1301  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you manage your money on gambling sites. on: October 05, 2023, 01:10:02 AM
It's definitely for showoff, but also some do it to attract or influence other people into gambling sites; they are giving the wrong idea to the viewers on how easy it is to earn in gambling sites such as that, but in reality it is not. In short, they usually do it to attract more players and deposit in that site, as well as for referrals. In my opinion, keeping a huge amount of money on a gambling site is not a good idea. There are many reasons why, but mainly that your money could be gone.

1303  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you manage greed to place your bet on: October 04, 2023, 01:47:27 AM
Again why do you regret after putting smaller amounts and it happens the games went as planned and starts blaming yourself for not increasing your bet amount, maybe by now you could have cashed out big time. How do you control this thought over your ends do you keep to your regulations of always placing bets with some limits or you place bet according to your mind and regrets after losing that amount for not following your limits?

Well, I have a saying when I play gambling, or, let's say, a mindset: "Profit is a profit; it doesn't matter how big or small it is as long as I win, not lose." This phrase serves as my limiter or boundary when I gamble. why? so that I don't feel what you feel, like having regret for not raising your stake or blaming yourself for not putting in a much higher amount, because it could be greed, you never get contented, and the result could be bad, like betting more and increasing the amount, then suddenly you lose, then you lose more than what you get from winning. In short, don't be greedy, be happy. What you earn is a win no matter what amount it is as long as you don't lose any money, period.
1304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble till old age or not on: October 03, 2023, 01:25:37 PM
Of course, but as a hobby only, I am not going to waste a lot of money, especially at my age, and if I just have a good fortune at that age, I will never ever waste money if I don't have the capability to do so. Gambling will be a good and entertaining thing to do as you get older, playing with friends or with your family, simply playing card games, and such. Anyway, yeah, I will still gamble, but not too much.
1305  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Two guys that have lost their Bitcoins forever on: October 03, 2023, 04:31:40 AM
Well, I think right now they regret it so much, but it's not their fault because they never knew bitcoin would increase in price so much. But think of it: the amount of bitcoin they have, it's a lot of bitcoin. We can say this bitcoin will be classified as "lost bitcoins." There is an article about How Much Bitcoin Is Lost Forever and How Did It Get Lost?  According to Cane Island investment manager Timothy Peterson, around six million BTC have been lost, a substantial chunk of Bitcoin's 21 million supply. which is a lot, and it tackles in the article what is the common reason why there is lost bitcoin, and as the situation happens between the two people mentioned on the topic, their case is the common reason. So imagine you are also one of them who lost a lot of potential fortunes. I guess you will also regret it for life. Anyway, what has been done is done; all they can do is regret it and hope they can still retrieve it, which is little to no longer possible.
1306  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Getting paid on gambling accounts on: October 03, 2023, 02:00:34 AM
Wow, that's so greedy of you! Hahaha, not just once you did that; are you sure that would be the last one? because it only shows that you can't control your greed. I think you better stay away from casinos and save up your money from doing signature campaigns. I know I don't have the right to say this to you, but if you still continue to do that thing, you are wasting your money and opportunity to invest in much more sure profit. Try trading or investing in crypto, which has a higher chance of multiplying your earnings from your signature campaign. So be wise next time and do things carefully before your greed consumes you again.
1307  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My regret for not adopting bitcoin earlier. on: October 02, 2023, 01:42:55 PM
You're not alone. That is also my biggest mistake. I asked myself why I didn't know about bitcoin earlier, reflecting on the past. What I do is play only and stuff, and at some point I encountered the word "bitcoin," but I ignored it. If I were just be more futuristic, then maybe my life will be different from now. But of course, not all will be granted a fortune; it takes time for a person to have their turn to be successful. Just take the risk and don't waste the opportunity. But right now I do crypto stuff, mainly bitcoin, because I see opportunity in this technology or currency. So to others who regret knowing about bitcoin earlier, wait for the opportunity and just invest time and effort.
1308  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What encouraged your continuity in Bitcoin investment and Bitcointalk forum? on: October 02, 2023, 05:30:18 AM

I’d like to know what motivates you to invest in a speculative asset like Bitcoin?

Well, I kind of invested time and effort into bitcoin to earn, so at the end, I will still invest in bitcoin by either trading, flipping, or doing any kind of work to earn through bitcoin. And also, at this time, investing in bitcoin is a good idea as it has a lower price, which is good because if I have a good prediction, I could make a lot of money.

What is the driving force that encourages your continuity in the Bitcointalk forum?

There's a lot of opportunity here in the forum, as well as knowledge that you could get simply by browsing and reading interesting topics. I could also get the opinions of the other members in this forum, which could be useful to me in the near future.

1309  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How will you feel if it happens to you just like this? on: October 02, 2023, 02:22:28 AM
People like those (me) who don't gamble for fun have this question to answer: how will you feel when you don't have money to stake a game that you predicted and better winning games you predicted played the way you predicted it and when you checked the winning was something that could have changed your life for ever if you didn't gambled again after such winning?

This question can be very tough to answer, but believe me, many people won't stop thinking of that if it happened to them, so I want to know your opinion about how you would feel if it happened to you.

If it happens to me, I can't stop thinking of it, but definitely one day I will stop thinking about it and see it as history or not yet, my time for big wins just like how it happened to me when I lost a bet that would have given me long-term smiles.

If the people like you not ready to take the gambling as for the fun,the better way for you to quit the gambling. The best way is you need to do the bitcoin trading, then you can earn some regular income from the trading. If you expected the gambling as the full time work,it will not be the full time work because of the uncertainty in the winning.

The post talks about what if you have a good prediction or luck in gambling but don't have money or capital to start, what will you do? You didn't quite understand the context of the posts. But to answer the main question, what will you do in that situation? Well, I guess if you really don't have money to stake, then you have many options: borrow money from your friends and relatives, but this is risky because what if your prediction is wrong? then you have to go to debt now. Second, you can do loans, but the disadvantage is the same as the first one. But if you are really sure or have high accuracy about your prediction, then take the risk. We have a saying that "risk takers win a lot," but also consider the consequences before proceeding with your decisions. The best option is to wait for money that you can afford to lose. There will be more opportunities to come, so don't rush. It's better to gamble with certainty than rush because you want to earn.
1310  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Behaviours of gamblers you dislike. on: October 01, 2023, 02:32:04 PM
What I dislike the most about the behaviours of addict gamblers is their lack of discipline, and because of that, many more problems may arise. You see, "discipline" is the one that slowly disappears for those addicted to gambling, not just for themselves but for others as well. It can lead to stealing, asking for more money from others, and sometimes crimes. Without their ability to think straight and have discipline, everything will get worse, and more misery will follow.
1311  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are successful gamblers seen as addicts? on: October 01, 2023, 11:22:30 AM
Addiction and success, I think, don't go well together. I mean, addiction mostly has negative effects, and similar to gambling addiction, anyone who's addicted can't think straight and will do more gambling without thinking about the consequences. Maybe professional gamblers can control their addiction to gambling because they have the skills and knowledge to handle such situations. So I think addiction to gambling can't produce successful people.
1312  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Violence and anger could be a sign of gambling addiction in youths on: September 30, 2023, 12:22:58 PM
Is there any effective way to make sure youths stays where the are told to stay instead of looking for quick money? Gambling isn't the solution to poverty it will possibly drown you deep into more poverty.

Best solution? Parental guidance simple as that, without the correct guidance of their parents then they will be exposed in not just gambling but any crimes that they can learn. Solution to poverty? Well maybe what I will say is easier that said, I think there 2 main factors to blame why people be in poverty, 1st government, 2nd the person itself, I will not elaborate more. So I agree gambling isn't the solution for poverty it is only a hobby for those fortunate that waste their money for fun and entertainment, for those who don't? Then it could be the start of their misery life.
1313  Local / Pilipinas / Re: May politician kaya na pro Bitcoin or may crypto investments? on: September 30, 2023, 11:36:32 AM
1314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Casino is a Games of Chance and Entertainment on: September 29, 2023, 11:53:41 AM
The outcome of the majority of casino games is mostly controlled by luck rather than ability. Examples that are often used include craps, roulette, and slot machines. Players wager on numerous outcomes in these games, and the casino has an inherent advantage that ensures they will profit in the long term.
Casino gaming is a popular source of entertainment. Instead of looking at it as a means of making money, players should approach it with the intention of having fun.

How could you say that you "approach it with the intention of having fun"? How could a person have fun if he or she lost too much money? Yeah, I get your point that they should treat casinos as entertainment and fun, but it will not apply to everybody, and I'm sure the concept of fun and entertainment in casinos is far from happening. Maybe for a fortunate and rich person who treats casino as a hobby, but for someone who doesn't have money that they can afford to lose, then casino will never be fun and entertainment again as they start their casino gambling.
1315  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Stop Trading on: September 28, 2023, 02:02:31 PM

4) Market Conditions are not Favourable

Every technical Analyst knows when things are unfavourable. The skill of spotting unfavorably conditions in the market is gotten by practice and study. If you are a technical analyst and you don't know please try and develop yourself.

I felt this one. I do trade crypto, and this situation got me losses. I was sure about my mapping and techniques such as indicators and, of course, technical analysis, but it didn't come out well. As I review what happened, it is not entirely my fault but the market itself because sometimes market conditions can be opposite of what you expect. The saddest part is that I learned it in a hard way, by my mistake. So that's when "unstable emotion" comes in. You should always be prepared, not every day, but for every trade you will make. That's how trading works.
1316  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What will you do if your country did not legalize cryptocurrency? on: September 28, 2023, 12:46:23 PM
The truth is, bitcoin being fully legalised in a country is far from happening. There are many factors or things to consider before it becomes legal and is used as a currency, just like what we use to date. Number one factor is that the government has no power over it; in fact, no one's price will change depending on whether they are holders, traders, or miners that the government can't control. Second, bitcoin volatility requires a lot of study on how they will use bitcoin as a currency to pay on a daily basis, among other things. But even if bitcoin is not legalised, we can still buy and trade bitcoin with 3rd parties' exchange platforms, and as time passes, bitcoin is slowly being used as a currency. Many banks offer crypto services, establishments, and businesses that support crypto currency. So even if it is too far yet, it is possible that crypto currency will be the future currency.
1317  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Has Changed My Life 👨‍💻 on: September 27, 2023, 02:27:47 PM
The price does seem stable around $26,026, I dont think its time to break out the champagne just yet. I've seen patterns like these and they are not good at all

The resistance at $26,350 and $26,500 might just be a stone wall for now, but massive sell  can break it any moment. If it drops to $25,400 or more, $25,000, its going to be a tough pill to swallow for many. Its crucial to stay vigilant and keep those eyes peeled on the market pulse

I think this is your wrong idea because it can increase and there is no fixed speed and you can do this by buying more bitcoins at this price and holding and selling after two months you will make a lot of profit.
Are you sure? How are you so sure that the bitcoin price will increase? After 2 months? What's your basis for that? It's easy to say that the bitcoin price will increase or that you will profit a lot at this specific period of time without any evidence or anything else that could support your statement. What if things goes south after you buy a lot of bitcoin? First, present solid evidence or anything that could support the statement before you give misleading information.
1318  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Has Changed My Life 👨‍💻 on: September 27, 2023, 01:08:49 PM
Two days ago today I had $100 I traded $100 in bitcoin and made $10 profit now I traded $110 in bitcoin now I have $180 I mean I made $70 in two days Best earnings of my life And I want to make bigger profits trading bitcoin in the future and I want to light my future by trading bitcoin and I will trade and I will not train too much by greed I will not be addicted to training I will always watch the market and invest on bitcoin will try it looks great to me i started with $100 now i have bitcoins $180 i earned $80  between the two it is never possible by any job and it is not possible by any government government what is possible with bitcoin i am bitcoin Much respect and salute.

I have seen here many people comparing gambling game with bitcoin gambling game is a test of luck a game should never be compared to it and if you have experience on gambling then you can play gambling but you can't get addicted and get addicted to anything. It is neither good nor harmful for a person.

I notice in your statement that you didn't mention using any kind of strategy or indicator in your trade; it sounds like you just think you want to try trading bitcoin and then you earn. I don't know; maybe you just forgot to mention that or you really don't do any technical analysis or such before trading. You see, trading crypto is very risky, and you do futures? One wrong trade, and that capital would be gone. You earn just like you've said, but maybe you are in luck at that time. If you only trade without knowledge or skill, then I don't think you will survive trading in the long term. Just some advice, bro. Not every day is good luck. Take crypto trading seriously, but yeah, congratulations on your profit. Any profit is big; it depends on people.
1319  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: No gains, 1 Minute Scalping Strategy on: September 26, 2023, 02:14:20 PM
Fees are not the reason why you feel or don't earn totally; it's your strategy. The 1 minute strategy in trading is also a way to earn, but it's too risky. Even if you have indicators, as we know in trading, there is no 100% accuracy, so you will consider margins or the range of when you will enter your trade, so there will be a downtrade. What if after one minute the price spikes more, or between one minute and one minute the price goes the opposite? So it's not advisable, so do 1 minute scalping if you don't have high-accuracy indicators, or if you do technical analysis or any other way to map your trades, then make sure you will earn from it. You've mentioned that you are new to trading, so I suggest you study more about trading. It is a long process for you to become an expert in that field, and you will need to invest in knowledge first if you don't want to end up losing all your capital. I've experienced that, and I'd say gaining more knowledge and techniques will be worth it.
1320  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling all about luck? on: September 26, 2023, 08:55:35 AM

Because gambling is all about luck that's why, it shouldn't be depended on as a sources of income because you can't be sure you'll make profits everytime you gambling and if you chase after profits always you'll end up always over gambling and would be addicted, which will be bad.

I slightly disagree, because it will depend on what game you're playing. For example, in a slot machine, your chances of winning depend on probability. There will be a certain time and probability that you will hit the jackpot, poker, or any other card game. It requires your capability to think, or critical thinking, because you will think that if you have the winning card, you will also consider probality and odds. and many more. In short, yeah, any gambling requires luck, but not pure luck. Consider the probability and your capability to do critical thinking.
