What is the current F@H points to EMC reward amount?

Anyone know of good Xeon CPU mining settings?

I have a load of Xeon E5345 Quad Core CPU, and can't get much more than 100 H/s per core, which is crap!
I have a old Intel Core I5 laptop that does many times better than this....

As a comparison...

1x Old Intel Core I5 laptop = ~4000 H/s total
1x E5345 Quad core Xeon CPU = ~300 H/s total

Any ideas?

Guessing you are using the generic miner for the xeon? I wish I had some input for you, but I can tell you I was testing when Primecoin was first released with a quad 12 core AMD opteron server... All 48 cores performed like shit. Maybe "server/non consumer" processors just aren't the way to go with this kind of stuff.
1063  Economy / Goods / [WTS] 42" Vizio e420i-B0 1080p Smart TV on: December 28, 2015, 11:24:59 PM
Hi All,

I received an upgrade recently and I'm looking to sell my Vizio e420i-B0 TV for 300USD equivalent in BTC or PPC (at time of sale). This price includes shipping in the US (lower 48 states). If you live outside the US let me know and maybe we can work something out. If you want to use an alt currency let me know and I'll think about it.

TV is like new, without a scratch anywhere. Comes with original power cable, remote, and original box. It's got built in WiFi, Netflix, and all the other bells and whistles. Willing to use reputable escrow if necessary. This listing is also posted on the peercoin forums.

Thank you,

Cras

Looks like there is some market action going on, someone buying x2?? .48BTC 24 hr vol

It was Tillkoeln, he admited it in the yobit troll box (even if now the various msg disappeared because of the chat activity) caused a raise of the price but even provoken the traders to fill his buy order placed between 9 and 4 satoshi, now is unknow what he will do with all those x2....

Hey Dude :-)

i build the Coin for Andrew and help him on his Project on different ways. like trolling and tweets  :-)

Does this mean there won't be many changes to the code here in the future? I.e. the cosmetic update with the new logo

Without proper roadmap, and competitive devs it would be hard for community to grow. Hope devs have some plans for the future

Sure, but first, let us mine OPES so we get an even distribution amongst the miners.
OPES is still young, first let's build ourselfes a nice community around OPES without wild and crazy roadmaps that only attract gold diggers  Cheesy

Well it does look like the hash rate has gone up quite a bit, but there is a whole lot of silence round these parts at the same time.
1071  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Expanse (EXP) - Fair Launch, No ICO, Community DAO, based on Ethereum on: December 28, 2015, 04:25:45 AM
How much gas should I be using when sending transactions? What is the ideal amount? Is 1 gas equal to 1EXP?
Seems the default 90000 works. I tried different increments up to 20000 then gave up and plugged back in 90k lol. It works  Cheesy

Definitely 1 Gas does not equal 1 EXP  Grin I'd be broke if it did lol

Thanks for the in put. I still can't send though, getting the "Could not unlock account: error: Decryption failed: MAC mismatch."

I'm definitely entering the right key, anybody have some advice here?

EDIT: It finally worked, strange. If I don't have any more problems I'll consider it total user error   Roll Eyes

Any ideas why?

Anyone running the optimized miner on an old AMD Phenom II x4 ?
I'm only seeing slightly under 2kh/s with it.

Virustotal https://www.virustotal.com/nl/url/bbe0811ade21bf42c09ea3f10e330577795039015b233e7d63c674f24ed8b7cb/analysis/1450795350/

Please PM your address for the quote bounty, i'm on a 5minute limit here Smiley

Virustotal means nothing if it's the timebomb trojan. New CPU algo forcing miners to download the wallet is the MO.

Just be careful is all I'm saying for this one.

What's this time bomb Trojan?
Guess I'm out of the loop these days.

When virustotal is not detecting any trojans but wallet has well packed hidden trojan which activates after some time pass...

So all your bitcoins are belong to dev in the end? I wouldn't worry too much... I'm always wary of these things but that's why you run wallets in a safe place  Wink

Holy fucking premine captain. OP, what do you honestly believe the point of releasing this is?

Does anyone know if there is a way to set diff client side with the optimized miner? I'm looking through docs but don't see anything. I know pool cranks it up to prevent network flood but I was hoping to turn it down just a wee bit.

I've optimized vardiff for this algo already, you should be submitting a share every 5-15 seconds, which is optimal for the coin.

Whats the problem you got and which diff do you desire on the pool ?

If the target is 5-15 seconds per share then yes looks like it's working well on my end. I think I'm just having some heat issues on my other rig  Tongue No complaints about the pool itself!

i think dead  Undecided

It's definitely not dead just no market movement right now due to lack of updates.

Plenty of people are staking right now. Still have a lot of connections to the network.
