1142  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for a partner in a marketing site on: July 09, 2018, 04:28:21 PM
I would like to finally create a marketing site where I offer consulting and content creation services to ICOs/crypto projects/coins etc

So I am looking for some people that have marketing skills, or content creation skills. I am looking to create a partnership so no salary payments will be given. I am hoping to split all of the expenses and profits.

So Tim,

You want to start a company offering widgets, but you don't know how to make widgets.

So you hire me to make the widgets, and you pay me half of what the widgets are worth, and keep half for yourself.

Why wouldn't I simply start up my own company and sell the widgets myself?

Moral of the story:  Start a company offering something you can make yourself.  Smiley

Thanks for the advice, I already have a website designer creating the site and managing it. While I am completing the services we offer.

Sort of like that. You can call him boss too.

He has the marketing skills to offer. If he can do that then why not just join a team that had already established themselves in the industry, I don't think that's hard to do if he have the skills, a company would know how to value it.

Why does anyone start their own business?

1151  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto is the paradise of illegal money laundering on: July 07, 2018, 05:24:17 PM
Drug dealers and people laundering money want fiat. How do you get fiat? Exchanges follow KYC and if you exchange in person your face and identity are seen. It's not as easy as it sounds. Does it happen? yeah of course, but people have money laundered in crazy ways.
The cryptographic market is a land of crime of tax evasion, money laundering, illicit trafficking, and lack of administrative authority. This easily leads to the collapse of a developing market. Money laundering is simple and is not investigated by any government authorities because of the great anonymity of crypto. Too many things to worry about this market

Nice argument.

One downside to cryptocurrency sometime is it's ability to attract lambo kids and get rich quick folks! It amaze me how people want to suddenly make millions in matter of days in cryptocurrency! I think the Op has giving very sound and good advice, it is now left to you to use it or throw it away!

Thanks man I appreciate the comment Smiley

1157  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you actually understand Ethereum? on: July 07, 2018, 01:51:34 PM
Yeah I understand ethereum and the smart contracts and how they works, It's a good idea to know you spend much time researching on a project before investing, most people don't just research before investing, they seeks for people opinion which is not really a good idea,

This is exactly my thoughts and I am glad you are doing more research. We need to help people by teaching them good methods in doing their own research.

1159  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: YouTuber's using marketing schemes toward bitcoin on: July 07, 2018, 01:49:25 PM

It is crazy to think that Google is being restrictive with cryptocurrency ads on the search and display networks but these ridiculous bitcoin videos are allowed. I guess the question would be whether they will let you advertise the videos on YouTube.

It is certainly understandable that they are cracking down on ICO advertising. The thing about youtube videos is that people can submit them without review ( unlike buying advertising ) so unless they built an algorithm it will be hard to detect shit cryptocurrency products.
1160  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of Twitter Scammers on: July 07, 2018, 01:44:41 PM
If my opinion facebook and twitter prohibit advertising cryptocurrency, of course because of the many fraud committed on this platform using cryptocurrency ads. Many people do not do research on cryptocurrancy so they take this information from these scammers as truth because they do not know much about Bitcoin. I was not paid for the campaign I was following but he was interested in my details. We must be very careful.

As a business move, it makes sense for them to not allow ICO advertising etc. To many people falling for fairly obvious scams, and of course a lot of dishonest people.
