1461  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] Roobet.com Signature Campaign | The Honest Online Casino | Full Members+ on: August 30, 2021, 01:06:28 PM
i am applying for a full member spot, if something should become available in my rank i would of course be happy about an upgrade  Grin

The dedication to apply for a lower spot impresses me, good luck Smiley
You're only envious because @Unknown01 is eligible to get into the campaign compared to you. And it's been done by many users in the forum before and a lot of managers don't mind it plus they're more likely to get the spot depending on the manager.

1464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Google bans 8 crypto apps on: August 26, 2021, 04:08:21 PM
A much-needed step forward from Google. There are still a bunch of scam ads that are running out there that people are falling for daily.  They should be ramping up their crypto experts in the marketing area and be taking a much harder look at some of these ads that are blatantly coying legitimate services just to scam people.
Totally agree, they need to take this kind of action to clean their platform of scam applications, and it's going to be a lot of cleaning, I think that the apps that they've banned is just a tip of the proverbial iceberg because I am sure that there's more than meets the eye in this one.
1465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin go high the poor will not participate on: August 26, 2021, 03:36:07 PM
Bitcoin will always be available to the people, it's just a matter of what time you get into the market, there's 100 million satoshis in 1 bitcoin and I think that even around 10 million satoshis are achievable if you have the determination to buy and accumulate slowly overtime and in the future gain a big profit.
1466  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Basic Bitcoin skills on: August 25, 2021, 01:05:31 PM
Just know how to use bitcoin wallet, have some common sense and have a really good security habit and lastly patience since you're just hodling your bitcoin. I think that's about what you need to learn for the basics, it's not like you're planning on trading those bitcoins anyway.
1467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador rolls out 200 Bitcoin ATMs in a bid to speed-up nationwide adoption on: August 24, 2021, 04:51:52 PM
Good for them, another way to increase support and sentiment of the public towards their adoption of bitcoin. Hopefully this can soften up the people and have them feel that bitcoin is their friend. Hopefully this doesn't cause rallies or protest in El Salvador.
1468  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is more real than money in the Bank on: August 23, 2021, 03:42:04 PM
bitcoin is more real than money in the bank, in my personal opinion I don't agree with your review, the reason is that if we save money in the bank our money will not be lost, even though it is lost we can make a report to the bank concerned, but I agree more if you say invest In bitcoin it is more real to give us an advantage, than we keep money in a bank that does not give us any profit at all..
What I think OP meant was that there's something that you can get out of bitcoin compared to money in the bank, I think what OP implies is that bitcoin has something physical in it while money in the bank is just a number in the screen. For me though, I think that they're both real, they're not competing with each other and it's not like bitcoin or fiat antagonizes each other.
1469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: F*CK BITCOIN. USELESS COIN BACKED BY NOTHING. Stablecoins are the future. on: August 21, 2021, 05:18:49 PM
You're probably out of your mind OP, if bitcoin is useless then how come I made a lot of money when I sold mine when bitcoin reached around 60k? The money that I got at that time is unreal so I don't know how it's a useless coin, also your backing a stable coin, it's the same thing just different kind of faith behind that gives it's self a value.
1470  Economy / Economics / Re: Nothing about communism: The real cause of hyperinflation in Venezuela on: August 21, 2021, 04:39:42 PM
It's a combination of socialism and corruption of their government and over reliance to oil that has caused this hyperinflation that they have been experiencing now and if the leaders of this country invested on infrastructures like hospitals, schools and other public infrastructure then we would've seen something different, they got too complacent that they didn't expect oil to go down in prices.
1471  Economy / Economics / Re: Would you be able to take an additional work if required? on: August 20, 2021, 04:38:43 PM
What is the situation in your country and for yourself? Would you be able to land additional work for example working with crypto, selling stuff on-line, youtubing or something else?
If I am able to yes, extra money in this world made by the capitalist is always a weelcome thing for me, better not starve to death or you end up with nothing in the end because you don't want extra work even if you're available. I love making money, all the things that I've bought is a symbol that I am grateful that I am making money.
1472  Economy / Economics / Re: Enjoy comunism (III) rats eating dead people and people eating rats in NK on: August 20, 2021, 03:45:13 PM
The problem with North Korea is that they're backed by China and Russia to continue living like this and at the same time keeps the Kims in power and hold off US and it's allies to focus on this rogue nation while the other rivals floursih. Communism is good in theory but the problem is that people that taste power becomes corrupt so it can't work on application, the evil in man's heart will always creep in to make things ugly.
1473  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency and entertainment. on: August 19, 2021, 05:05:32 PM
Government acceptance to cryptocurrency is the main way of increasing popularity, otherways crypto-currencies advertisements will help to growing it’s popularity day by day.
That for me would be close to impossible and it's not going to be the biggest reason most of the time because not every country is influential. Look at El Salvador, what they did was big but it didn't resonate for far too long in the community, China's minor involvements in the past might've been bigger than the El Salvador.
1474  Economy / Economics / Re: Only young and naive guy believe in high risk high return on: August 18, 2021, 04:30:19 PM
Here's a lesson for you, the elite don't need to take risk because even in the safest bet, they will still make a lot of money compared to us who aren't part of that circle jerk, it's inevitable that we have to take risk. It's not naive, it will only be naive if we are uninformed regarding that investment.
1475  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto vs Stocks on: August 18, 2021, 03:54:54 PM
I will go with crypto as it involves high risk and high rewards if any one comes here without any knowledge he may fail in making any profit if you come after doing your research well there us a huge scope for potential earnings in crypto
They both involved high risk and high reward, crypto's is just much better when it comes to rewards with bitcoin as a proof for rewards. I think they have their own merits that we should consider, stocks if chosen correctly is able to give you a really good money especially passive income with some oof them paying dividends.
1476  Economy / Economics / Re: what makes us good investors. on: August 16, 2021, 05:46:03 PM
~

Patience is the most decisive thing in any investment including bitcoin, after seeing the current bitcoin price I regret being impatient and selling cheap bitcoins in 2018, but I have hope and optimism that the future of bitcoin will continue to improve so I will buy and hold for the long term.
I agree but no point mulling over your mistake of selling your bitcoins back in 2018, it was the right thing to do at the time and if you were happy that you sold it back then then it shouldn't haunt you right now because what's the point mulling over those things, will it bring back the bitcoin that you've sold? If it was the case there's probably no wars in history. Just learn from the deeds of the past.
1477  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a speculative asset or as currency on: August 16, 2021, 05:13:56 PM
~
right, time will tell, maybe it is not suitable for use in the current situation and conditions, but the times will continue to advance, so when the time comes, I think it will be suitable to be used as currency. but now it is more suitable for making money because it has the potential to invest in it
Even if it's just a matter of time as to when it becomes suitable or more like generally accepted, we shouldn't be boxed in that one idea that we have to wait when we can use it already like that, what if you contribute to the advocation towards using bitcoin for general transactions since you started early before it was cool/normal? It can be used, didn't Satoshi made bitcoin as a way to pay stuff?
1478  Economy / Economics / Re: Is MFS preventing the growth of Bitcoin? on: August 16, 2021, 04:27:19 PM
I don't think so, they are more likely to promote growth since there's profit when it comes to bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, plus they know that if they cater for more ways to pay and do transactions, their profit will only grow so I don't think it prevents the growth, plus with them handling the heavy stuff, MFS can be helpful to those that aren't familiar with crypto so they can join in.
1479  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin losing its purpose? on: August 15, 2021, 03:05:06 PM
The purpose of P2P transaction is still there so I don't get why you are saying that bitcoin has lost it's purpose, it's still the same, we just don't think too much of that purpose because it's not like it's a requirement to use and enjoy the benefits of using bitcoin. That's like saying to your friend that they've changed just because they got better than you, they didn't change, it's you that has changed.
Yeah, I still use that when I can pay someone with bitcoin for their services or products. OP must be smoking something good to arrive to this kind of conclusion. The purpose is still there and in terms of materials or things, it's unlikely that it will lose it's purpose in the long run, it was made for that so how will it change along the way unless you can directly intervene with the material, the purpose won't change, people just finds a new/novel way to use it.
1480  Economy / Economics / Re: In COVID-19 everyone needs motivation on: August 15, 2021, 02:30:11 PM
Is surviving this pandemic an enough motivation? Because that's my only motivation on this pandemic since I already have a steady money flow and I don't have any responsibility yet. I feel like my reason though seem a bit shallow compared to other replies but I feel like it's the truth that I've arrived to and I don't feel like embellishing it any further.
