So how is the PoS going to work, do we actually need to unlock the wallet to mint like other coins? I see no option for this in the current wallet.
Did you make a password for wallet and locked it? If not which I do not suggest you can just leave wallet open. I didn't yet. I just mean there seems to be no utility in the GUI to switch on minting. I know it doesn't start till block 20k, but what do we need to do when it does start? Are we going to have to turn on minting with a separate batch file or through the console? Should kick in automatically. If you go to the console now and type getstakinginfo it shows staking is enabled Just remember that PoS will start after 20k block. @JCJr222 Thanks, I do see that. So I suppose it is automatic then.. Also, AleCrypt0, seems the "node info" button doesn't work in the wallet? Or maybe just me, running it on Win 10. |

Well it looks like I've already mined more BTCU than I ever had in BTC, so that's a plus I guess.. Let's say BTC price parity in a month?   |

It's pretty disappointing. I mean, if you know you can't make the timeline, why set one? I get that people have real personal issues and can't be here all the time. The dev is undermining his whole project by pulling this nonsense. |

Apologize again for the disappearing of yesterday. My Linux machine decided to die, so i had to recover the whole system and everything about the coin source etc.
However now everything is set up for a smooth launch.

omg that was on one of my pre-listed excuses, haha. Good luck getting as much interest as last night, we saw you log in just after the launchtime so you would have seen the comments and made a note on here then. you got a +1 for time wasting in my books. Make that +2 Any pre guesses on next apology ?? 1, A monoplane ran out of fuel and crashed into my house, but all is up and running now. 2, 3, 4, 2:no internet?  4: my dog ripped the drive out of my computer, then the platter out of the drive. It then proceeded to chew the platter until it's teeth broke apart. Now I have to drive to the vet to get my dog animal dentures then come back and restore the files to a new drive. Launch will be tomorrow 1/25 18:00 London time. |

We have well over 2 months till APRIL 1  I PM'ed him yesterday before he showed back up and still never got a response, so the joke of this launch is getting pretty old to me. |

Devs timer till launch has ended Refreshed so many times I have lost count. It's funny how dead a thread is, until a coin launch timer is about to expire. Nothing quite irks me like a botched launch time. Why put a live counter to the second on the announcement if you aren't going to follow it? |
