTs, especially now that NFTs are already categorized as digital assets, but the rates are quite high, just imagine up to 20% ++ of the value of the NFT assets.
1518  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Taxes on NFT holders on: March 29, 2023, 08:48:37 PM
Quote
The U.S. Internal Revenue Service has taken its first formal steps in laying out rules for the taxation of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), potentially exposing them to a maximum long-term capital gains tax rate of 28% if they are considered collectibles rather than the 20% that applies to other digital assets and to securities. The March 21 Notice 2023-27 says that the agency is intending to issue specific rules for NFTs, which can represent collectible assets (Artwork like the BoredApe Yacht club or Crypto Punks series) and non-collectibles (event tickets) and sometimes both.

This notice marks the first formal attempt by the IRS on laying out guidelines for NFT taxation. Previously taxpayers have been applying general rules applicable to property for NFT transactions, relying on IRS Notice 2014-21 issued in 2014. This notice also comes as part of a visible if undeclared campaign by the executive branch, federal agencies, and some members of Congress against the digital-assets industry.

NFT Tax Treatment
Section §408(m)(2) of the U.S. Tax Code defines a collectible as:

any work of art
any rug or antique
any metal or gem
any stamp or coin
any alcoholic beverage
any other tangible personal property specified by the secretary of the Treasury
Taxation of an NFT under current IRS practice depends on the asset it represents. The agency calls this “look-through analysis” and encourages filers to use it when determining tax consequences until the new guidance is issued. For example, a gemstone represented by an NFT would be a collectible, but the right to develop a plot of land in the metaverse would not.

Collectible Vs. Non-Collectible
The status matters for tax rates and reporting requirements. Long-term capital gains generated from NFTs classified as collectibles could be subject to a 28% tax rate, above the 20% of other capital assets. Moreover, collectible-NFT sales should be reported on Form 8949, Column (f) with code “C” to indicate to the IRS that it’s a collectible as opposed to a regular capital asset.
you can read the full article here--

after the US government imposed a 30% tax on the mining industry, it seems that the US government will not stop there, they planning to make new tax rules on NFT holders. it seems that this decision will have a big impact on the future of the NFT token category.

For those who have NFT category tokens, are you going to sell immediately or are you going to continue to follow the development of new rules on NFTs?
1519  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese Banks Welcome Cryptocurrency, as the USA cracks down on: March 29, 2023, 05:04:10 PM
Chinese Banks & the Hong Kong Financial Authority welcome cryptocurrency with open arms, as the USA brutally cracks down.  With Signature Bank having to shed it's crypto deposits, to Binance and Kucoin under heat.  Meanwhile Mainland Chinese banks are courting crypto companies.

China has negotiated a peace deal between Saudi Arabia and Iran, further making the US dollar less relevant.  Oil contracts can be settled in other currencies.

All of this is on the back of Biden's "Reject Bill" which supposedly targets Tiktok, and...  EVERY OTHER TECH FIRM ON EARTH with unchecked government power.

Learn about the paradigm shift that’s changing our world:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dVMoRAL7_jw

I read the news in more detail in this article and it seems that the focus of their discussion is more about banks in Hong Kong.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-03-27/chinese-banks-court-crypto-firms-in-hong-kong-after-mainland-ban?leadSource=uverify%20wall

hongkong can have opposing views of the chinese government regarding cryptocurrencies, especially now that the cbdc issued by the chinese government is not successful at all.

Hong Kong is governed under the "one country, two systems" principle, under which China has agreed to grant the territory a high degree of economic-political autonomy.

1520  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can a casino ever run without the government's awareness? on: March 29, 2023, 04:24:01 PM
Is it possible to run a decentralized gambling platform? I know that all popular gambling platforms have no choice but to be transparent to the law to have a steady business running, but with the introduction of CBDC and yes a registered gambling platform has no choice but to accept CBDC too, and I don't trust this centralized currency, I believe CBDC will have the capability to monitor incoming and outgoing funds, so that is what makes me think if it's possible to run a decentralized gambling platform at all.

Running a gambling business without (law) interference from the government seems difficult because every country that legalizes gambling has laws that must be obeyed by the owner of the gambling business.

However, every gambling user has full rights to use the deposit via what (crypto or fiat currency) so even though in the future the majority of gambling sites have the option of depositing or withdrawing via CBDC, of course, it will not be forced by the government and gambling owners to use, because consumers also have the right to vote and that cannot be ignored.
