The article is pointing to the miners and it's lesser reward.
What are you anticipating? price of bitcoin will go down so the value of their rewards that they'll mine will also go down? isn't it that halving per se gives more valuing power for the price to increase?
If you look at the previous Halvings, the price went down for 6 months before it reached new highs. The Halving will decrease inflation, but that doesn't help the short term Bitcoin price because miners will be earning less and will be selling. The Halving is great in the long term, but we've been priced in for awhile. No one outside of crypto is looking at the Halving right now and thinking "im gonna buy".

It will grow even more now, as companies are starting to see that working from home increased the workers productivity.

Full Read: https://www.forrestvisions.com/blog/bitcoin-halving-2020I know everyone is excited about the halving and its possible implications on the price of Bitcoin in both the short and long term. To get a good view you need to research previous Halvings, and lucky for you we already did! Check out the blog post above and see how the Halving will impact Bitcoin, the anwser might surprise you. How do you think Bitcoins price will be impacted by the Halving in 2020? Didnt tend to watch on whats up to that link yet theres nothing new about those sentiments or whatsoever because halving effects would be most likely in long term aspect. Basing of charts with btc then we can really imply that we had climbed up the ladder even though there were lots of ups and downs along the way which is normal. Think for long term but people are way too expecting much with the results on point with the event which isnt right. People that have been hyping it are most likely looking for quick gains. If you look at previous Halvings, the price took months to increase. Of course, it will have a long term increase since the reward block is less. But no one knows what the price will be. So its hindsight.

Not only are you asking a bunch of different questions, but the text is insanely annoying to read.
If you own billions of dollars worth of an irreversible currency, would you want people to know? We don't know much about him/her, so it's tough to say.

As the user has mentioned above, privacy is a big reason. You wouldn't wear a t-shirt with your net on it for obvious reasons, and if you only use one address that is what you're doing.
Bitcoin isn't anonymous

I would also recommend that all projects, regardless of size be completely upfront about their financial situation. This means state exactly how much money you have to play with, how contributors will be compensated, or how the equity situation will work out.
There are far too many projects on here attempting to solicit free, or practically free labor by offering their worthless project tokens.
This isn't 2017, not every man and his cat can produce a successful project or obtain funding.
People shouldn't waste their time working for projects that lack the capital and/or manpower to succeed.
I would recommend that every product/service have an MVP before even trying to get help. If not, you better make it directly clear that you only have an idea.

Well, better late than never and now it's here it's not going away. For somewhere of Coinbase's size this may well have a larger effect on pressure on block space than an entire bit of software genius from Bitcoin developers.
We've no idea how lumbering their systems are so it could have taken a lot of time in tweaking and training. It wouldn't be because Brian Coinbase wanted us to use BCH and ETH instead. No way.
I really don't see the ETH and BCH conspiracies with Brian.
