462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin fleas are going down! on: December 10, 2019, 04:22:39 PM
If fleas were refer to dump, negative news or being controlled by whales then it's not really going down as they may come anytime since the market is tend to be that way. The market is volatile and will have it's way to up and down due to economic changes that happening not just in crypto but in economy of a specific country adapting crypto. Hopefully before halving btc will not encounter any flows  before that.
Fleas is in reference to "fees" lol

Bitcoin fees have been dropping which is really nice
463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Bitcoin fleas are going down! on: December 10, 2019, 04:04:19 AM

Bitcoin fees are back down! I am hoping that they stay down because these last few weeks have been painful.
464  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People are underutilizing Bitcoin on: December 08, 2019, 03:24:52 PM
How can bitcoin be underutilizing? I don't understand it.

It can be underutilized by not being used to its full potential. Feel free to check out the blog link to read more about the problems that the Bitcoin economy is facing.

I think it would be beneficial for you to think about a new domain name that is cleaner. Just a suggestion.

I always like when people share there cryptocurrency projects that don't involve a token or coin.

468  Economy / Services / Re: Best crypto Tax Software for Miners? on: November 27, 2019, 02:53:17 PM
I could create an excel document for you that would be able to track everything, but if there is a program that automates this for you then that will be extremely nice.

I'd be able to work with your 2019 transactions to help catch you up as tax time is right around the corner.

I can make KPI dashboards in excel for you.
469  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People are underutilizing Bitcoin on: November 26, 2019, 01:46:06 PM
As of right now people are using Bitcoin as a placeholder for things like gold, silver, ect. I don't think bitcoin has the framework to be used in day to day transactions. You look at Visa which processes millions of transactions a day and  compare it to Bitcoin. The network can't handle that amount of volume, especially when factoring confirmation times. I don't think people are under utilizing BTC. It's a matter of the fact that BTC can't handle the load.

It's crazy because the value in bitcoin is the aspect of its transactions and unseizable money factors. Yet people are simply holding it, and speculating on use cases that are extremely over-exaggerated.

470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Daily Living on: November 26, 2019, 01:39:37 PM
I really can't use BTC or altcoins to pay bills or purchase anything at my place. Cryto for me is still an investment option although I know blockchain is a powerful and cheap method to do any type of financial transaction. BTC due to its volatile nature is hard to be accepted as currency in my country, as as people are more concerned to save their money instead of taking risk to grow it and that is right as per their risk appetite. Lets see if things get changed with time.

I wouldn't say it is a cheap method to make transactions. The only way that Bitcoin will change and be used daily, will be if people start valuing it.
471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain Technology "bottled" up on: November 22, 2019, 02:19:29 PM
I think this is good news Coca Cola company uses the blockchain. most companies do not yet accept bitcoin as a means of payment but they will always accept the blockchain as a new breakthrough in technology. and I am optimistic that with the increasing number of large companies using blockchain it will encourage the adoption of blockchain and this will also encourage them to also accept or use bitcoin as a means of payment. there have been many large companies that accept bitcoin as a means of payment such as starbukcs, burger king, and others.

Most companies that accept Bitcoin use a processor that auto sells it for fiat. Which is not hurtful to the market, but it doesnt bring real utility to it.
I understand why a big company may need to do something like this but if a small business accepts bitcoin then why not take the risk and keep holding it, I know businesses have expenses and bills to pay but unless all their sales are on bitcoin and they need fiat then they could hold some of it, after all if they already took the risk to accept bitcoin in exchange for their services they might as well take the risk of holding bitcoin as well since it is a risk that could pay dividends in the future.

They are accepting bitcoin through a processor, so they are not risking accepting it. They are just taking an accounting headache.

:oReads: "We offer 1% return daily".....and we are at a 100% scam fokes.
473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Daily Living on: November 17, 2019, 02:06:11 PM
Alas, I do not use bitcoin in everyday life. And this fact is not due to the fact that I do not like bitcoin, but to the fact that in my country very few services not accept bitcoin for payment.
What country? If you don't mind me asking.
474  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Get free marketing help for your project! on: November 15, 2019, 01:54:31 PM
Hey Tim, I've seen some of your posts and of course, respect you as a fellow freelancer, we're all trying to make a living here, and we all want to try and share knowledge -- but I've always had my doubts about marketing for crypto, done the way most digital marketing is carried out.

I think actual engagement is still very difficult to achieve in the short term, and there's only so much that so-called growth hacking strategies can do for organic growth and "real" engagement.

I personally like a few brands I follow, and you can see perhaps a couple or more posts with comments in a week, but these generate a lot of further comments but they're useful and guys like me go through the entire length to read.

But overall, statistically, they have shit, close to 0% engagement. But zero spam comments.

My issue with paid marketing and growth hacking (I've tried them in the past for various small projects) is that they seem to give me the #s, but not the staying power, non-sustainable impact. And in fact, the long-term repercussion for many projects who try paid marketing is that they're left with thousands of followers who probably aren't real people OR aren't people who will ever be invested (time or effort) into the project.

OF course, I know you're talking about free marketing, and not paid. But my point is, maybe taking short cuts ends up getting you lost in the wilderness? As opposed to not marketing and just getting stuck in obscurity? =)

Marketing can only go as far as the project. If the project itself is not useful then no one will want to use it or invest time reading about it. So yeah marketing projects will fail sometimes, but that is business in general. (Most businesses don't make it)

You will always get spammed comments especially since it is crypto, however, I have found that the cryptocurrency community is extremely helpful and engaging. If you have a small project then you have to have a realistic marketing view. A small project with a marketing budget of less than $2k is not going to be a full-blown $100k plan.

This article explains how you can personally boost your project without any paid marketing unless you pay someone to do it. If you approach it in the same direction you will have success (generally), but like I said before it is the project itself.

Ex: Cryptocurrency exchanges are always starting up because there is a lot of money in transaction fees. But if you start up a crypto kitties look-alike game, it might not perform as well.

When marketing, it is important to post valuable content around your product/service and if you do that then you will be fine. This is marketing 101 but it really is important to learn. [Basically what the case study is about. Some good ideas are presented in the case study and could spark some ideas for your projects.]
475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Daily Living on: November 15, 2019, 01:37:28 PM
We can use Bitcoin to pay someone services then in some transaction also worldwide but you know volatile price of it is a big deal like this is really more often use for an investment by many users another thing someone really accept this like in cards but we do hold or save this still for an investment,Moreover Bitcoin can works as a payment method worldwide

Bitcoin has really good transaction properties, however the price fluctuations make it harder to make daily transactions. You would have to hope that the price of bitcoin rises to be able to afford items you could have bought yesterday. Thats a problem.

This can be very helpful for people that are starting their own cryptocurrency projects. If you have questions on the ideology or ideas, then feel free to ask and I would love to respond. Let the discussions begin!
478  Economy / Services / Re: In search of news site, to publish my content. on: November 14, 2019, 09:00:42 PM
I just made a simple google search https://detailed.com/cryptocurrency-blogs/

You can go on each of these sites and request them to post your content. I wouldn't pay someone to post your content, unless they will be altering it to make it look better or something.
479  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Crypto Currency Cartoon - Crypto Zoo on: November 14, 2019, 08:52:31 PM
I've got some free time again to work on this. I won't be changing the graphics. This project is meant to be fun and laid back.

If it is unwatchable since it is on paint, then I am sorry but that is the way it will be.
480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin related cartoon on: November 14, 2019, 08:50:33 PM
I have thought more about this, and I won't be using anyone to create the graphics. I like them the way it is.

This isn't supposed to be extremely HQ and fancy. I did the entire project myself and that is the way I am going to keep it.

This project is fun and laid back, so I won't be changing it unless someone contacts me to design it.
