281  Economy / Economics / Re: Why we must study Economics at University? on: June 19, 2018, 05:55:19 AM
economics are important in business and financial aspects of a company or individual, there are many entrepreneurs who has no degree on economic -related courses but they are successful in their line of business, maybe their knowledge in economics came from their own experiences or self-taught, if you are keen in today's news and business-related information, you can understand what is happening as far as economics are concern, then you are ready to survive the current economy, graduating from a university obviously has the higher chances of being successful, but let us not forget, we cannot learn everything through books alone. it is more important if we are hands-on about our job or company.
282  Economy / Economics / Re: Why I am not sharing my crypto love? <3 on: June 19, 2018, 05:44:19 AM
we all have become like them once in our lives, especially when we are starting in bitcoin, we joined bitcoin because of their unlimited earnings, just like me, i was curious with how my friends are earning in this forum, the amounts being paid to them is truly encouraging. but it is true that many are eager to earn but hardwork is missing
283  Economy / Economics / Re: Gold & Silver are safe than bank deposits ?? on: June 19, 2018, 04:50:44 AM
first of all, dump the idea of putting your investments to banks, the returns are not big as any other investments, even for a long term value, banks are way to lame. in gold and silver, uhm i think it is different in such a way that those precious stone' value are dictated how people demands for it, how investors are reacting on the current value, just like diamonds, which its value are just a product of a good marketing strategy, it is how the market perceived its value.
284  Other / Off-topic / Re: Backup is important on: June 19, 2018, 04:32:49 AM
i think one of the best way to protect your 2fas and important data is to store it in your personal computer, have a snap on it to save it as a photo then store it in safe place, or send it to your email, losing your pins happens, or loosing your phone that has everything in it is so frustrating, your idea of having another back up phone is good too. there is an app called google authenticator that can help you with 2fa.

286  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency wallets: Can they be hacked?? on: June 14, 2018, 02:38:17 AM
I am very interested to know if cryptocurrency wallets like Bitcoin Core, NEON, Electrum can ever be hacked ?

yeah i thinks so, all digital wallets and site are susceptible to hacks, that is why more and more security features are being added to our digital wallets that we should take advantage of. plus, refrain from using your wallet when you are connected to a public domain, like on malls, train stations, bus and other public places, they are more prone to hackers and phishing details, refrain from clicking unsolicited links that directs you to a non secure sites. if it offers a 2 factor sign up, then use it and secure your pins and passwords.
287  Economy / Economics / Re: Each country has its own crypto currency! on: June 14, 2018, 02:32:37 AM
If countries issue their own crypto-exchange system USAcoin, CHINAcoin, ROSSIAcoin, GBcoin, etc. Do you think which of them will initially be expensive and will show growth?

i guess it will be russia, second is usa, the basis are the current fiat value on the maket, obviously those are the two top currency in the market today, they seems to show growth as their fiat counterparts. but since cryptos are digital, we cannot fairly says it will be the final top two cryptos, there are lots of promising crypto and altcoins that can level up with the current top coins in the market. but it all depends on the current market cap and total market value.
288  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin recovering ? on: June 14, 2018, 01:44:49 AM
Do you think bitcoin is going to reach june rates soon ?

there is no certainty as per the price of bitcoin is concern in june or whenever date we are talking about, it is a series of ups and downs, even at the start of this month, the graphs are jumping like crazy, therefore we can say that there are no more basis of speculations as to determine what will be the next price prediction. it is getting more unstable, due to the growing numbers of panic sellers and short term day traders. let us get rid of panic selling and we will see a more respectable graphs in the following months.
289  Economy / Economics / Re: Reason we pay taxes and why we should on: June 14, 2018, 01:36:31 AM
taxing people is like a milking cow of the govt. we cannot say that taxes we paid goes directly to roads and other govt projects, roads are a necessity, even govt needs it, there are budget allocation for fixing roads, if people didn't pay their taxes doesn't mean we cannot use roads, that is childish mentality, if taxes directly goes to govt projects, then why they have to seek loan from international banks? we are not trying to avoid being taxed its just that the amount of tax is incredibly unfair. not pro-human not pro-poor.
290  Economy / Economics / Re: Investment in Bitcoin vs Investment in Education? on: June 14, 2018, 01:25:06 AM
wouldn't it be great if you have both? education is considered as a long term investment, all success stories of a business is based upon education and knowledge, investing in bitcoin honestly is not for a long term, considering the volatility of its value, risk and unstable basis for financial freedom, we all know that bitcoin is a risk worth taking but let not forget the fact that there are ups and downs, unlike education, i have read some thread here discussing which is better, quitting school and focusing on bitcoin, that is a very dangerous decision, there are a saying, there are 3 important decisions a person has to make is one, what course is he gonna take in college, two, who to marry and lastly where to retire. it only shows that education is important because it is your foundation of how you will become in the future.
291  Economy / Economics / Re: Should we teach children to have businessman mentality or be successful employee on: June 14, 2018, 01:11:28 AM
We all have that thought why do Chinese people actually make it in the business world. The reason apparently is that at an early age, their parents are conditioning the minds of their children to do business in the hopes that they will actually be heirs to their family business.
In your opinion, should we be teaching them the same or teaching them to be successful employees for the sake of climbing up the economic ladder?

it really depends on what economic and financial status of that family, if their family is business oriented, then teach your child to be a leader or be the owner of the business, if your family is not running a business, then teach your child to work harder so someday he may be the owner of a company, but most of the successful businessman came from being a common employee who strive hard and learn the value of a good workforce, how to take good care of employees, they are the ones who became a successful businessmen, unlike a person who was born with a silver spoon without knowing the value of employees and have no idea on how the company works, success came from the bottom to top
292  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin and Fiat - this is how I see the future on: June 14, 2018, 01:02:34 AM
yes, definitely, fiat and crypto will and continue to co- exist, well, as for the time being. there are only few merchants that is accepting crypto payments, and i am sure that it will not be completely zero fiat, maybe in the far future, as long as the internet access is still limited in many countries, as long as the price of crypto is highly volatile unlike fiats, this fiat and crypto tandem will never cease to circulate.
293  Economy / Economics / Re: [ASK] How are you going to handle too much debt? on: June 14, 2018, 12:49:52 AM
what would you do if you had so much debt and that your income was not enough to repay your debt installment?
how will you deal with it?
how to solve it?

file a loan restructure, spend less, identify your needs and wants and try to lessen those wants, focus on paying one debt at a time, worst is file a bankruptcy if it is a credit card debt, do not accept new credit card offers and try to pay it for another debt, it will just worsen your deep hole, look for another source of income if not sell your stuff that has no use for you at the moment. never file a loan to cover another loan. seek help from your relatives if they can give you a little amount of money then sum it up, there are lots of ways to overcome your financial problem. hope these helps.
294  Economy / Economics / Re: How much more fall is possible ? on: June 13, 2018, 03:56:02 AM
How much more fall is possible in price of bitcoins?

it is and will gonna be a constant thing in bitcoin price, those downs are a result of a good trading platform, we needed it to buy more rather than selling it right away. how much fall it will become is impossible to predict but looking at the graphs somehow helps us to predict the next movement. it reached its all time low before and may reach it again and again, nobody knows, but we can use those down trends to buy more bitcoin at low price then hodl for a longer period.
295  Economy / Economics / Re: What i believe will come on: June 13, 2018, 03:47:49 AM
The Future will be great and we might live in a world where everything will be Crypto. We are going to be our own bank, and manege our finance ourselves, without a bank account

i Truly Believe bank will disappear completely because they do not act in the interest of people . they created money out of thin air and enslave people with debt, and credit.

The fiat system will no longer exist with the system base on debt, developed countries are technically in bankruptcy a nation cannot be sustainable with a system base on debt.
The crypto revolution is something that will be an astonishing accomplishment and replace the power of printing money from central power. this new generation will not use fiat money anymore and will have tokens in many wallets from the decentralized world

the world will not be the same anymore and everyone on the planet will have the same opportunity to participate in the global Economy.

this is way to impossible, it is like living in a perfect world, but i commend your good faith and intention, living in a non-fiat and non- bank world is not so unlikely to happen, bitcoin has value today because of its predecessor, the fiat, imagine there would be no fiat, where would you trade it for value? imagine there would be no banks, where would a country get its funds. do you see every common person having a computer or access on the internet? if so, that maybe a consideration, we all know that not all people does not access on the internet which basically the main criteria to use crypto. to manage crypto and to convert it to fiat. sounds good but not yet possible.
296  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Successful ICO Experiences on: June 13, 2018, 03:33:14 AM
I see many people asking for opinions about ICO investments, if they are good, profitable or not and I see many people replying it can be good or not, you must have knowledge to choose a legit ICO, to find out who are the developers...

But I would like to hear successful stories about people who invested in ICOs and made profit. Please, tell what ICOs you invested and how much profit you made, if you liked it and if you still look for this kind of investment.

sorry but to tell you which ICO that are successful is blatantly contradicts to the secrecy and anonymous nature of bitcoin users. ICOs are for you to find out by yourself, if somebody told you to buy on a specific ICO may lead to schemes and only exploit your investments. it is too risky. it may be good for them but not necessarily means it will also good to you, as they say invest at your own risk, so you wont blame someone when you are scammed.
297  Economy / Speculation / Re: SELL EVERYTHING!!!!! on: June 13, 2018, 03:25:23 AM
only certain people people can control the trade in cryptocurrency, only people who have large capital can do that.

i beg to disagree, you know who? those are the people who unite in doing panic selling. they are the ones who plays a big role on trading, let us all face it, many day traders are out there, no matter how small or big their investments are, once they all move to sell their investments creates a trend, that will pass on to another panic seller and another and another. the results are obviously shown on the graphs, that is why we are experiencing ups and downs like crazy. lesser people are into long term investment portfolios, that is to buy, buy and buy then hodl. instead, this market is swarmed by day traders who are itchy to sell right away when they see the trend drops.
298  Economy / Economics / Re: When will people feel comfortable using BTC ? on: June 13, 2018, 03:09:41 AM
most people are not yet ready for crytos, basically, more people do not have access on the internet, since cryptos are digital so it is difficult for them to use bitcoin for everyday use, plus the fact that only few stores are accepting bitcoin as medium of payment, maybe cryptos are not really intended for purchasing on physical stores and establishments. not to mention the bad reputations of bitcoin due to some illegal schemes and people who exploit bitcoin as a scam. few countries are open in cryptocurrency use. some also tagged bitcoin as illegal and not to be invested on. this sums up all the reason why using bitcoin is not for the common person.
299  Economy / Speculation / Re: Right time to buy bitcoin "again" ??? on: June 13, 2018, 02:34:37 AM
those ups and down trends are part of the system for us to take advantage of, we should use those fluctuations for our benefit, basically, the right time is when the price dig deeper and once low, buy more instead of doing panic selling. we just have to know the timing of when is the next dip, always look at the chart and study those trends, and make use of history of bitcoin graphs.
300  Economy / Economics / Re: SEC is preparing cryptocurrency fraud crackdown... on: June 13, 2018, 02:26:58 AM
That's good. I mean, if they're going to interfere with with the cryptocurrency scene anyway, they might as well help clean it up.

It also doesn't really matter whether or not Clayton believes that Bitcoin is a mania for as long as he doesn't let his personal opinions cloud his judgement on how things should be handled. Things seem to be going well so far, with them acknowledging that there are legitimate businesses in the scene. They seem to be going after the right people too, for the most part. Props to them.

i agree, someone must do the cleaning before the govt takes over, if that is what they are intended to do, just to clean it up of the illegal and malpractice of bitcoin, lots of people are also exploiting what the true purpose why bitcoin was created, not for those scams and illegal ponzi schemes. with them trying to crack down the illegal scammers, after that, what remains is pure bitcoin ideology, other counrty should follow this so more people will trust bitcoin knowing their govt will not tolerate illegal acts using bitcoin.
