@Martens58 is there any word on Google Play store approval for the XCT mobile wallet? I've never dealt with Google regarding anything like that, but I'm assuming it isn't the quickest process..

Maybe it's better to open a OTC thread for trading XCT and stay here to speak with dev and development! Better if it's not a self moderate thread

Yep I got the same thing.. on a fresh install on a different computer. Nowhere in the conf is port 29081 even specified, but for some reason it is looking for this when I run simple wallet. Then when I try to connect to the pool, it tells me the address is invalid as a logon because it hasn't seen it yet? I downloaded the wallet from OP.
EDIT: So it looks like I got the port problem figured out, but now the pool is telling me I have the wrong address entered when I try to mine. Who knows...

I'm getting "failed to connect to localhost:29081" from simple wallet... Not sure why. Configuration file is showing as correct and it says I'm synchronized from the nodes.
EDIT: I really just want to gen an address so I can mine. The ones I tried are being rejected by the pool saying the username is an unknown address.

Yep go to Profile -> Forum Profile Information You'll see all the signature editing options as well as avatar options there. Pretty sure newer accounts don't have the "signature" option though. You might be right. It was so long ago I don't remember I was thinking they were just limited as to what they could include like links, text size, etc. |
